Реферат: Spin polarization of charge carrier systems in solid bodies (10) comprises applying a inhomogeneous magnetic field (12) produced by a structure in the region of a solid body or on the surface of a solid body. The magnetic field produced by the structure and the magnetic field gradient are parallel or anti-parallel to the current direction in the charge carrier system. An Independent claim is also included for a process for the analysis of the spin polarization. Preferred Features: An additional homogeneous magnetic field is applied parallel or anti-parallel to the current direction in the charge carrier system. The charge carrier system is formed from electrons or holes. The structure producing the magnetic field is a ferromagnet, an anti-ferromagnet, a semi-magnetic semiconductor or hetero-structures of these.
