Provided is a mascara application tool by which eyelashes can be shaped while being heated or a mascara liquid can be applied in an appropriately heated state, and that enables the overall making up of eyelashes to be done in a short time. Provided are the following: a container (1) that holds the mascara liquid; an applicator (2) that can be removed from the container (1); and a shaper (3) that can be removed from the applicator (2). The applicator (2) is provided with a hollow shaft-shaped application rod (11) that is inserted into the container (1), and an application part (12) disposed on the end of the application rod (11). The shaper (3) is provided with a shaping rod (21) that is inserted into and held by the application rod (11), a heating and shaping unit (22), and a heater (29).
