Реферат: 1286195 Collapsible vertical slat blinds R C ALLSOPP 19 April 1971 [11 March 1970] 11555/70 Heading E1J In a collapsible vertical slat blind in which the slats b are pivotally suspended from respective trucks B mounted to slide on a tilt shaft 1 in a housing A of inverted channel section, the housing A is grooved longitudinally at a on each side between the upper edge and the sides and an angle bracket C is formed with a peg c stamped downwardly from one arm to engage the groove a on one side of the channel and with a flange c' on that arm to engage the other side of the channel member to which it is attached by a grub screw. Further brackets D with depending legs d<SP>3</SP> are secured in the grooves a adjacent each end of the housing A to position a pelmit D<SP>1</SP> around the ends of the housing A. The shaft 1 is mounted in end caps Fig. 2 which are provided with flanges to resiliently engage the sides of the channel member A, one of the end caps comprising a double walled cap to enclose the pulley for rotating the tilt shaft 1 and which is keyed on to shaft 1, the plates of the cap being spaced apart and connected by sleeved screws, and provided with inturned flanges to spring between the sides a<SP>1</SP>, a<SP>2</SP> of the channel, the opposite end of the housing is closed by an end plate forming a bearing for the other end of the shaft 1 and similarly sprung between the sides of the channels.
