The invention concerns a fastening part to the spacer distance from lining elements or construction units at a wall od.dgl., with a spreading case importable in a borehole of the wall, which is embodyable by drawing in a spreading body by means of an extended section exhibiting Spreizschraube serving for the attachment of the lining elements or construction units in the borehole. A well-known spacer fastening part consists of a plastic spreading peg, which exhibits an extended neck. This neck is provided with slinging means holding the construction units which can be fastened in an adjustable distance to the brick-work in form of a mother screw onable onto an external thread of the neck. The construction unit which can be fastened is between the slinging means located on the neck on the one hand and the head of the fixing bolt, which serves at the same time also for expanding the spreading part of this fastening part, clamped. The attitude of the desired distance between construction unit and wall during the assembly is caused thereby that before expanding the spreading part the fastening part in the borehole is shifted accordingly. For the change of the distance after the assembly it is necessary to solve the anchorage by unscrewing the fastening part again. With the well-known fastening part it can be perhaps unfavorable that it consists predominant of plastic, since thereby its employment is not possible with spacer attachments particularly subject to fire hazards. By the small flexural rigidity of the plastic case the Befestigungsschmube weaker in the diameter must carry the entire load of the construction unit which can be fastened with the well-known fastening part. This means that the fastening part for the spacer distance can not be used from heavy construction units either at all, or that this lack must become again balanced by a larger number of fastening parts per construction unit. The same disadvantage results also in the case of the well-known metal spacer fastening parts, which are expanded by drawing in a spreading body into a spreading case by means of a fixing bolt. The shank of the fixing bolt, whose diameter is smaller than the outside diameter of the spreading case, rising up out of the borehole, is used for the attachment of the construction unit, for example a lining element. Here thus the weaker shank of the l the efestigungsschraube entire must take up itself from the Abstandsbefestignng resulting in Biegeund of shearing stresses. Although it concerns a metal fastening part here, its maximum stress is still smaller than with the plastic fastening part described before, since with this still to small extent the plastic case contributes to the increase of the flexural rigidity. For expanding the well-known metal pegs it is necessary in addition that the mother at the wall surface, necessary for drawing in the spreading body into the spreading case, away can push. Such a back support is missing however, if on the wall still isolation damming plates, which are as well known soft and compressible, are located. A normal anchorage of the well-known fastening part is no longer possible then without destruction of these isolation damming plates. The invention is the basis the task to create a fastening part for spacer attachments, producible made of metal, which possesses a large flexural rigidity, can simply be mounted, and with which the distance of the construction unit which can be fastened from the wall in simple way also after the anchorage be still changed can. This is reached according to invention by it, dal on out of the Bohdoch rising up the end of this section a case screw onable and in their distance to the wall is adjustable, whereby the end of the case than screw head, more removed from the wall, is trained, and that at least over a part of the case length an external thread is arranged for setting slinging means adjustable in longitudinal direction of the case. For embodying the Befcstigungselementes according to invention first a drilling is manufactured, whose diameter corresponds to the outside diameter of the spreading case and/or the Schuftes of the set off Spreizschraube. After would bring in the fastening part into the borehole in the brick-work through tricks of the Spreizschraube the fastening part one embodies. The spreading body is pulled into the spreading case, while the spreading case falls itself at the shoulder of the Spreizschraube resulting in from the joggle. This kind of expanding differs completely substantially from the usual staybolt attachment, with which on the external thread of the pin screw onable and draw themselves at the wall supporting mother the staybolt and thus the spreading body toward borehole delta and into the spreading case. The fastening part according to invention needs neither an additional mother, still another firm surface as if hold against to its anchorage, so that it is embodyable also if on the brick-work still isolation damming plates are located. Since the outside diameter of the shank corresponds to the outside diameter of the spreading case, a good support of the fastening part is given in the borehole. Beyond that also this shank the admission Biegeund of shearing stresses adjusting by the weight of the construction unit which can be fastened takes over itself. By its Schaftdurchmesser larger in relation to the diameters of the fixing bolts with the well-known fastening parts the er£mdungsgemäße fastening part in the position is to take up larger Biegeund shearing stresses. Thus this fastening part is usable also for heavy attachments; and/or. during the spacer distance from lining elements are necessary per Verkleidnngselement of fewer Befestignngselemente. Since mainly on the necessary number of fastening parts the assembly tent depends, also here savings are possible. For the spacer attachment of the Verldeidungselementes the case is screwed onto the section of the Befestlgungselementes embodied towering above the wall in the borehole. The lining element is arranged in addition already between the screw head and the Anschlagmirtel screwed onto the external thread of the case, however not yet jammed. By means of a screwdriver intervening in a slot of the screw head of the case the desired distance of the case and concomitantly the lining element to the wall is stopped. Subsequently, the lining element is strutted by tightening A for example designed as lock nut schlagrnittels between the screw head of the case and the slinging means. This arrangement makes it thus, also such Abstanclsbe£estigungen durchztfführen, with which the distance of the Verldeidungselemente to the wall surface is very small, perhaps straight place for the Auschlagmittel screwed onto the external thread for the case possible offers. In a further arrangement of the Ert'mdung the section of the Spreizschraube intervening in the spreading case and the spreading body can be set off, whereby the outside diameter of the section remaining outside of the Spreizhillse is equal to the outside diameter of the ungespreizten spreading case. By this arrangement an anchorage of the erfindtmgsgemäßen fastening part is possible, without an additional would be necessary, at the wall surface falling mother. Thus an anchorage of the fastening part is possible also if firm surface for example if on the brick-work still isolation damming plates are not located - as if hold against is present. For expanding the fastening part through into the spreading case one pulls to tricks of the Spreizschraube of the spreading bodies, while the spreading case falls itself at the shoulder of the Spreizschraube resulting in from the joggle. Since the outside diameter of the Schuftes corresponds to the outside diameter of the spreading case, a good support of the Befesfigungselementes is given in the borehole. Beyond that also this shank the admission Biegeund of shearing stresses adjusting by the weight of the construction unit which can be fastened takes over itself. By its Schaftdurchmesser larger in relation to the diameters of the fixing bolts with the well-known Befestignngselementen the fastening part according to invention in the position is to take up also larger Biegeund shearing stresses. In further addition of the Erf'mdung the spreading case from a wire can be wound in form of a block feather/spring, and exhibit the spreading body at its Einführende a federation, whose outside diameter corresponds to the borehole diameter. The use of a block feather/spring as spreading case has the advantage that the case can adapt by its elasticity of the wall face and so that already before drawing in the spreading body a spanning causes, which prevents that the fastening part drives itself when drawing in the spreading body in the borehole. On the one hand prevented that the spreading body can be pulled through the spreading case, on the other hand, dal the spreading effect with rising excerpt strength verstärlce is reached by the federation at the spreading body or at least by means of a longer time holds on. In further Ausgestalttmg the invention kind knows the Verldeidungselement thereby to be also strutted with a fastening part or initially mentioned that the part of the Spreizschraube intervening in the Sprelzhülse and the spreading body is set off, whereby the outside diameter of the section remaining outside of the spreading case is equal to the outside diameter of the ungespreizten spreading case, and that on the end of this section rising up out of the borehole a case is screw onable tmd in its distance to the wall adjustable, and daf the Banteil between the face of this case and the head of a fixing bolt, threaded which can be fastened, into this case is trapable. As edition for the lining elements and/or the construction units which can be fastened serves the face of the case screw onable onto the section rising up out of the borehole the Spreizschraube. By more or less far untwisting the distance of this case and concomitantly the distance of the lining elements to the wall surface is einstellund adjustable. The switching position results on the one hand from the length of the section of the Spreizschraube rising up out of the borehole and the length of the case. For the attachment of the lining elements this between the face of the case and the head of a fixing bolt threaded into the case are eingeldemmt. After a further addition of the invention a cap from plastic with two sections can be put on on that the Einführende opposite end of the Spreizhiilse, from which the section rises up into the spreading case, while the other section covers on the one hand the face and on the other hand a part of the exterior surface of the spreading case. The outside diameter of the spreading case is slightly vergröfSert by this arrangement, which strengthens still the friction of the Befestignngselementes in the borehole. Thereby an additional twist lock which prevents a driving of the spreading case in the initial stage of the anchorage in each case, develops. The moreover this cap, since it matches the contour closely of the Bohrlochwandnng, works than poetry, and prevents thereby a penetration of liquid into the spreading range of the fastening part. This meant on the one hand a long service life of the fastening part, on the other hand remains the efficiency and the solubility of the fastening part also with large air humidity. After a further arrangement of the invention the face of the section of the Spreizschraube rising up out of the borehole can be provided with means for setting a turning tool. This can be for example a female hexagon for setting an Allen key or a slot for setting a screwdriver. In a further addition of the invention the case can be provided with an interior drilling continuous in the diameter and a dnrchgehenden internal thread. This arrangement makes a same borehole diameter possible, which brings back a shortening of the Montagezdt with itself for the borehole in the brick-work and for the throughhole in a lining element. Finally still the Auflenfläche of the case can be provided roughened up and/or with a wrench width in a further addition of the invention. This facilitates a screwing of the case on and thus the adjustment of the distance of the lining elements to the wall. In the designs Ausführtmgsbeispiele of the invention are represented. Fig.1 shows a fastening part, with which an end of the case is trained as screw head and Fig.2 shows a fastening part, with which into the case for the attachment of the lining element a Befestigungsschranbe is threaded. The shown fastening part --1-- consists of a spreading case wound from a wire in form of a block feather/spring --2-- and into the spreading body --3-- decisive Spreizschraube --4--. Into the spreading case --2-- and into the spreading body --3-- decisive part --4a-- the Spreizschraube --4-- is set off, whereby the outside diameter outside of the spreading case --2-- remaining section --4b-- equal the outside diameter of the tmgespreizten spreading case --2-- is. This with the largest part of its length from the borehole --5-- meeting section --4b-- the Spreizschraube --4-- and points an external thread is extended --6-- up. For setting a turning tool is the face of this section --4b-- with a female hexagon --7-- provided. To the anchorage of the fastening part --1-- in the borehole --5-- in the brick-work --8-- becomes through tricks of the Spreizschraube --4-- the spreading body --3-- into the spreading case --2-- drawn in. The spreading case supports itself --2-- over a cap consisting of plastic --9-- at itself by the joggle the Spreizschraube --4-- resulting in shoulder off. Thus is also an expanding possible, if at the brick-work --8-- still another isolation damming plate --10-- is arranged. The cover plate --9--, which serves for the twist lock and for the Abdichttmg of the spreading range, points two sections --9a, 9b-- up, of those the section --9a-- into the spreading case --2-- , during the other section rises up --9b-- the face and a part of the exterior surface of the spreading case --2-- fibre-covered. This results in a slight diameter enlargement, for the contact pressure in the borehole, necessary for the twist lock --5-- ensures. On the external thread --6-- the section rising up out of the borehole --4b-- the Spreizschraube --4-- is a case --11-- with internal thread --12-- screwed on. The end of the case more removed from the wall --11-- is as screw head--20-- with a slot --21--trained as setting a turning tool. Over a part of its length the case points --11-- an external thread --22-- up, on some slinging means --23-- for example a Kontermntter is screw onable. By tightening the slinging means --23-- becomes the lining element --13-- between the screw head --20-- the case --11-- and this slinging means --23-- strutted. The distance of the Verldeidungselementes --13-- the wall surface becomes by the case --11-- adjusted, those due to their internal thread --12-- in axial direction of the fastening part --1 is adjustable. With the fastening part illustrated in Fig.2 --1-- the face serves the case --11-- the lining element --13-- as edition. To the attachment of the lining element --13-- is a further fixing bolt --14-- planned, those into the internal thread --12-- the Spreizschraube--4-- outstanding part of the case --11-- one eingeschtaubt. Between the head --15-- this fixing bolt --14-- and the face of the case --11-- is the lining element --13-- gotten jammed. The distance of the lining element --13-- the Wandoberfiäche becomes by the case --ll-- eingesteUt, those due to their internal thread --12-- in axial direction of the fastening part --1-- - is producible.

An expansion anchor sleeve is adapted for insertion into an expansion anchor hole and has a leading end and a trailing end. An expander member is located at the leading end and can be drawn into the sleeve for expanding the same. An externally threaded bolt has a front portion which extends through the sleeve and engages the expander member to draw the same into the latter, and a rear portion which projects outwardly beyond the trailing end of the sleeve and the expansion anchor hole. A tapped sleeve is threaded onto the rear portion and on its end facing away from the expansion anchor sleeve the tapped sleeve is formed with a head; it also has external threads. An abutment member is threaded into the tapped sleeve and clamps between itself and the head an object through which the tapped sleeve extends.
