The device has processing stations for gradual processing of a both side printed material web i.e. paper web, and producing of cuts from the material web, where the cuts form a personalized magazine cover (2). A dispensing station dispenses unpersonalized rectangular elements of an unpersonalized address label on the material web. A printing station personalizes the unpersonalized rectangular elements dispensed on the material web. A stamping station is provided for stamping the cuts forming the personalized magazine cover on the material web.
