The invention concerns a steel casting machine for pouring off steel from foundry ladles with Stopfenverschluß in Kokfllen. The usual casting work in steel plants takes place at present in such a way that several, on the same crane track running casting cranes, are usually led which carry foundry ladles over in row set up molds. It occurs frequently that a casting crane obstructs the other one. Another disadvantage of the well-known function is it that the foundry ladle does not stand during pouring off sufficient calmly, because by the rope suspension oscillating motions are caused. Naturally the utilization of a casting crane is not satisfying with such a function. The steel casting machine in accordance with the invention avoids these disadvantages and difficulties. It is characterized by a H-förmige running on rails VOL-blazes half portal construction, a trolley, which fastened parking installation from cat frameworks, running on the Brückenträgern of this construction, guide columns and one to the Führungsäulen hebund lowerable for the foundry ladle exist, whereby the cat framework is trained as bringing the foundry ladle u-shaped in. Due to the H-förmigen training of the machine portal a pan, which is brought by means of the crane, needs to be only so highly raised when inserting and turning off, as the H-cross beam is. Regarding an easy and unhindered retractableness of a pan also the cat framework u-shaped is trained. The parking installation for the foundry ladle is designed favourable as closed frame construction and possesses clevis mountings for the admission of the pan taps. The pan framework can be formed by same in pairs carriers, whereby in the bringing in direction of the bottom tap ladle the front carrier is downward too transferred in relation to the rear carrier. The pan framework is favourably articulated with the poor in the guide columns led, preferably by means of sliding rails or roles. After a further characteristic of the invention the pan framework at the guide columns is in such a manner hung up hebund lowerable that the points of suspension are underneath the Brückenträger and are in vertical escape under the rails of the trolley. The invention article is more near described at a Ausfiihrungsbeispiel in the designs. Hiebei show Fig.1 the side view of a steel casting machine trained with half portal; Fig.2 a plan view; Fig.3 a vertical cut after the line III III the Fig.1; and Fig.4 a plan view on the mechanism for turning a foundry ladle off. In the designs is also --1-- a half portal construction marks, those on rails --2 and 2 '-- is mobile arranged. The H-cross beam is strichliert suggested and also --3-- designated. The Brückenträger --4-- the portal construction are, as from Fig.3 follows, closed KastenproFde. On the two Brückenträgern --4-- the portal construction is a Lauf'katze --5-- with u-shaped framework mobile arranged and with guide columns --6-- rigidly connected. At the guide columns --6-- is a rahmenförmige construction --7-- for the admission of a plug foundry ladle hung up. The points of suspension --8 and 8 '-- are underneath the Brückenträgers --4-- and lie vertically in escape with the impellers --9-- the cat framework --5--. The frame construction --7-- is by means of hydraulic cylinders --10-- hebund lowerable. Instead of this hydraulic mechanism naturally also a push pull cable or an otherwise usual lifting mechanism could be used. The training of the photograph mechanism for the pan is more near evident from the Fig.1 and 4. It consists of a closed framework with a pair of side members --11,12-- and a pair of cross beams --13 and 14-- as well as further cross beams --15,16-- and introductions --17--. With --18-- are supports for pan-tap designation. As is shown in Fig.1, is the carrier --12-- in relation to the carrier --11-- downward too shifts. It lies in same altitude as the H-cross beam --3--, so that the Pfarme, those, strichliert hanging on the crane, also --19-- is suggested, without raising or only under very small raising on the pan framework to be set off can. The pan framework is by means of arms --20-- at the guide columns --6-- led, in order to prevent Pendelbewegtmgen of the bottom tap ladle. The guidance can by means of sliding rails or, as represented in Fig.3, by means of roles --21-- and rails --22-- take place. The arms --20-- and pan frameworks --7-- are articulated connected with pins, in order to avoid crowding forces by unequal lifting and/or lowering. In order to obtain a increased stability of the machine, are at the guide columns --6-- Supporting rollers --23-- planned, those on at the lower surface of the Brückenträger --4-- arranged rails run. eriVmdungsgemäße steel casting machine functioned in such a manner that a set of molds between the rails, on which the portal construction runs is arranged, which will thus over-drive KokiUen from the machine can. Then with the help of strichliert drawn in crane a plug foundry ladle --19-- toward the arrow of the Fig.1 brought in, u.zw in such a height that it the H-cross beam --3-- straight over-drives. There the framework of the Laut'katze --5--, as described, u-shaped is trained, bringing in by the upper construction is not obstructed. The bottom tap ladle does not need to be lifted thus on the height of the cat framework and/or over it and lowered again. By the descriptive transfer of the carrier --12-- downward in relation to the carrier --11-- bringing of the bottom tap ladle in is relieved also from this side. She can be turned off without difficulties central on the pan framework, whereby the clevis mountings, which support the pan taps, fix their situation. Now the crane can be away-driven and is free for further work. Pouring takes place without crane, whereby the necessary movements, in particular correction movements of the plug foundry ladle are managed upward and down perpendicularly to serving the molds in the direction to the portal rails by an appropriate movement of the cat framework and movements of the bottom tap ladle by the hanging up construction at the guide columns. With the machine according to invention it is easily possible from there to in sequence serve molds of different size, which are set up in irregular consequence. Thus substantial advantages are obtained in relation to past casting practice, u.zw both regarding the speed of pouring off and regarding the utilization of the existing cranes.

1,206,413. Foundry ladle crane. VEREINIGTE OSTERREICHISCHE EISEN-UND STAHLWERKE A.G. 19 Dec., 1967 [21 Dec., 1966], No. 57670/67. Heading F4B. A foundry ladle crane comprises a gantry having a H-shaped portal 1 and running on tracks, a U-shaped trolley frame 5 running on the bridge arms 4 of the gantry and a ladle supporting frame 7 mounted so as to be vertically displaceable on guide columns 6 depending from the trolley frame 5. The ladle support frame 7 has a rear girder 12 lower than the front member 11 and blocks 18 to receive the ladle trunnions. It is secured to the guide columns 6 by rams 10 articulated to the frame 7 and to brackets on the columns 6 at points directly below the wheels 9 of the trolley frame 5. The frame 7 is steadied by arms 20 hinged to the frame and carrying rails 22 engaging rollers 21 on the columns 6. Rollers 23 below the bridge arms steady the trolley frame on the gantry. The rear girder 12 of the support frame is arranged to be at the level of the cross-bar 3 of the portal when the frame is in position to receive a ladle so that a ladle 19 can be placed into the support frame without having to be lifted above this level, the U-shaped trolley not interfering.
