In a process for manufacturing prefabricated seamless skirting board corner pieces (10, 11), an essentially plane, plate-shaped thermoplastic blank with a surface equal to at least 1 or 2 times the surface of the finished skirting board corner piece (10, 11) is heated until it is thermoplastically deformable and deformed until it assumes the three-dimensional shape of the skirting board corner piece (10, 11).
