CABLE INTERCEPTION DEVICE DURING A CABLE ENTRY
The invention concerns a cable interception device to course, thrust and torsion-firm adjustment of cables in the input area of joint boxes. From the German Offenlegungschrift 35 36 597 an interception device is well-known for sleeves, which is used there in a seals body from individual lamellas. Disks are used there, which are pressed by column of the seals body by Druckvorrichtung into the sheath of the imported cables. From the German disclosure writing 35 36 598 a cable interception device is well-known, which is arranged behind the front side seals body of a joint box, so that it takes a part up of the sleeve area. The cables are attached here by clamping means at photographs, which are fastened to the seals body. Task of the available invention is now to create a cable interception device which consists no additional assembly area easily be mounted of as few an individual parts as possible, thus can and in the sleeve area necessarily. The task posed is solved now with the help of a cable interception device of the initially described kind by the fact that an u-shaped curved volume is partly in a circle inserted along the extent in the cable entry opening of the introduction range at least, whereby between the two thighs of the u-shaped volume the wall of the input area of the joint box is imported that the u-shaped volume exhibits rising up, sharp edged coinages into the cable entry opening. Advantages at the invention in relation to the state of the art are to be seen particularly in the fact that this cable interception device consists of only one construction unit, which is to be installed easily and which does not need a place first of all within the sleeve area, since she is used directly in the cable entry opening. Thus the entire sleeve area is available for splice. Thereby an u-shaped concerns bent volume, which is inserted into the range of a cable entry opening. The two thighs of the u-shaped volume cover at least partially over the extent away the wall of the introduction range of the joint box, so that thereby an axial adjustment takes place. The u-shaped volume possesses further after, sharp edged coinages rising up inward, with which the sheath of a cable which can be introduced is fixed, so that an interception of the mechanical loads takes place via arising course, thrust or torr ion forces. The interception device in accordance with the invention can be used particularly favourably with joint boxes with lamella-like developed introduction ranges or with joint boxes with lamella-like seals bodies, since with these execution forms the interception device is put on only on a lamella. The remaining lamellas stand then, as before full for the poetry of the introduction range for order. But also the seals material can be inserted over the interception device away. The cable interception device is put on to appropriate way on the internal lamella. The interception device in form of the u-shaped volume can extend over the entire extent away or also only over subranges; it can be used thereby coherently in a piece or also in sections. In all other respects is the u-shaped volume also transversecut provided, so that it is relatively flexible and can the respective diameter of the cable entry openings be adapted. The sharp edged coinages can as if would break, as points or formations with sharp edges to be trained. The poetry within the cable entry range takes place appropriately with a plastic seals volume, which is also inserted, as already mentions above, over and/or under the cable entry device, so that the sealing is secured also in this interception range. The cable entry device can be used with each joint box or each seals body of a joint box, which exhibits mechanically firm according to walls, in order to be able to take up the arising forces. Thereby only in each case the width of the U-form of the volume is to be co-ordinated with the strength of the wall. Further construction units are missing, so that further adjustments do not have to take place. The adjustment of the necessary in each case diameter of the cable entry opening is either given or effected via appropriate cutting open or breaking out. The invention is more near described now on the basis of four figures. Figure 1 shows a cable entry with a cable interception device in accordance with the invention in the sectional view. Figure 2 shows the opinion of the cable entry of the inside of the sleeve ago. Figure 3 shows the cable interception device in plan view. Figure 4 shows the cable interception device in the profile. In figure 1 a joint box is represented, which consists of a lengthwise-divided sleeve pipe 13 and at least a front side seals body 2 for the cable entry. The wall of the seals body 2 is formed in this case from lying one behind the other lamellas 3, by which a cable entry opening was brought in, and out between the lamellas 3 lying gaps 4. e.g. the internal lamella 3 with its two thighs 9 covers the cable entry device 1 in accordance with the invention, which consists bent volume of an u-shaped, from both sides ago, so that a movement is no longer possible in axial direction. , Sharp edged coinages 6 rising up after inward into the cable entry opening are pressed when closing the joint box into the sheath of the imported cable 8. The figure 2 clarifies the employment of the cable interception device in accordance with the invention in an opinion of the inside of the sleeve ago. From this it is evident that the u-shaped curved volume of the cable interception device 1 is divided by several transverse cuts 10 into several particulars, however connected u-shaped elements 5. In this way the flexibility of the volume is increased and adapting inserting into circular entry holes 11 is facilitated. This volume can be inserted all around or in several individual parts, whereby with a transversedivided sleeve and/or a transversedivided seals body 2 is appropriate to make a division of the cable interception device 1. Further after sharp edged coinages arranged inward the 6 is recognizable in the form of points, which intervene in here the not represented sheath of the cable which can be introduced. Figure 3 shows the u-shaped curved volume of the cable interception device 1 in a plan view, so that it becomes clear that the individual elements 5 are connected only over thin bridges and are given therefore a large adjustment flexibility. Further the star shaped coinage 6 is recognizable, whereby the organization of these coinages can be various. The necessary length of the volume is selected by appropriate cutting off. The figure 4 shows the u-shaped volume of the cable entry 1 in a Profilansicht, so that the U-form with the two thighs 9 comes out, whereby the width 12 which can be co-ordinated is suggested. Cable gripper offering resistance to thrust, stretch and twist in cable sleeve The device is based on a strip (1) bent into a U-shape and inserted into the opening, with two limbs (9) between which the wall (3) of the entrance to a cable sleeve is introduced. The strip itself has sharp-edged projections (6) which penetrate the jacket of the inserted cable (8). The breadth (12) of the U corresponds to that of the wall which may have a parallel portion gripping the preferably plastic sealant strip (7) around the cable. Sealants may be applied also to the insides of the U-shape. Cable retention apparatus for fixing cables in a manner that is resistant to tension, pushing and torsion in the entry region of cable couplers, comprising a strip (1) which is bent in a U-shape and has sharp-edged embossed features (6) which project from the part which connects the two limbs (9), in the opposite direction to the limbs (9), and has a wall (3) which can be placed onto the cable in the cable coupler entry region, characterized in that the U-shaped strip (1) can be inserted in a circular shape in the cable entry opening (11) of the entry region at least partially along the circumference, the two limbs (9) surrounding the wall (3) on both sides, to the shape and form of which the width of the U-shape of the strip is matched. Cable retention apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the U-shaped strip (1) can be placed on a laminate (3), preferably on the internal laminate, of a plurality of laminates (3) which are located one behind the other and form the wall of the entry region of the cable coupler. Cable retention apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the U-shaped strip (1) has transverse incisions (10) such that it is divided into individual, cohesive, U-shaped elements (5). Cable coupler according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sharp-edged embossed features (6) are designed as through-breaks. Cable coupler according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the sharp-edged embossed features are designed as spikes. Cable retention apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the U-shaped strip (1) can be inserted in the cable entry opening (11) of the cable coupler composed of half shells with integrally formed entry regions at the ends. Cable retention apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the U-shaped strip (1) can be inserted in the cable entry opening (11) of a cable coupler which comprises a coupler tube (13) and a sealing body (2) composed of a plurality of laminates (3) located one behind the other. Cable retention apparatus according to Claim 7, characterized in that the U-shaped strip (1) is arranged in the entry opening (11) of a sealing body (2) which is split in the entry plain.
