[1]

The invention concerns a screen or a Spazierstock, with a stick and a handle, and with a putting on bowl, setting to it, which is put onable on the stick or the handle.

[2]

With screens or Spazierstöcken an interest in it, such as association symbols or coats of arms by coining/shaping, exists inscriptions or pictures screen printing o in many cases. to plan such. An aesthetic appearance is however generally only verhältnismä&szlig by one; to obtain industrial union high cost for necessary tools. Auß erdem the danger exists, daß existing casting already after verhältnismäß industrial union of short period of use damaged and therefore become unattractive.

[3]

From the DE-U-91 00,964 and from the WO-A-89/05106 is well-known a screen or a Spazierstock with the characteristics initially specified. However the putting on bowls revealed there are to be fastened either too complicated or but them are easily again removable, why also that is easily removable possibly under it name or advertising print present.

[4]

From the FR-A-1 322,941 a label well-known for a luggage item or a document briefcase with a name plate and a cover plate is, which can be slid together into two each other opposite slots.

[5]

From the FR-A-770 921 a screen grasp with spherical arrangement or with ornaments is well-known in the form of Kugelsegmenten.

[6]

The FR-A-1 009,637 and the GB-A-376 018 reveals a tubular cover shell for a screen stick or a Spazierstock, with a blattförmigen recording carrier between the stick and the cover shell, whereby the cover shell of the GB '018 exhibits a lengthwise slot and is up wedgable on the stick.

[7]

From the DE-B-26 07,361 a carrying handle of a suit-case is well-known o.dgl. with a taschenförmigen recess for the admission of a name plate in the centre web of the grasp.

[8]

From the US-A-3 016,590 a trim with a basis border and an circle-arc-shaped cover shell is well-known, which are up wedgable on the basis border.

[9]

Schließ lich the US-A-1 shows 717,422 a name plate for a screen stick, with a cover element, that by means of a hinge is opening by hinges and a name and a Adreß field releases.

[10]

On the basis of a screen or a Spazierstock of the DE '964 or the WHERE '106 it became as task of the available invention respected, on the one hand aesthetically working and an on the other hand not so easily removable to create on the stick or the handle of a screen or a Spazierstocks put onable putting on bowl.

[11]

This task is solved with a screen or a Spazierstock with the characteristics of the requirement 1.

[12]

The advantages that erfindungsgemäß EN solution lie in particular in it, daß the putting on bowl by its circular arc form of the extent form of the stick or the handle to match the contour can be fastened and by the catching projections/leads in such a manner can, daß it is practically not possible to remove the putting on bowl without destruction. Since one can use an advertising print or a name and an address under the putting on bowl for example, the owner of the screen and/or the Spazierstocks has one größ ere chance to back-get this if he forgot it. Up to a certain degree it acts thereby also around a theft protection, because the name of the owner cannot be removed so easily, it is, the putting on bowl with force departs. A further advantage is in it, daß the putting on bowl with ease on the stick and/or the handle to be touched down can, why the putting on bowl can be added to the screen and/or Spazierstock as accessories and used by the owner as desired.

[13]

Favourable further educations of the invention are indicated in the Unteransprüchen.

[14]

Thus the putting on bowl preferably consists of transparent material, and between the stick and/or the handle and the putting on bowl an insert layer is arranged for the admission of a recording carrier. Thereby arise a number of further favourable use possibilities, since the recording carrier can serve for example advertising purposes or the mounting of a mark of the manufacturer. Compared with a screen printing, which would be necessary during direct printing of the stick and/or the handle on, substantially smaller manufacturing costs result, because printed on paper can be used as recording carriers, which with importantly more favorable printing processes is attainable. Therefore also association symbols can be printed cost-saving or be cut out any existing pressures and arranged under the putting on bowl. Since it is not very difficult, those erfindungsgemäß e putting on bowl to begin, can be given to a buyer the possibility to insert any it interesting recording carriers and to fasten the putting on bowl by catching effectively.

[15]

The putting on bowl can exhibit also linienförmige or rasterförmige projections/leads on its surface, in order to improve the grip traction of the handle or to make however a further contribution to an aesthetic general impression of the screen and/or Spazierstocks. Gemäß another further training of the invention also two somewhat less than 180° comprehensive, circle-arc-shaped putting on bowls can be arranged each other oppositely at the stick and/or the handle. It is possible to attach under a putting on bowl an advertising print or a name plate while the other putting on bowl is for example colored out-arranged. During arrangement only one putting on bowl this more than 180° can cover less or also.

[16]

On the basis the design the invention is to be described for example more near. Show:

  1. Fig. 1 and 2 around 90° shifted side views of the upper end of an umbrella to each other gemäß to the invention in escape-end situation of the handle,
  2. Fig. 3 a side view of the umbrella in Fig. 1 and 2 in a bent situation of the handle,
  3. Fig. 4 a pulled apart representation of the umbrella in the Fig. 1 to 3, which serves the training of the elements with this remark example for the elucidation,
  4. Fig. 5 remark examples of putting on bowls,
  5. Fig. 6a a cutaway view of a detailed remark example according to Fig. 1 to 3,
  6. Fig. 6b assigned cutaway views; and
  7. Fig. 7the Fig. 6a assigned upper half and Fig. 7b a cutaway view according to G - G in Fig. 7a.

[17]

Into the Fig. 1 to 4 represented remark example shows the upper end of a rain or a sun screen, since the lower end of the screen can be trained in actually arbitrary way.

[18]

Into the Fig. represented screen has a handle 1 and a screen stick 2, whose upper final part of 3 is in such a manner trained, daß on the one hand into the lower end of the final part 3 the screen stick 2 to be inserted can, as by an arrow in Fig. 4 is suggested, while on the other hand the upper end of the final part 3 by a joint 4 is with the lower end of the handle 1 connected. The joint 4 can be a usual ball joint or an other such joint, so daß the handle between in Fig. 2 and 3 represented situations to be swivelled knows.

[19]

A putting on bowl gemäß those identification can be arranged at the handle 1 or at an upper final part 3 of the stick. Only one putting on bowl 10 can be arranged, gewünschtenfalls also two putting on bowls 10.11, which are designed as somewhat less than 180° comprehensive circle-arc-shaped half shells.

[20]

Preferably the putting on bowl 10 consists of transparent material, so daß an insert layer 18 (Fig serving as recording carriers. 7b) under the putting on bowl 10 to be well visibly arranged can.

[21]

As in Fig. 5, can the putting on bowl of 10 projections/leads rasterförmige linienförmige on their surface or is represented exhibit, which training are preferably arranged within the grasp range of the screen or Spazierstocks. These putting on bowls are preferably made of obscure plastic. With the preferential remark example with a handle 1, which is arranged over a joint 4 at an upper final part of the stick, represented in the figures, the putting on bowl 10 becomes zweckmäß igerweise at the final part of 3 fastens.

[22]

The upper final part of 3 of the screen stick makes an aesthetic organization possible upper shielding. Like the handle 1 for example the final part of 3 manufactured made of plastic exhibits a recess 12, as best from Fig. is evident to 4. At the recess 12 two mounting plate slots 15 are trained, into which at the putting on bowl 10 planned catching projections/leads 16 can be inserted into a caught situation. With the screen gewünschtenfalls different putting on bowls can be supplied according to the desires of the buyer and be used by this by catching, after the buyer an insert layer 18 (Fig serving as recording carriers. 7b was inserted). Since the putting on bowl can be trained in such a way, daß it not so easily or if necessary only by destruction to be removed knows, offers the possibility of individual inscription obvious advantages for the owner of the screen. On the other hand the surface under the putting on bowls can be used in actually arbitrary way for advertising purposes or for the purpose of the simple mounting of ornaments, association symbols etc.

[23]

The upper final part of 3 of the screen stick 2 is trained preferably in such a manner, daß it for instance the same diameter as the adjacent grasp range of the handle 1 exhibits and therefore as extension of the grasp range to be used can. Thus the handleability of the screen is improved, because a pleasant grasp surface cannot only be planned at the handle 1, but also along the length of the final part of 3 of the screen stick. If putting on bowls are used, those for example in Fig. 5a, b and C is represented, which exhibit linienförmige or rasterförmige projections/leads on their surface, particularly smaller children might touch then also gladly the grasp range of the end piece 3, them better reach can than the actual handle 1.

[24]

Zweckmäß igerweise is arranged at the handle 1 a fixing element 5 in form of a fixing slidegate valve, by which the handle in the adjusted swiveling situation can be locked. In the recess 13 at the handle 1 arranged fixing element 5 is linked up by a feather/spring into the locking situation.

[25]

Into the Fig. 6 and 7 is a detailed remark example in a swiveling situation according to Fig. 3 represented. The cutaway view in Fig. 6a shows the lower half of the handle 1 and the final part of 3, while the cutaway view in Fig. 7the appropriate upper half of the handle 1 and the final part of 3 shows. In place of in Fig. 3 represented screen stick 2 a screen stick 2a with grö&szlig can; erem diameter or a screen stick 2b with smaller diameter intended its.

[26]

As from Fig. 6a is evident, points the joint of 4 joint elements 8 to and for the fixing unit with the fixing element 5 is intended a lock pin 7. At the end of the handle 1 a halfspherical cap 9 is fastened. Special cutaway views are from the Fig. 6b and 7b evidently. In Fig. 7b is arranged under the putting on bowl 10 the insert layer 18 serving already mentioned as recording carriers, which in actually arbitrary way marked or can be printed on.

[27]

The handle 1 can be trained einstückig or substantial, or consist also of a hollow body with a removable trained cap 14. While the arrangement of a putting on bowl within the grasp range of the final part of 3 is preferred, also the arrangement of a putting on bowl can take place in the grasp range of the handle 1 with suitable training of the handle 1.
