The invention concerns a camera, particularly a narrow film camera with an objective with constantly variable focal length. which is arranged sunk in the Kameragehäuse. With a well-known camera of this kind the adjusters for objective focal length are designed uud focusing as swivelling rings, which surround the Objektivtubus rising up out of the Kameragehäuse. Since both adjusters are often adjusted e.g. for the achievement of so-called driving photographs or pursuit photographs during the photograph before gauge, the well-known arrangement proved as inappropriate. The fan plates of the well-known cameras are not well accessible during the photograph procedure for the operating surgeon, in addition the danger exists that the hand the photograph objective or a possibly planned photoelectric cell shades. Besides it is practically not possible with this camera when filming without stand to support the camera firmly to operate the cause and at the same time the focal length shim or the distance shim to rotate or both rings. The experience showed that with such photographs the camera cannot according to, since it is not possible, with which hand the camera adjusting the shims additionally abzmtützerL the other hand also the camera cause must be calmly held operate there cannot it for itself aliein to the camera erforderlichon the stop offer. Dios has the consequence that driving effects beimPilmen by kontinnierliche adjustment of the objective focal length without stand only with substantial Qualitätseinbuflen are obtained könnneu. The same is valid in a general manner also for another well-known camera, with which a Entfemungseinstellknopf and a switching button for the Objekfivrevolver at the camera rack side are arranged. Also here these buttons serving hand the camera cannot fall additionally. In accordance with a further well-known proposal a Entfernungseinstellkuopf and a screen adjusting knob for the camera objectives arranged in a lens turret are intended at the zweigegenäberliegenden sides of a camera. Also during this arrangement thus a continuous adjustment of the focal length is not possible. These disadvantages are implemented in accordance with the F rfindung thereby avoided that the gemeimame axis of rotation that preferably det in particular as adjusting knobs trained attitude handling for focal length and distance normally to the Z-axis and by the total emphasis camera runs, one of the sides of the Kameragehäuses running parallel to the Z-axis, and that at this side the attitude handling is arranged. This arrangement could have been held the advantage, daI both adjusters with a hand, whereby also the camera can be supported additionally. Since the adjusters at one are arranged parallel to the Z-axis running surface, the accesibility is substantially better compared with the well-known execution, in addition shading of the objective becomes and/or during the operation. one possibly at the camera front plate avoided planned photoelectric cell. The focal length adjuster favourably rotates a cam disc, which steers a lever, whose first arm shifts an optical member of the objective toward the Z-axis, while a second arm steered by a cam disc coupled with the distance adjuster, so that the optical member mentioned implements an auxiliary movement for focusing. In an appropriate arrangement of the invention the Brennweiteneiusteller shifts two optical members of the objective toward the Z-axis, whereby a member steered such by a curve od., while second is shifted by a crank. A particularly simple solution results then, if the Entfemungseinstellknopf at its exhibits the Kameragehäuse allowance surface a curvilinear groove, in which in pin od.dgl, slides, which if necessary shifts an optical member of the camera objective under Zwischenschalmng of a transmission at least toward the Z-axis. t3eiObjektiven with variable focal length prepares the evaluation of the sharpness depth of the illustration very large difficulties. An estimation of the sharpness depth is possible for the geübten amateur due to the relatively complicated connections also probably hardly. In accordance with the invention from there it is suggested that the adjuster of the Objektävbrennweite steers at least two pointers, which cooperate with the scale of the distance adjuster lp at this the Scläirfentiefenbereich of the illustration indicates. The arrangement can be so met that the announcement for firm BIendenwette takes place, then could for example a pair of pointers the sharpness depth range during largest lens aperture indicate. Also the sharpness depth range for a middle Objektivöffnnng can be indicated. Likewise it is possible to bring the sharpness depth at the same time for several screen values to the announcement. In this case an appropriate number of Zeigerpaaten is intended. This arrangement results in good appoximate values, which permits during deviating aperture setting a simple 13eurteilung to the sharpness depth. One which can be served still more simply. Mechanism results, if in accordance with a further characteristic of the invention two pointers of sharpness depth are intended, whereby these steered both according to the focal length adjustment and according to the objective aperture setting and at the scale of the Entfemungseinstellers the respective would sharpness-call the illustration indicate. Adjust-handles for the Objektivbrennweße by a Ratschkupplung with 2 coaxially to their stored Einsmllzeiger is favourable connected, which is adjustable along a scale of screen widths and a cam disc steers, which adjusts two, preferably coaxially pointers stored to the Entfemungseinstelläandhabe, which cooperate with the scale of the Entfemungseinstellhandhabe and indicate at this the sharpness depth of the illustration. It is possible for me during this arrangement to couple the pointer of screen the objective screen. It is however just as conceivable to transfer the screen values in each case to the appropriate scale. Furthermore the invention makes the solution for another, frequently arising task possible. A main field of application of objectives with variable focal length are so-called pursuit photographs, i.e. photographs, with which an object is filmed with verkaueflicher distance however same Nldgräße. For the achievement of the continuous dimension of picture area must be adjusted according to Objektivbrenuweite the Entfernnngsänderung. Such photograph problems arise particularly with sport photographs, for example from ski running etc. With in such a manner Votgängenist rapidly running off it the amateur practically not possibly to place behind apart from adjusting the camera at the same time both the Bmnnweite and the distance. According to invention this task is solved thereby that the angle of rotation focal length-adjust-handles essentially equal the logarithm of the Brennweitenversteltung, and which is essentially equal the logarithm of the adjustment of the Aufnahmeentfemung selected angle of rotation the gntfemungse'instellhandhabe SE that with common Verdtehung both attitude handling relative to the camera a moving object in continuous size is sharply shown. There is deviations from the ideal logarithmic scale process permissible. It is to be made certain however that when common adjustment both the object must always be to ginstelier and continuous dimension of picture area in the sharpness depth range determined by the largest Blendenöffnung and the most unfavorable focal length range. It is however possible to represent under utilization of the sharpness depth range the point CO on the Entfemungsskala. The invention is more near described in the following on the basis of Ausfühmngsbeispielen and with reference to the design. Fig. I is a look-figurative opinion of a camera in accordance with the invention. Fig. 2 shows likewise, look-figurativy and partly on average details of the new camera. The Fig. 3 to 6 illustrates details of some Ausfühmngsvarianten. ! n Fig.1 is represented a narrow film camera 2, into which an objective 2 with variable Bmnnweite is built. With 3 the 8ueherobjekriv is characteristic, while 4 the photoelectric cell of an inserted exposure meter and 5 the camera cause is. At a side of the Kameragehäuses, and zw. within the range of the right hand of the filming, the Einsrellknopf 6 for the objective focal length is swivelling arranged. Hiezu coaxially is the adjusting knob 7 for focusing the objective intended. The Anordnnng is in such a way selected that when common turn both buttons the focal length and Entfernungseinstellung in the same sense are changed. In the clockwise direction a reduction of the Brennweiteneinstellung is assigned to a turn favourably. Fig. 2 shows the Vetstellmechanismus of the objective 2 in look-figurative representation. The objective 2 essentially consists of three members, whereby that is firmly inserted to the film neighbouring Hinterglied. This member is not represented in the design. The two other members 2a, 2b are shifted according to the focal length adjustment along the Z-axis, whereby the member 2b implements a i0 with the change of focal length linear running movement, while the Vordetglied 2a implements on adjustment of the focal length outgoing from the attitude to the smallest value first a movement toward against the photograph object and to exceeding of a Maxlmalwerres slowly to the starting position returns. The movement der'beiden objective members 2a, 2b wkd from the adjusting knob 6 derived. This is connected with a wave 8, is stored which in the plates 9 and I0 and a cam disc as well as a crank 12 carry 11. The crank 12 exhibits a tap 13 at its free end, which slides into an enular groove 14 of the version 15 of the objective member 2b. The objective member 2b is adjustably led me its version 15 in the part 16b of the Objektivtubus. With a twist of the button 6 the objective member 2b is essentially shifted according to the Cosinus Verdrehwinkelsdes of button 6. In the part of 16a of the Objektivtubus the objective member 2a me is adjustably led its version 17. The version 17 exhibits an extension 18, which with a pin 19 in the forked end of a lever 20 intervenes. At the lever 20 a role of 21 is swivelling stored, which rests under the effect of the feather/spring 22 against the cam disc 11. The king pin 23 of the role of 21 is extended and slides in a ortsfesren guidance 24. The other arm of the lever 20 is articulated connected by a connecting rod 2g with a lever 26, which is swivelling stored with 27 at the Ptatine 9 and carries a pin 28. The button 6 consists of a kegelstumpfförmigen coat, which is connected with two spokes 6a with the hub 6b. Between the spokes two cases 29 and 30 are intended, which are fastened to the plate 9. To these cases a Deckptatte 31 fastened for the button 6 is with screws 32, 33. The cover plate 31 exhibits a radially running slotted hole 34, in which the pin 28 moves. At the cover plate 81 the Knopl 7 is stored, at its cover plate turned the surface a Spiralnut 36 by means of a screw 85 (vgl. Fig. 3) exhibits, in which the pin 28 slides, and dumh which it is steered. At the cover plate 31 an index mark 37 is attached, which cooperates with appropriate scales at the buttons 6 and 7. The impact of the represented arrangement is the following: If the button 6 is rotated e.g. in the clockwise direction, while the button 7 remains motionless, then the crank 12 shifts the objective member 2b to the left. At the same time also the cam disc 11 is rotated, whereby the role of 21 is shifted to the right. Since the button 7 is not moved, the lever 20 around the point 38 turns as fixed point and causes that the objective front member 2a is shifted to the right. On the other hand if the button 7 is rotated, while the button 6 remains unchanged, then the pin 28 by the Spiralnut 36 in button 7 in radial direction is shifted. This movement wkd by the connecting rod 25 to the lever 20 transferred, more softly twistedly and the objective member 2the appropriate adjustment movement gives itself around the axle 23. With simultaneous twist of both buttons the movements of the Obje of ktivvordergliedes described above overlay. In Fig. an arrangement of the invention is shown 4 in Dranfstcht, whereby parts of the mechanism were removed in the interest of a clearer representation. Fig. 5 is a cut gernäl the level VV in Fig. 4. At the wave 8 of the focal length adjusting knob 6 a gear wheel 40 me is swivelling installed relatively close version, so that a relative twist is possible only by application of a certain Kraft and is impossible coincidental Vetdrehungen. The gear wheel 40 is connected with a bent lever 41, which exhibits an index mark 42, which faces a screen scale attached at the extent of the adjusting knob 6. The gear wheel 40 combs to me a gear wheel 43, is connected to which at the stationary cover plate 31 stored and with a disk 44. This disk 44 carries turned surface 4 - Nr.230 at their the cover plate! 97 two Spiralnuren 45 and 46. At the wave 8 femur two Zieger 47 and 48 are stored, those with the Eatfemnngsskala at the button 7 zmammenwirken and by pins 49, 50 are geftlhrt, what in the hospital slots 45 and/or 46 slide. During this mechanism a clutch with D m screen scale of the objective screen is not intended, so that will transfer the SSL-end-worth must. In the context of the invention kan however also an inevitable connection between glare plates and sharpness depth indicators to be manufactured. During the arrangement described above the twisting angle of the button is 6 equal to the logarithm of the Bronnweite, while the twisting angle of the index mark is 42 opposite the screen scale equal to the logarithm of the square of the Blendenzahlen. ! 0 around these demands to become fair, it is appropriate, both mobile optical members 2a to steer 2b of the objective by cam discs so that the logarithmic scale process can become accurately in-painted. Within a small range kanu the logarithmic process however also by one changes function, e.g. by a Cosinnsfunktion, to be approximated. The Wi ungsweise in the Fig. 4 and 5 descriptive EinricMung is the following: Outgoing of the represented Eimtellung if the pointer of screen 42 to the value k = 2, is adjusted 8 then the Kurvenscheßbe rotates 44 in the clockwise direction, whereby the pins 49 and 80 by the Spiralnuten 45 and 46 are moved against each other. This has the consequence that to the Entfemnngsskala sharpness depth range indicated by the pointers 47 and 48 one makes smaller. In the same way a twist of the FAnste has! lknopfes 6 a Andemng of the depth sharpness range to the consequence. By the movement laws Brennweitenund of screen adjuster indicated above becomes erreicht° that the sharpness depth range as function of Blendenzahl: Brennweitez is indicated. In Fig. a further execution variant is shown 6 in plan view, with which both the focal length scale and the Entfemungsskala are logarithmically arranged. The Brennweimnsteuerung is accomplished in accordance with the above data. The adjustment of the Entfemungseinstellung effected via appropriate organization of the Spiralnut 36 in the button 7. this arrangement has the advantage that with common Verdmhung of the buttons 6 and 7 relative to the camera a moving object is always illustrated in same size of shank, which fiir sport photographs of advantage is particularly. The two scales can be approximated also by other functions the logarithmic process, whereby however it is to be made sure that also in the most unfavorable case with a common adjustment of the two buttons for the engagement of a constant dimension of picture area the object always remains within the Schäffenbereichns. It is finally possible, the invention in the way auszugestalren that at least one of the adjusting knobs is axially adjustable, and Trade Union of German Employees of this movement of the camera causes is controllable. In another Ausfährungsform of the invention at least one of the two carries adjusts for the distance and focal length, preferably for the Brennweiteneinstellung, in particular a radially movable camera release key. In accordance with this arrangement the camera with the left hand can be held, while me the right hand the necessary employments and the drawing of the camera without grasp changes can be made. The 5ffindung is not limited to indicated the examples. Rather numerous alterations are possible, without leaving the framework of the invention. PATt NTA NSPRÜGHt: !. 976,905. Photographic cameras: varifocal objectives. K. VOCKENHUBER. March 28,1961 [April 1, 1960], No. 11255/61. Headings G2A and G2J. A cinematographic camera for substandard film comprising a varifocal objective, which is at least partly mounted within the camera casing, is characterized in that the adjusting handles for focal length and for focusing the objective are arranged to be rotatable about a common axis running at right angles to the optical axis, and that said handles are both arranged on the same surface of the camera casing which extends parallel to the optical axis and parallel to the running direction of the film in the film gate. As shown (Fig. 2), a knob 6 for adjusting the focal length of a vari- ,focal objective is coupled to the movable middle component 2b of said objective by way of a shaft 8 and a lever 12 having a pin 13 engaging in a groove 14 of a slidable lens mount 15 and is also coupled to the movable front component 2a by way of the shaft 8, a cam disc 11 and a roller 21 which is rotatably mounted mid-way on a spring-urged lever 20 pivoted at 38 and connected through a pin and slot coupling 19 to a slidable lens mount 17. The rear objective component is stationary and not shown. A knob 7 for focusing the objective is coupled to the front component 2a by way of a cam slot 36 engaged by a pin 28 on a lever 26 pivoted at 27, a link 25 and the lever 20, the roller spindle 23 now acting as pivot point of this lever. The knob 7 is mounted on a plate 31 which is screwed to fixed pillars 29, 30 and includes a slot 34 to accommodate movement of the pin 28. Plate 31 also bears an index 37 for co-operation with a distance scale on the knob 7 and a focal length scale on knob 6. The depth of focus corresponding to any desired combination of focal length, diaphragm aperture and focused distance may be indicated by a modification illustrated in Figs. 4 and 5. An adjustable lever 41 which carries an index 42 for co-operation with a diaphragm scale on the knob 6 is connected to a gear wheel 40 stiffly rotatable about the shaft 8 and coupled through a gear wheel 43 to a cam plate 44. This plate includes two cam slots 45, 46 engaged respectively by pins 49, 50 on two levers 47, 48 which indicate the depth of field on the distance scale,on knob 7. Pairs of pointers similar to 47 and 48 may be provided to indicate depth of focus, for example, for the maximum and minimum aperture possible. One of the knobs 6 or 7 may be axially movable for effecting shutter release or a key for release of the shutter may be carried by one of the knobs. The distance and focal length scales may be arranged so that common rotation of the knobs 6 and 7 enables objects to be filmed at variable distances but fixed image sizes. For this purpose, the knobs 6 and 7 may be disconnectably coupled.
