A method and a device for determining elevation, and a radar, relating to automatic driving technology in the field of artificial intelligence. The method for determining elevation comprises: generating first imaging information according to a first echo signal received by a receiving antenna, and generating second imaging information according to a second echo signal received by the receiving antenna, the first echo signal being an echo signal reflected by a target object after receiving a first transmitted signal transmitted by a first transmitting antenna, and the second echo signal being an echo signal reflected by the target object after receiving a second transmitted signal transmitted by a second transmitting antenna; and determining the elevation of the target object according to the first imaging information and the second imaging information. The implementation of the present method is simple, and the cost is lower than that of determining the elevation by means of lidar.
