A composition for a solar cell electrode includes a conductive powder, a glass frit that contains tellurium (Te), lithium (Li), zinc (Zn), and oxygen (O), the glass frit having a tap density of about 0.8 g/ml to about 1.55 g/ml, and an organic vehicle 1. A composition for a solar cell electrode , the composition comprising:a conductive powder;a glass frit that contains tellurium (Te), lithium (Li), zinc (Zn), and oxygen (O), the glass frit having a tap density of about 0.8 g/ml to about 1.55 g/ml; andan organic vehicle.2. The composition for a solar cell electrode as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the glass frit is formed of a metal oxide including:{'sub': '2', 'about 25 mol % to about 45 mol % of tellurium oxide (TeO);'}{'sub': '2', 'about 25 mol % to about 40 mol % of lithium oxide (LiO); and'}about 15 mol % to about 35 mol % of zinc oxide (ZnO).3. The composition for a solar cell electrode as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the glass frit is formed of a mixture of components that consists essentially of:{'sub': '2', '34 mol % to 39 mol % of tellurium oxide (TeO);'}{'sub': '2', '24 mol % to 33 mol % of lithium oxide (LiO);'}17 mol % to 22 mol % of zinc oxide (ZnO);{'sub': 2', '3, '7 mol % to 12 mol % of boron oxide (BO);'}{'sub': '2', '5 mol % to 7 mol % of magnesium oxide (MgO); and'}{'sub': 3', '2', '2', '2', '3', '2', '3, '0 mol % to 1 mol % of tungsten oxide (WO), provided that mole percentages of the TeO, LiO, ZnO, BO, MgO, and WOare limited to combinations thereof providing a tap density of about 0.8 g/ml to about 1.55 g/ml.'}4. The composition for a solar cell electrode as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the glass frit is formed of a metal oxide including tellurium oxide (TeO) claim 1 , lithium oxide (LiO) claim 1 , and zinc oxide (ZnO) claim 1 , and wherein the glass fit satisfies the following Formula 1 claim 1 , wherein Mrepresents mol % of TeO claim 1 , Mrepresents mol % of LiO claim 1 , and Mrepresents mol % of ZnO claim 1 ,{'br': None, 'sub': TeO2', 'Li2O', ' ...
