Disclosed is a microorganism detection system. The microorganism detection system is provided on a closed-type apparatus to be detected (9, 9A), which comprises a flow path (1, 1A) and a detection module (8). A fluid to be detected within the apparatus to be detected (9, 9A) flows through the flow path (1, 1A). The detection module (8) is provided at the the flow path (1, 1A) and comprises two slides (2), a microscopic module (3) and at least one telescopic mechanism (7), each telescopic mechanism (7) being connected to one of the slides (2) and the flow path (1, 1A). When the two slides (2) are closed and are attached to each other, the fluid to be detected within a gap between the two slides (2) can be observed through the microscopic module (3).
