A battery module including a cell assembly having a plurality of battery cells arranged to be stacked on each other; a lower housing having a lower plate provided in a plate form and two vertical plates extending vertically on the lower plate with a predetermined interval, the cell assembly being at least partially inserted into a space between the two vertical plates, so that a plurality of bus bars electrically connected to electrode tabs respectively provided at the battery cells are coupled to the vertical plates; an upper housing coupled to the lower housing to surround an upper portion of the cell assembly; and a sensing unit having a harness wire electrically connected to the plurality of bus bars and provided from a lower portion of the lower housing to an upper portion thereof and a sensing connector connected to an end of the harness wire.

The battery pack according to claim 1 , wherein the battery pack comprises a controller to selectively block an electrical connection of the first connector and the second connector or an electrical connection of the first connector and the battery cell based on a charge status of the battery cell.3. The battery pack according to claim 1 , wherein the controller blocks an electrical connection of the first connector and the battery cell when a state of charge (SOC) or a voltage value of the battery cell is higher than or equal to a predetermined reference value claim 1 , and blocks an electrical connection of the first connector and the second connector when the SOC or voltage value of the battery cell is less than the predetermined reference value.4. The battery pack according to claim 1 , further comprising:a first switch connected between the first connector and the second connector to allow or block an electrical connection of the first connector and the second connector in response to the control signal outputted from the controller; anda second switch connected between the first connector and the battery cell to allow or block an electrical connection of the first connector and the battery cell in response to the ...

An image sensor may include a first photo-sensing device on a semiconductor substrate and configured to sense light of a first wavelength spectrum, and second and third photo-sensing devices integrated in the semiconductor substrate and configured to sense light of a second and third wavelength spectrum, respectively. The first photo-sensing device may overlap each of the second and third photo-sensing devices in a thickness direction of the semiconductor substrate. The second and third photo-sensing devices do not overlap in the thickness direction and each have an upper surface, a lower surface, and a doped region therebetween. The third photo-sensing device includes an upper surface deeper further from the upper surface of the semiconductor substrate than the upper surface of the second photo-sensing device and a doped region thicker than the doped region of the second photo-sensing device. The image sensor may omit the first photo-sensing device.
