Gas condensn. plant with oil separator - and equipment for recycling oil-contaminated condensate to the compressor

Реферат: The plant has two oil separators in series. The second one of which washes the gas with condensed gas to remove the remaining oil. The oil-contaminated condensate from the second separator is expanded through a valve and htd. before returning it to the compressor. The appts. is used for compression of gases where contamination with oil from the compressor must be avoided, esp. re-condensn. of petroleum gas such as propane which has evapd. from a storage tank. The vol. of condensate used in the second separator can be increased to improve washing of oil from the gas, without dropping the temp. at the compressor outlet and in the first separator, which increases the gas content in the oil returned from the first separator to the compressor and makes it unusable as a lubricant.
