Disclosed is a hydraulic bushing and a rail vehicle. The hydraulic bushing comprises: a core shaft; a sleeve mounted on the core shaft, wherein a first rubber body is filled in a space formed between the core shaft and the sleeve, and a groove is provided on an outer surface of the sleeve; and an outer housing, which is mounted on the sleeve through press fit. Two liquid chambers for accommodating liquids are provided diametrically opposite to each other on the first rubber body, and the groove and the outer housing together define a flow channel, through which the two liquid chambers communicate with each other. Use of the hydraulic bushing on the rail vehicle not only can assure stable operation of the vehicle in a straight running state thereof, but also can reduce abrasion of a wheel and a rail in a curve running state.

Die Hauptfeder weist auf: eine Kernachse; einen ersten Gummikörper, welcher auf einer Außenwand der Kernachse angeordnet ist, wobei zwei diametral zueinander entgegengesetzte und voneinander beabstandete Flüssigkeitskammern auf dem ersten Gummikörper ausgebildet sind, wobei jede Flüssigkeitskammer sich durch den ersten Gummikörper entlang einer axialen Richtung desselben hindurch erstreckt; und eine Hülse, welche auf einer Außenwand des ersten Gummikörpers befestigt ist, wobei eine Nut in einer Außenwand der Hülse gebildet ist. Die Hauptfeder ist im Inneren einer Innenkammer des Außengehäuses angeordnet und ein Flusskanal zum miteinander Verbinden der zwei Flüssigkeitskammern ist zwischen dem Außengehäuse und der Hülse durch die Nut gebildet. Die Hydrobuchse kann nicht nur einen stabilen Betrieb des Fahrzeugs in einem geradeausfahrenden Zustand gewährleisten sondern kann auch Verschleiß eines Rads und einer Schiene in einem kurvenfahrenden Zustand verringern.

Das Herstellungsverfahren umfasst: Bilden einer Halbleitermaterialschicht, die zwei gestapelt angeordnete Halbleiterschichten umfasst, wobei zwischen den beiden Halbleiterschichten eine Ätzumwandlungsschicht angeordnet ist; und Ätzen eines in einem ausgewählten Bereich befindlichen Teils einer der Halbleiterschichten, bis die Ätzumwandlungsschicht erreicht oder betreten ist, dann wird das Ätzen gestoppt, anschließend wird ein in dem ausgewählten Bereich befindlicher Teil der Ätzumwandlungsschicht durch eine Wärmebehandlung thermisch zersetzt und vollständig entfernt, während in der anderen Halbleiterschicht ein Abbruch der thermischen Zersetzung realisiert wird, um somit in der Halbleitermaterialschicht eine Rillenstruktur genau zu bilden. Mit der vorliegenden Anmeldung kann nicht nur eine genaue Steuerung der Tiefe der Ätzrille auf dem Halbleitermaterial realisiert werden; sondern die durch das Ätzen verursachten Oberflächenschäden können auch vollständig vermieden werden, durch den Hochtemperaturprozess kann die Oberfläche der unteren Barriereschicht vollständig gereinigt werden, und die baumelnden Bindungen werden vollständig geöffnet, um im nachfolgenden Prozess eine Grenzfläche guter Qualität zu erhalten, wodurch es sichergestellt wird, dass die elektrischen Eigenschaften der Vorrichtung nicht durch die Schwankungen des Ätzprozesses beeinflusst werden.
