SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the water-supply engineering and may be used for purification and disinfection of the water. The device contains the cathode and the anode arranged on the dielectric tube, which is mounted on the final section of the water pipeline. At that and the cathode and the anode are made in the form of the plugs having the handles manufactured out of the dielectric material. At that the dielectric tube is joined to the water pipeline by means of two fitting pipes manufactured out of the plastic material and having the cock of dispensation and the valve of the water delivery near to the anode and the cathode accordingly. Inside the dielectric tube there are the tightening small belts and the holes along its edges, and in the middle of the tube there is the valve seat with the installed on it ball valve and the ball valve control rod. Besides the dielectric tube internal surface has the silver coating. The anode and the cathode by means of the gaskets are joined to the control unit and in the anode and the cathode pits there are the mounted magnetic tablets. On the fitting pipe mounted near to the cathode there is the cap for the hydrogen collection and the vale for its withdrawal. The device contains a body, a filtering screen dividing the body into two chambers and made out of disks of a filtering paper and mounted on a magnetic ring bridging the halves of the metal body. In addition the halves of the body inside are coated with silver and the upper half contains an activated charcoal in tablets, and the lower half - a drainage pipe. The halves of the body are supplied with branch-pipes, in which a feeding and a reception cans are installed. Also apply a dielectric spacer in the form of a ring installed between halves of the body connected to a direct current source, as a result of which the upper half of the body is an anode and the lower half - a cathode. The feeding can has inside it a floater inserted through the neck of the can inside it. The floater serves as a valve and has a central hole, in which a pipe is installed. The technical result of the invention is development of a small-size self-contained device, at usage of which it is possible to realize the expedient operation capabilities and reliability of the device.
