A seed search of a subset of analytical data corresponding to video objects displayable in a plurality of video frames is carried out to identify video objects that most closely match a selected video object and then complete searches of the analytical data may be carried out so as to identify video objects that most closely match each video object identified during the seed search. The video objects having the greatest number of occurrences of being identified during the complete searches may be displayed by a graphical user interface (GUI). In this way, the GUI may display the video objects in an order based on how closely each video object matches the selected video object and/or a video object identified during the seed search, which may an order different than an order based on a time when each video object was captured.

In described examples, a power supply circuit (100) includes a regulation circuit (110) that receives an input voltage (VIN) and provides a regulated output voltage (VOUT) based on the input voltage (VIN). The regulation circuit (110) includes a switch device (120) having a switched output (122) that generates a ripple current waveform in a current regulator (124) to provide the regulated output voltage (VOUT). A control circuit (130) includes a pseudo current tracker (PCT) (134) that is operatively coupled to the regulation circuit (110). The PCT (134) receives a reference voltage (VREF) and generates a ripple voltage waveform that is proportional to the ripple current waveform. The control circuit (130) commands the switch device (120) to generate the ripple current waveform based on the ripple voltage waveform such that the regulated output voltage (VOUT) approximates the reference voltage (VREF).

A method for automatically estimating the spatial positions between cameras in a camera network utilizes unique identifying signals, such as RFID signals, transmitting between nearby cameras to estimate the relative distances or positions between cameras from received signal strength (RSS), time of arrival (TOA), or time difference of arrival (TDOA) measurements to thereby determine the neighboring relationship among the cameras. A discover-locate process can be used to discover, from the estimated relative distances, unknown cameras in the vicinity of at least three cameras at known locations. Absolute locations of the discovered unknown cameras can then be calculated using a geometric calculation. The discover-locate process can be cascaded throughout the network to discover and locate all unknown cameras automatically using previously discovered and located cameras. Such methods can be implemented in systems having cameras with transceivers integrated therein and a controller operably linked to the cameras.
