A luminaire , comprising:a mounting frame assembly comprising a first attachment interface spaced apart from a second attachment interface;an aperture plate, coupled to the mounting frame assembly at the first and second attachment interfaces, the aperture plate comprising a first aperture configured to receive a reflector assembly;a first mounting bracket adjustably-coupled to the first attachment interface, and a second mounting bracket adjustably-coupled to the second attachment interface, the first and second mounting brackets configured to provide adjustable coupling of the mounting frame assembly to a ceiling structure between at least two positions along a vertical direction; andan optical assembly removably-coupled to the mounting frame assembly, comprising at least one light source configured to emit light through the first aperture.2. The luminaire of claim 1 , wherein the aperture plate is a circular aperture plate utilized for a round optical assembly.3. A luminaire has a light engine configured to be attached to a light source circuit board or LED module. The light engine may have a block structure with a cavity extending into the block structure from an aperture. The light engine may also have a slot, extending through a sidewall of the block into the cavity perpendicular to a first direction. The slot may form a mounting surface that has a larger surface area than an area of the aperture, onto which the circuit board or LED module may be attached. Further, the circuit board or LED module may be removable from the cavity and slidable through the slot. 1. A torsion spring assembly for use with a luminaire to allow a light engine assembly to be removed from the luminaire , the torsion spring assembly comprising:an adjustable plate coupled to a light engine assembly; anda support wire engaged with the adjustable plate, wherein the support wire includes a single-length of wire wrapped around a mounting structure located on the adjustable plate, thereby forming a first end and a second end, wherein the first end and the second end each comprise a hook structure, andfurther wherein the adjustable plate provides at least two positions which the adjustable plate may slide in order to vary a relative distance between the mounting structure and the light engine assembly to accommodate ceilings of various thicknesses.2. The torsion spring assembly of claim 1 , wherein the hook structures of the support wire are configured to be received by a portion of a mounting frame assembly of the luminaire to limit a travel of the light engine assembly relative to the portion of the mounting frame assembly upon uncoupling the light engine assembly from the portion of the mounting frame assembly.3.
