The invention refers to a device for reversible adjusting of a Ventilstöß els with a housing, a version to the Anschluß to a valve, two against each other adjustable parts of exhibiting thermal actuator and two operating pins which can be used alternatively, whereby for the one kind of adjustment the first operating pin is carried forward by the first part and for the other kind of adjustment the second operating pin by the second part of the actuator and that different part of the actuator at the housing in each case is supported.

During a well-known device of this kind (DE-AS 16 00 713) the one or the other operating pin is to be built alternatively in the axle of the thermalstatic actuator. Auß erdem not only the operating pin is to replace but also a bridge element and change a Federanordnung with the change of the one to the other actuation type. One can use from there the adjuster alternatively for a normally open valve (NO) or a normally closed valve (numerical control), muß but if necessary a laborious change make.

Furthermore is an adjuster admits (EP 0,856,692 A1), which is intended for a normally closed valve. Here the operating pin is constantly installed at the edge of a pot, which spreads the thermalstatic actuator and for whose ground by a feather/spring actuated at that the operating pin turned away part of the actuator one holds. Since the operating pin is transferred opposite the actuator axle, the stroke way of the operating pin can overlap the actuator, so partly daß the adjuster a small height has.

The invention is the basis the task to indicate a device of the initially described kind which makes a relieved conversion possible from the kind of adjustment to the other kind of adjustment.

This task becomes erfindungsgemäß thus solved, daß the two operating pins constantly installs, but are da&szlig against each other transferred and; the operating pins and the version in such a manner shiftable are da&szlig, relatively to each other; the version with the first or second operating pin is aligned alternatively.

During this construction a change of the kind of adjustment does not require an exchange of the operating pins. Rather the necessary operating pin is made effective by a relative misalignment between the operating pins and the version. Since the operating pins are installed constantly, also the power transmission ways between actuator and operating pin can be given, so to a large extent daß with the change of the kind of adjustment additionally for the misalignment of the version at the most small changes at the adjuster to be made must.

Preferably the operating pins are arranged to both sides of the actuator axle. In this way the operating pins keep that größ tmöglichen distance from each other, but the smallest possible distance from the axle of the strength-giving actuator.

It is da&szlig particularly favorably; a stronger first feather/spring that äuß eren pot against a housing-firm attack presses, daß a weaker second feather/spring the internal pot against an attack to äuß eren pot presses and daß between the ground of the internal pot and a housing-firm support a free space is intended, into which for the change of the kind of adjustment a spacer piece is herausnehmbar from it insertable or. The spacer piece is au&szlig the only element, that with a change of the kind of adjustment; it the misalignment of the version to be handled muß. The change is very simple from there to carry out.

A second operating pin 14 is intended at the ground 15 of an internal pot 16. Into the free space between the ground 15 and the lower part 3 a spacer piece 17 can be brought.

A stronger feather/spring 18 presses that äuß eren pot 11 against a housing-firm attack 19 at the lower part 3. a weaker feather/spring 20 presses the internal pot 16 against an attack 21 to äuß eren pot. The version 4 is from in Fig. 1 and 2 illustrated position, in which the version axle agrees with the first operating pin 10, in Fig. situation illustrated 3 shiftable, in which the version axle agrees with the operating pin 14. The respective position of the version 4 becomes by suggested internal teeth 22 and Auß enverzahnung 23 secured. If the adjuster is intended for a normally open NO valve, it becomes into the form of the Fig. 3 brought. For this only two steps are to be full-led. First of all the version 4 with the second operating pin 14 is brought in adjustment. Secondly the spacer piece 17 by a lateral opening 24 is removed. If now a heating takes place, the second operating pin 14 for version 4 walks, because itself the first part of 9 of the actuator 5 against the ground 12 äuß eren pot 11 and this pot supports 18 against the housing-firm attack 19 by the stronger feather/spring is held. The second part of 8 of the actuator 5 moves from there under pressing the weaker feather/spring 20 together in the direction of the valve which can be adjusted. The arrangement has a housing, a holder (4) for connection to a valve, a thermal actuator and two selectively operated actuating pins (10,14), each for a different displacement type. Both actuating pins are permanently mounted but mutually offset and the pins and holder can be displaced wrt. each other so that the holder can be selectively aligned with one or other pin.



Device for reversibly positioning a valve stem with a housing (1; 101), a fitting (4; 104) for connection to a valve, a thermal actuator (5; 105) having two mutually adjustable parts (8, 9), and two operating pins (10, 14; 110, 114) to be used optionally, the first operating pin (10; 110) being taken along by the first part (8) of the actuator for one adjustment mode, and the second operating pin (14; 114) being taken along by the second part (9) of the actuator for the second adjustment mode, the respective other part of the actuator (9, 8) being supported on the housing; characterised in that the two operating pins (10, 14; 110, 114) are permanently mounted but mutually offset, and that the operating pins (10, 14; 110, 114) and the fitting (4; 104) are mutually displaceable in such a manner that the fitting (4; 104) is optionally aligned with the first or the second operating pin.

Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the operating pins (10, 14; 110, 114) are located on both sides of the actuator axis.

Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the fitting (4) and the operating pins (10, 14) can be offset rectilinearly in relation to each other.

Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the fitting (104) and the operating pins (110, 114) are rotatable in relation to each other around an axis.

Device according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the actuator (5; 105) is located between the bottoms (12, 15; 112, 115) of an inner and an outer bowl (11, 16; 111, 116), and that the outer bowl (11; 111) carries the first operating pin (10; 110) and the inner bowl (16; 116) carries the second operating pin (14; 114).

Device according to claim 5, characterised in that a stronger first spring (18) presses the outer bowl (11) against a fixed stop (19) on the housing, that a weaker second spring (20) presses the inner bowl (16) against a stop on the outer bowl (11), and that between the bottom (15) of the inner bowl (16 and a support fixed on the housing a free space is provided, in or from which a distance piece (17) can be inserted or removed to change the displacement mode.

Device according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the housing (1; 101) has a front-side opening (13; 113), in which the bottom (12; 112) of the outer bowl (11; 111) is located.

Device according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the outside of the bottom (112) of the outer bowl (111) has a recess (126) for a tool for displacing the operating pins (110, 114) in relation to the fitting (104).
