Ist nach der Erfindung vorgesehen, das der Halter als Topf ausgebildet ist, der einen der Befestigungsfläche abgekehrten vorderen horizontalen Führungsschlitz und einen der Befestigungsfläche zugekehrten hinteren horizontalen Führungsschlitz aufweist, dass der Tragarm in die beiden Führungsschlitze des Topfes eingeführt und darin gehalten ist und dass der vordere Führungsschlitz und der hintere Führungsschlitz die Schwenkbewegung des Tragarmes begrenzen, wobei der vordere Führungsschlitz in der Auflagewand für den Tragarm zwei Aufnahmenuten aufweist, in die der Tragarm in die Einschwenk- und Ausschwenkstellung bringbar und darin unverschwenkbar festlegbar ist, dann wird eine Schwenklagerung ohne Lagerbolzen geschaffen, die definierte Schwenkeinstellungen bringt, die die Betriebssicherheit verbessern.
