... 본 발명은 펠렛연소실이 구비된 관류형 보일러 제작 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법은 (a) 기존 직립형 관류형 보일러를 개조하여 상부에 배치된 가스 또는 기름 버너(107)를 제거시킨 후 버너 제거 부분을 커버(101)로 밀폐시키는 단계; (b) 관류형 보일러의 열교환부(110) 이외의 하부의 중앙부를 제거하는 단계; (c) 내화 벽돌로 형성된 외벽부로 이루어진 펠렛 연소실(160)을 구비하는 단계; 및 (d) 펠렛(210)을 공급하는 펠렛 공급부(200, 220) 및 공급된 펠렛(210)을 상기 펠렛 연소실(160)로 이송하는 펠렛 이송부(230, 240)를 형성하고, 상기 연소실(160)의 일측면에 펠렛 이송구를 형성하며, 상기 펠렛 이송부와 상기 연소실(160)의 펠렛 이송구와 연결되는 단계를 포함한다. 펠렛연소실이 구비된 관류형 보일러를 개조하여 제작하고, 이를 위해 기존 직립형 관류형 보일러에서 상부의 가스 버너 또는 기름 버너를 제거시킨 후 제거된 부분을 커버로 밀폐시키며, 관류형 보일러의 열교환부 이외의 하단의 중앙부를 제거하고, 외통부의 하부에 펠렛 연소실을 구비하여, 직립형 관류형 보일러의 가스 또는 기름을 연료로 사용하지 않고 연소실에서 가스, 기름에 비해 상대적으로 저렴한 펠렛(pallet)을 사용하여 전원 주택, 캠핑장의 펜션 또는 농가의 보일러에 사용할 수 있으며, 가스 및 기름의 에너지를 절약하는 효과가 있다.
