The invention concerns an electrostatic paint spray gun operated with compressed air, whose ink mist sprayed radially by a rotary hydroextracting edge is too turned back by the Sprühkop£ in axial direction outside re-painting over air flow on the workpiece. By the strong centrifugal force effect the color particles of the hydroextracting edge arrive relatively far radially outward. The area lying directly before the spray gun is not hardly supplied thus at all or with color, so that the spray pattern on the precipitation electrode has the shape of a relatively large ring. Is also a considerable Drucldu£tzufuhr necessary, in order to turn back the hydroextracted Farbpartlkel as fast as possible on " the workpiece too. Task of the invention is it to overcome the disadvantages mentioned and despite reduction of the Druclduftzufuhr fewer broadly strewn precipitation picture and above all, if at all, to receive an as only as possible small colourless Innenranm. The solution of this task in the way that with its circulating axial blower with promotion direction toward the workpiece is too superior to the hydroextracting edge with axial distance, its Lü£terflügel on smaller radius than the hydroextracting edge it lies effected according to invention. ! 5 the suction on the Lü£teransaugseite provides already in the cooperation with the axial stream Lu£tdu for a strong detour of the radially hydroextracted color particles. If the color particles are in some distance from the pistol, then only under the weakened influence turn back-glaringly, then the suction force of the air flow on the exhaust lower surface steps this first those, how also Kraft of the electrostatic field essentially in oh direction of the spray gun works, into effect, which the color particles with radially inward an arranged Kraft affects, so that thereby the £arbfreie area in the center of the ink mist stream verldeinert, if not even completely to the disappearance is brought. Due to the strong detour effect sowohi on the top side and on the lower surface of the axial blower the delivery and the pressure Lu£tdu can be decreased substantially (with an implemented attempt form of 5 on I RK), which fiihrt to substantial savings of the operating cost. The ink mist can in addition in recesses at the workpiece better penetrate, waves the strong concentric air flow in the Lag¢ is to in-carry the particles ha like Faraday' cages the working recesses. Thus optimal depth effect can be obtained by suitable choice of the Flügelanstellung of the Axiallü£ters. It is favourable to surround the fan blades with a ring rotating with them. The spraying edge knows radially towering above loading edge at the rotor of the paint spray gun the hydroextracting edge itself within the meant Kegelmante with a preferential execution form with! surface between the rotor loading edge and that likewise a loading edge representing edge of exhaust ring under find. The hydroextracting edge is then in the t? eldfreien area, so that hydroextracting takes place exclusively via mechanical forces, while the electrostatic loading of the color particles is only made within the range between the two loading edges. It is mentioned that from österr. Patent specification Nr.225325 and from franz. Patentschrfft Nr.1.421.419 elektrostatisehe paint spray guns admits is, with which an ink mist sprayed radially by a rotary hydroextracting edge is agitated by the hydroextracting edge in axial direction outside re-painting over air flow surrounded and to the workpiece. For the production of this air flow thereby a blower wheel arranged at the hydroextracting edge is intended the carrying Sprühkop£. The blower wheel is axial thereby behind or at height of the hydroextracting edge and this surrounding intended. In these publications thereby no referring to in the context of the invention the substantial influence of the center of the spraying jet are obtained. In the following on the basis a Aus£'ührungsbeispiels represented in the designs the invention is continued to describe. Fig.1 a profile shows by the Kop£ of the eriVmdungsgemäßen paint spray gun, and Fig.2 a Drau£sieht to the axial blower wheel. The head shown in Fig.1 --10--- the paint spray gun is on a Isoliersto££rohr --11-- touched down, by which (not shown) the supply lines for the electricity to the engine --12--, to the electrostatic loading, for which color supply and f'ür the Drucklu£tzufuhr runs. Near the driving flange the rotor of the paint spray gun of propelling electric motor --12-- this is from an annular space --13-- is surrounded, to that compressed air supplied, those by several at the extent distributed drillings --14-- into a ring chamber --15-- arrived, from which compressed air as Lu£tdu by axial drillings --16-- in the Stirnfiäche the ring chamber --15-- escapes and the rotor with one axially in the direction of the workpiece from arranged air flow re-paints over. The rotor consists of one clrehfest on the motor shaft ---17-- flying suspended hub --18--, on some few, preferably three arms distributed evenly at the extent --19-- a cone lateral surface extending to the free rotor end --20-- , those carries the hydroextracting edge at its front edge --21-- exhibits and on its Mantelaußenfiäche with a Aufiadekante --22--, those radially over the hydroextracting edge --21-- out-stood, provided is. The coloring material supply for the inside of the cone lateral surface --20-- been made by a color nozzle --23--. On a Rezeß ---18a--- the hub ---18-- an axial blower is with its hub --24-- touched down, that of a groove nut --25--, those on the front threaded part of the motor shaft --17-- is screwed on, one holds. The wings of the axial blower are from outer ring --26-- surrounded. The Fig.2 gives a clearer picture of the fan blades in a plan view on the Lütter. Here it is shown that itself between the Lü£ternabe and the exhaust ring --26-- extending fan blade --27-- are both axially and radially diagonally employed, in order to achieve as favorable a suction effect as possible. From Fig.1 it follows clearly that the substantial part of the fan blades exhibits a smaller radius than the Absch [enderkante --21--that itself however nevertheless the hydroextracting edge --21-- within a meant Kegelmantelfiäche, those finds by the lower edge of the wing ring --26-- and the loading edge --22-- at the rotor cone --20-- runs. It is thus on the one hand ensured that itself the hydroextracting edge --21-- within a Faraday' cage in the field-free area and thus hydroextracting the color particles without field influence finds effected that however on the other hand centrifugal force at the sucking in side of the Lfifters Kraft of sucking Rome still outweighs, so that under any circumstances color particles are not through-sucked through the AxiaIlüfter and these could be gotten dirty thereby and be hydroextracted on its withdrawal side rough color droplets. In the enterprise the rotor with very high speed rotates, and from the color nozzle --23-- withdrawing color arrived at the inside of the cone lateral surface and flows as fine film distributed over the entire inner surface to the hydroextracting edge --21--, at which it is radially outward hydroextracted. From the drillings --16-- withdrawing compressed air of the Luftdusche steers in the cooperation with Kraft of the dektrischen field between the loading edges --22-- and the lower edge of the Lüfterränges --26-- loaded color particle in the direction of the workpiece lying axially before the spray gun over. These two cutoff forces overlay now further Kraft, which have a component by sucking in on the axial blower entrance side in the direction of the axle of the spray gun, whereby the Umlenknng of the color particles is substantially strengthened immediately after the Ahschleudern. Now if the Farbpartlkel already in the direction of the workpiece beyond the front end of the spray gun, then the suction of the end play stream of the exhaust ensures --24-- but that the ink mist induces itself partially to the spray gun axle, the colourless size before the pistol is thus reduced, perhaps even completely eliminated. In addition the concentrated air flow in the center of the ink mist stream causes that the color particles have a high speed, if they hit the workpiece, so that they are able to penetrate in recesses on the workpiece well. The invention is not limited to the represented structural Ausf'ührungsform. Numerous modifications are possible, without thereby the Ert will leave " mdungsgedanke.
