In a roof liner of a vehicle having a light source which is arranged on a movable sliding liner, the roof liner having a transparent roof liner segment and it being possible to close the area underneath the transparent roof liner segment by means of the sliding liner, the sliding liner has first contact means which are electrically connected to the light source, and the roof liner is fitted with second contact means which are electrically connected to the on-board power system, the contact means being electrically conductively connected to one another when the sliding liner is closed, in order to supply energy to the light source. These measures avoid complex routing of electrical lines to supply energy to the light source.

The invention relates to a roofliner (2) of a vehicle comprising a light source mounted on a sliding roof (10). The roofliner (2) has a transparent roofliner segment (40), and the area underneath the transparent roofliner segment (40) can be closed by the sliding roof (10). The sliding roof (10) provided with the light source has electrically connected first contact means (16), and the roofliner (2) is provided with second contact means (18) that are electrically connected to the vehicle electric system. When the sliding roof (10) is closed, the contact means (16, 18) are connected to one another in an electrically conductive manner in order to supply power to the light source. These measures make it possible to avoid a complicated carrying along of electrical lines for supplying power to the light source.
