Disclosed are a service message transmitting method and device, the service message transmitting method comprising: caching a processed service message; converting the format of the processed service message and transmitting the service message to a corresponding service gateway; and retransmitting the cached and processed service message upon transmission failure of the processed service message. The method of the present invention caches a service message before transmitting the service message, and upon transmission failure of the service message, utilizes the cached service message for retransmission, thus improving the success rate of service message transmission, and reducing service loss.
