The invention adds the input electrostatic protection unit (200) at the input terminal (VIN) of the circuit unit to be protected (100) and adds the output electrostatic protection unit (300) at the output terminal (VOUT) of the circuit unit to be protected (100), so as to effectively resist the impact of a surge from the preceding or following circuit stage on the circuit unit to be protected.
