Analgesic, anticholinergic sulphonyl-piperazines - prepd by reacting piperazine with sulphonyl-chlorides in two-stage reaction

Реферат: Novel sulphonylpiperazines of formula (I): and X = Me, Cl, NH2 or NO2. have analgesic, bronchodilatory, local anaesthetic and anticholinergic act. The analgesic act may be of central origin. Pharmacological act. is present in the cardiovascular system which manifests itself in some of (I) as vasodilatory act. showing negative chronotropic as well as inotropic activity. These products appear to have heart-stimulating act of non-adrenergic origin. No significant modification of blood pressure is observed. (I) have wide therapeutic spectrum.
