Armouring for prefabricated concrete scarf plates
The invention concerns an armouring for prefabricated concrete scarf plates from armouring mats with crossing and at the crossovers connected with one another, preferably welded Längsund transverse staffs.
During the production of Massivdecken from local concrete it is well-known, thin prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, so-called concrete scarf plates, to use as formwork existing into the one, preferably from Banstahlmatten, armouring is inserted. For the production of a group with the concrete brought in on the spot further sch] up-like out-standing armouring elements are concrete-encased. These loop-like armouring parts become generally, if it does not concern framework-like truss booms, which are consulted for the exhibition of the concrete scarf plates with, separately in arbitrary places of the scarf plates inserted. These loop-like parts are in more or less large, point however to irregular distances from each other intended.
Newer attempts have now that for the load-carrying capacity of a cover from such scarf plates with local concrete a sufficient Verdübe] ung these two parts of ausschlag=gehender importance are shown, in order to achieve a perfect group and a good cooperation of the two parts in the finished building. It was further shown that the means used so far not to-rich, in order to fulfill these requirements, since the dowelling takes place between scarf plate and local concrete only at individual steep ones lying apart often far.
The task of the invention consists of achieving with as simple a means as possible as good a dowelling between the prefabricated scarf plate and the later applied local concrete as possible with such construction units.
Erf'mdungsgemäß is solved this task thereby that the matte-like armouring consists for prefabricated concrete scarf plates of straight carrying staffs and liaison staffs, which actually admits in each case within the range of the crossovers with the carrying staffs horizontally run and between the Krezungspunkten as loops forms, whose height is so large that they extend beyond the upper edge of the prefabricated scarf plate and that additionally to the staffs forming the loops in the level of the armouring verlanfende straight liaison staffs are arranged.
The invention makes thereby partial use of with an armouring mat for the upper Armlerung of fiächenartigen concrete construction units admitted measure to lie the staffs of a direction between the staffs of the other direction to loops which serve the entire mat on the training as measuring rods for the Aufiagerung. The staffs can, because not continuous, bent to loops, ffir the structural effect in the even mat are not used.
The additional straight liaison staffs planned after the invention can do that with the longitudinal bars and/or connected with the loops biidenden liaison staffs, preferably conceal its. Hiebei can be arranged it either at the schlaufenförmigen staffs or between these above the longitudinal bars. In addition, the additional liaison staffs can be separated the staffs of one added armouring mat.
During the armouring according to invention are, if one proceeds from an armouring mat, their longitudinal bars a distance of! 0 to 15cm and the transverse staffs, an average from 20 to 25 cm from each other has, on a very closely limited range a multiplicity of loops arranged, so that one nearly fiächig over the whole Schalp] atte evenly distributed dowelling is reached. This advantage is obtained, without considerable additional Stahlund is necessary work expended, how it was with the truss booms used so far the case, which were in addition in larger distances from each other arranged.
The new armouring has the further advantage that the carrying armouring for the endültige massif plate and dle dowelling are united in a mat, so that also in relation to the combined armouring me a matte-like carrying armouring and individual loops result and/or as dowelling working truss booms in the production of the scarf plate substantial cost savings. Apart from the fact also, as with transport and the shifting of a separate dowelling, no additional costs arise with the invention.
A further advantage consists of that according to invention the SchalpIatten provided with the armouring cannot only be handled just as easy as the belmnnten scarf plates, since they can be hung up at the loops easily, but substantially better to be stacked to be able, because the loops in smaller distances lie from each other and their height much vlel is smaller than with the well-known SchalpIatten. Thus the loops in the transportation condition more rigidly and the space requirement with the stacking of the SchalpItten is small after the height.
After a further proposal of the invention this armouring from an armouring mat from each other crossing and at the crossovers knows connected with one another, preferably verschweigten Längsund liaison staffs thereby to be manufactured that the liaison staffs between the crossovers with the longitudinal bars are schlaufenförmig bent upward. In addition, one can interconnect, preferably conceal if necessary the straight longitudinal bars with the loops to exhibiting liaison staffs and additional straight liaison staffs to a mat.
The invention is more near described below on the basis a remark example represented in the designs. Show: Fig.1 a cutout from a cross section of one using a scarf plate according to invention manufactured MassivpIatte and Fig.2 a cutout from a plan view of the Bewehmng according to invention.
The cutout from a cross section of a massif plate, represented in Fig.1, shows the inserted armouring. The massif plate from the concrete scarf plate sits down --5-- and one on the spot on concreted local concrete plate --6-- together. The armouring of the concrete scarf plate --5-- consists of an armouring mat --7-- wät straight longitudinal bars --1-- and liaison staffs --2--, those in each case between the crossovers of two staffs to a loop --3-- are bent upward. The height of the loops is so large that it over the Obcrkante of the prefabricated scarf plate --5-- extend.
As is to be inferred from Fig.2, is parallel to the schlaufenförmigen liaison staffs --2-- additional liaison staffs --4-- arranged, those in the representation of the Fig.1 above the level of the liaison staffs --2-- lie. In addition, they can in the level of the liaison staffs --2-- arranged its, u.zw closely at the loops, and/or between the staffs --2--, as represented in the Fig.2 broken.
The additional liaison staffs --4-- are with the longitudinal bars and/or with the loops --3-- welded. The liaison staffs --4-- in addition, know staffs of one separated added armouring mat --8-- its, those in the scarf plate --5-- without, as in Fig.1 broken suggested, in the local concrete are arranged. The longitudinal bars contained in this armouring mat --9-- can be consulted additionally for carrying with. 1.
