The present invention relates to a pallet cleaning and drying apparatus that simultaneously performs a process of spraying compressed washing solution onto a pallet covered with alien substances on a surface thereof to clean it and a process of drying the washing solution existing on the surface of the pallet. The apparatus includes an input part supplying one pallet, on which a plurality of pallets are stacked; a cleaning part for washing the pallet by spraying the washing solution; a spin-drying part for rotating the pallet to remove the washing solution from the pallet and injecting compressed air onto the pallet to dry it; and a discharging part for stacking the pallet transferred from the spin-drying part.
