... 본 발명의 슬러지와 우레탄을 이용한 토지개량제는, 슬러지와 우레탄 분말을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의해, 하수관로에 침전된 슬러지나 하수처리장에서 발생하는 슬러지, 음식물쓰레기 등을 개량하여 매립시설내 복토재나 토지를 개량하는 곳의 성토재로 활용할 수 있도록 함으로써 매립 등의 방법으로 처리하던 슬러지 폐자원을 효율적으로 재활용할 수 있게 된다. 특히, 우레탄 분말의 공극을 이용하여 함수율을 높이고, 미생물이 생존할 수 있는 공간을 제공하고, 토양 내부에서 산소를 공급하는 통로 역할을 하도록 하고, 미생물은 슬러지를 통해 영양분을 공급받도록 하며, 황토는 흙의 부패를 방지하는 역할을 하여 슬러지를 변화시켜 성토재로 적합하게 사용될 수 있게 된다. 더불어, 미생물로 하여금 슬러지 냄새 등을 제거하도록 하여 민원 발생이 발생하지 않고, pH 농도가 7.0 ~ 8.0 정도가 되어 약알칼리성으로 식물이 잘 생육할 수 있게 된다.
