The present invention relates to a condensation prevention apparatus for a pad switch using a forced ventilation method. According to the present invention, the condensation prevention apparatus for a pad switch comprises: a sensor to measure a current temperature and current humidity in a pad switch; a ventilator which is formed on an upper surface of the pad switch and rotates a fan to discharge air in the pad switch to the outside; and a controller to use the current temperature and the current humidity to calculate a control speed of the fan, and rotate the fan in accordance with the control speed of the fan if the current temperature is higher than or equal to a reference temperature and the current humidity is larger than or equal to reference humidity. The present invention relates to a smart ground switching device having a built-in forced ventilation apparatus attached thereto. According to the present invention, a smart ground switching device comprises: a sensor unit measuring the current temperature and the current humidity of the inside of the ground switching device; a ventilator disposed on an inner surface of the ground switching device and provided to discharge air in the ground switching device to the outside by rotating a fan; and a temperature and humidity controller calculating a control speed of the fan by using the current temperature and the current humidity, and controlling the rotation of the fan according to the calculated control speed of the fan.
