An energy storage structure is provided, comprising a housing (10) and a piston (20). An accommodation cavity (10a) and a piston cylinder portion (10b) communicating with each other are disposed in the housing (10). The piston (20) is slidably and sealingly disposed in the piston cylinder portion (10b), and is for transferring impact energy. An energy storage medium (1) is disposed in the accommodation cavity (10a) and the piston cylinder portion (10b).
