The invention concerns a cutting open cutter with Kreismesser, measurer engine and a cut property car adjustable along an electrically adjustable stop plate, which exhibit a turn-up tightener for the cut property. To the protection from injuries one created covers at cutters, which prevent the s access to the current measurer. There is also switching devices well-known, which interrupt the electric circuit immediately to the measurer engine, as soon as a measurer cover is removed for instance to cleaning purposes. The DE 26 01 269 A1 shows a cutter, which has a protective switch, which must be operated before each start-up, thus before each cut procedure, separately. From US 4,123,959 A and the EP 146,489 A1 are cutters well-known, which provide structural preventive measures at the machine without disconnection of the measurer drive for the avoidance of injuries. With most cutters the stop plate is carried back by means of the cut strength attitude, so that food cuts in a strength arise, which corresponds to the parallel distance of the stop plate of the M.esserebene. Alternatively to it the cut strength attitude takes place with a well-known machine via the feed motion of the cut property before each cut around a measure, which corresponds exactly to the desired cut strength. The stop plate is carried back during the cutting process around a measure, which is larger than the cut strength. The cut property is thus pressed thereby not against the stop plate and does not slide thus not along the stop plate back and forth. For safety reasons with both methods of the cut strength attitude the stop plate is carried back not immediately during attitude of the cut strength, but only directly before the cutting process. As long as the stop plate lies in the measurer level, the danger of injury is small, because the cutting edge is taken off. The invention aims off to increase the safety factor with cutting open cutters still substantially. This is reached by that the position of the tightener scanning electrical position alarm unit is intended and that its exit is put to a control for the measurer engine and for the adjustment drive of the stop plate, whereby the measurer engine is switched off and the stop plate is adjusted into the position taking the knife edge off, if the opened, lifted up position of the tightener announcing signal lies close. One recognized that the position of a tightener on the machine can be consulted as criterion for the activation of the measurer engine and the stop plate with special advantage. If a cut property is clamped, then this lies on critical cut average and that access by the operating personnel is prevented. Therefore it is, during open tightener, thus so long no cut property favourably presented is, the stop plate into the position taking the knife edge off to be placed and the measurer engine off switched. Only with clamped cut property the activation of the two machine components mentioned is to be made possible. 3s it is appropriate, if as position alarm unit on the one hand a magnet border extending in stroke direction of the cut property car onsfest itself underneath the cut property car with this riding along and on the other hand oppositely in the machine housing at least one reed contact is arranged and if the effective range of the magnet border is withdrawn during lifted up tightener by that or the reed contacts publishing houses, in particular the magnet border by a linkage and/or or by a control cam by • o that or the reed contacts and if the control cam or the linkage with the tightener stands, in particular with a rocker the same kinematically in connection. The magnet border extends in stroke direction of the cut property car and has a length, which makes it possible that independently of the position of the cut property car the reed contact is constantly beautschlag* cash. If the magnet border is raised, then the reed contact opens, is the magnet border lowered, thus for 5 the reed contact in the sphere of influence of the Magneffeldes, then the Reedkontakl closes. The reed contact lies in the electric circuit of the measurer engine and in the control circuit for the stop plate. With opened reed contact the control drive of the stop plate is activated and pushed these into the level of the Kreismessers, so that the cut strength “zero” results. The measurer engine cannot besides start, if the reed contact is opened. The position transmission of the lowered or raised, i.e. so opened tightener takes place by means of mechanical levers, bars or cams, to the magnet border höhenverstellbar stored underneath the cut property car. A linkage attacks other position at the tensioning arrangement within the range of the articulated bearing and shifts the MagnetJeJste in and/or. Also a cam steering with tappet can be used. Thus the magnet border can be kept short. It covers anyhow one of the reed contacts arranged along the course of the cut property car, since their length corresponds to the distance of the reed contacts at least. With such a cutting open cutter it is favourable, if the magnet border is arranged in the lateral distance to the axle, whereby the distance of the magnet border from the reed contacts becomes larger when folding up the cut property car, so that the stop plate is shifted into the measurer level and the measurer engine is switched off. Thus also lifting the entire cut property car up leads to the taking effect of the safety precautions mentioned. A remark example is represented in the designs. Fig. 1 shows a side view of a part of a cutting open cutter during lowered tightener (clamping device) for the cut property and Fig. 2 the same opinion during more lifted up, i.e. opened tightener. With the usual machines in Fig. a tightener 1 and the clamped cut property 8 a Kreismesser 2 takes 1 off and 2 represented design, during with taken cut property (Fig. 2) the tightener 1 is opened and for the Kreismesser the 2 when being busy at the machine is accessible. The latter condition is completely particularly dangerous, if the cut strength determining stop plate 5 remains still in the position of the cut strength stopped last, since the personnel is confronted with the “open rotary Kreismesser 2”. With the represented cutting open cutter a cut property car 3 along a Maschinenbettes 4 and stored along an adjustable stop plate 5 is ago adjustably hinund. On the cut property car 3 a bar 6 is arranged, which transverse to the shift direction of the cut property car 3 extended and on some rocker is sliding led 7. The rocker 7 extends over the load area of the cut property car 3 (Fig. 1) and as tightener a plate, which falls the cut property 8 and pushes against the stop plate 5, carries 1 for the cut property 8. If the cut property car 3 is moved e.g. by hand or by a drive in direction of arrow 9 hinund and if the stop plate is carried back around the measure of the cut strength, e.g. 2 mm, against the circle measurer level, then Schnittgutscheiben in the strength are cut off by 2 mm. During the cut procedures the tightener 1 is after-pushed in the direction of the stop plate 5, whereby the rocker 7 along the bar 6 gradually to the stop plate 5 slides. The rocker 7 carries a control cam 10, for that when raising the tightener 1 in any longitudinal position of the tightener 1 on a tiltable stored border 11 accumulates and these around their axis of rotation 12 into the position according to Fig. 2 turns down. With the border 11 a linkage 13 (strichliert represented) is connected, which at a magnet border 14 attacks. The magnet border 14 is stored underneath the cut property car 3 with this riding along in such a way that it can be put forward about parallel to the initial position in the direction of the Maschinenbett 4 and/or be withdrawn away from this in the direction of the cut property car 3. In addition elbow lever steering wheels 15 or similar well-known mechanisms are intended. In addition the magnet border 14 is supported by feathers/springs 16 opposite the cut property car 3. Elbow levers and feathers/springs 16 are in pairs arranged in the remark example. The shift of the magnet border 14 from the position in accordance with Fig. 1 into the parallel position in accordance with Fig. 2 one accomplishes by the linkage 13, the border 11 and the rocker 7 of the tightener 1. , =o in Fig. 1 is the tightener 1 in working position, so that the control cam 10 by the tiltable border 11 is away-turned. The feathers/springs 16 determine the situation of the border 11, which is brought by the linkage 13 into the bent Steltung. The magnet border 14 takes a position scarcely over the Maschinenbett 4, in or on which the reed contacts 17 and 18 arranged is. By reed contacts small switches are understood, which are closed by the Magneffeld of a permanent magnet and with omission of the magnetic field are opened. The reed contact 17 is in Fig. 1 closed, since the magnet border 14 is due to its lowered position in close range of the reed contact mentioned 17. A tension signal reaches the control 19 for the adjustment drive 20 by means of the closed reed contact 17 and by means of the control 21 the measurer engine 22. The adjustment drive 20 positions the stop plate 5 and the measurer engine 22 propels that Kreismesser 2. If the cut property car 3 is moved against the final position drawn with strichlierten lines, the magnet border 14 reaches the reed contact 18 opened for the time being and closes this, before the reed contact 17 is completely overflowed and opened from there. The tension signal reaches then the controls 21 and 19 for the measurer engine 22 and the adjustment drive 20 of the stop plate 5 by means of the now closed reed contact 18. As soon as the tightener 1 is however lifted up (Fig.2), accumulates the control cam 10 on the border 11 and this rotates. Thus the magnet border 14 is raised. Their Magneffeld does not work in this position no more on the reed contacts 17 and/or 18, so that these remain opened, even then, RK 403,897 B if the cut property car 3 over the reed contacts 17, 18 to be away-moved should. If however the reed contacts 17 and/or 18 are opened, then the control 19 does not receive a signal. This dropout leads to it that the control 19 leads the stop plate 5 by the adjustment drive 20 immediately into the basic position, in which the stop plate 5 in the measurer level lies (cut strength “zero” - the cut of the Kreismessers 2 is taken off). The stop plate 5 can be adjusted also something beyond the measurer level (“negative cut strength”). The control 21 receives likewise no signal and scolded the measurer engine 22 off, whereby a measurer brake can prevent a running after of the Kreismessers 2. If the Schnittgufwagen 3 with opened tensioning arrangement 1 (Fig. 2) in longitudinal direction one shifts, then the magnet border remains 14 in the withdrawn position, so that the reed contacts 17 and 18 do not close under any circumstances. Thus highest security before injuries is reached with the cutter. The machine has a circular knife (2) driven by an electric motor (22) and a holder (3) for the material to be sliced moving along an electrically-adjustable stop plate (5). A clamp (1) swinging upwards for the material is provided on the holder and swings upwards. The output of the detector for the position of the clamp is connected to a control system (19,21) for the knife motor and the adjusting drive (20) for the stop plate. This shuts off the motor and moves the plate into a position covering the knife when the clamp is swung into the upper position. The detector can comprise a magnetic strip below the truck and extending in its travel direction, working with a reed contact (17,18) fixed in the housing. With the clamp in the lowered position, the strip is retracted from the contact, being coupled to the clamp by a cam or lever.
