The invention concerns a brush roller for sweeping machines, in particular for airfields and roads, with a number of brushes, from which each several bristle bundles exhibits, which are fastened to a brush bridge in even distances, whereby to the wave of the brush roller several disks are fastened, which are provided at their edge with recesses for the admission of the brush bridges and whereby the brush bundles consist of bristle wires, which are curved around an attachment wire od.dgl, around. The invention is mainly intended for such machines, which are used on airfields, in order to release Startund runways from snow and ice to. In such sweeping machines the brushes high loads and strong wear are subjected, so that a l0 is necessary relatively frequent brush change. The invention can be used however also with advantage in sweeping machines, for example for roads. The usually-common type of brush rollers, which is used at present for the cleaning of airfields by snow, is descriptive in the SE-PS Nr.218161. Afterwards the roller possesses a length of approximately 4 m, and consists of a swivelling cylinder with a large number of replaceable rings, by which each replaceable bristle bundles from metal wire is provided. Each bundle is led, over these curved and from the bundle umgreilenden ring is held together by a loop. A rubber case pushed over the loop extends over a part of the bundle. The other end of the rubber case hangs freely underneath the loop and over a pin on the ring down-pulled. At the pin the loop is by one by the rubber case, lbch struck nail fastens which loop and a pin, which is secured by bending. If a bristle bundle is worn out, it must be replaced. Since the questionable brush rollers exhibit about 100 rings with in each case 16 bristle bundles, 1600 bundles therefore must be replaced. The expenditure for the development and the assembly lies within the range of to 40 h. Apart from this considerable work time and the associated costs, the bundles from steel bristles can be handled manually difficult and led easily to nail holes. The rate of sick persons due to such injuries can be very high. A further disadvantage is in that in certain cases the nail comes due to wrong attachment under the loop or on a side of the loop, i.e. it does not extend by the loop holding the bristle bundle. When starting of the brush roller the incorrectly fastened bristle bundle is then ejected and can injure thereby in the proximity persons present. A further disadvantage results, if the bristle bundles one or several rings, e.g. in the roller center, are damaged and to be replaced must; in this case first all rings lying before it must be removed, which must be required much time and be usually accomplished in the workshop. A certain improvement let itself by the use one from the DE-AS 1004588 admitted device to reach. In it the bristle bundles are fastened to box profile bridges made of sheet metal, which are again in recesses of a large number of disks lying along the driveshaft of the machine jammed. These bridges are axial and around the disk extent in even distances arranged. The advantage of this device consists of it that the bridges with the bristle bundles can be made of replaceable units, so that a replacement of one or several bridges with the associated bristle bundles can take place on the spot, to remove without the Bürsten4S rolls from their mounting plates. The bridges are jammed with clips, which are held however by screws and lock washers. Therefore development and assembly of the brush rollers require a rather large expenditure of time. For a brush roller with 16 brush bridges and 5 engine disks 120 loose individual parts are necessary, in order to clamp the bridges. Apart from time-consuming assembly work, the large number of loose individual parts brings the danger with itself that individual parts separate and in the enterprise to damages and injuries lead. With machines to high speed turns of for example airfields the rotating speed is often relatively high; consequently with a peripheral speed in firößenordnung of 40 m/s according to large centrifugal energy arise. For this reason the well-known device is a little suitable, because the bridges extend over the entire length of the brush roller and normally reach to approximately 4 m length. These bridges lie freely between the turning disks. Due to these spans and the strong centrifugal energy the bridges are constantly radially outward bent, so that the outside ends of the bristle bundles do not form no more an even cylindrical surface. The brush roller therefore receives an uneven brush surface, which leads again to an uneven wear of the bristle bundles. The moreover the well-known device exhibits the disadvantage that the box profiles of the brush bridges will provide with openings, in for the admission of the bristle federations! certain l0 metal bushings to be used and in it welded. For a brush roller 80 sockets and an appropriate number of welding seams are necessary; this means time-consuming manual work. Further the substantial disadvantage results that centrifugal energy the affecting the bristle bundles are taken up by the welding seams holding the sockets, since the attachment wires are because of the internal ends of the sockets. This means naturally a substantial danger, since the firmness of the welding seams is limited. In order to simplify the assembly and the development of the brush bridges, the turntables can be with axial guidance for using the bridge in for example from the DE-AS 1057562 evident way provided. This device possesses however likewise the disadvantage of relatively large free spans of the bridges. That leads to the substantial danger that the bridges are constantly outward bent by the centrifugal energy, which an uneven brush surface effectuation and in addition the withdrawal of the brush bridges from axial guidance prevents difficult or even, if the bridges are to be replaced. During the well-known device exists besides with large centrifugal energy the danger that the bridges separate from the guidance, damage in the proximity articles present and injure persons. Finally a brush roller of the initially described kind is become known from the CH-PS Nr.310776, with which the attachment wire is intended within the brush bridge, whereby the assembly of the attachment wire is unreliable with difficulty and the anchorage, so that also with this well-known construction those aufteten managing mentioned disadvantages. Against the background this state of the art the invention the task is the basis to create a brush bridge with bristle bundles simply and cheaply lets itself which manufacture and arising centrifugal energy without the danger resists a Biegeverformung, for holding the bristle bundles with lowest possible friction at the bridge is suitable and easily into particularly arranged axial guidance to be inserted and out of these taken can. This task is solved with a brush of the initially mentioned kind thereby that each brush bridge S5 consists of two profiled sheets, from which everyone an essentially u-shaped cross section also parallel running thighs and a bar arranged between the thighs exhibits, whereby each other turned free thigh ends of the two profiled sheets overlap each other and are connected, preferably by welding, that for the admission of the bristle bundles in the bars of both profiled sheets round: Openings are intended, their edges into cylindrical collars pulled inward turn into, whereby each other facing collars engage, and that the bristle bundles with their bent part of the inside manage the bridge, whereby this bent part of the bristle bundles pulled through the attachment wire lies close cd.dgl, at the inside of the bridge. A particularly rigid brush bridge is obtained by this training, which is deformation steady also at high numbers of revolutions of the brush roller. The brushes and/or bristle bundles can be replaced easily and rapidly, are however surely embodied. In the designs remark examples of the invention are schematically represented. Fig.1 shows a profile by a brush roller with Bürstenbrüeken; Fig.2 a cross section by the brush roller of the Fig.1 along the cut line 2-2; Fig.3 a schematic, perspective partialregards a pair of u-shaped profiled sheets before the assembly to a brush bridge; Fig.4 the brush bridge of the Fig.3 in plan view; Fig.5 the brush bridge of the Fig.4 with bristle bundles in side view, assigned in it; Fig.6 a cross section by the brush bridge of the Fig.4 along the cut line 6-6; Fig.7 an increased cutout of the brush roller of Fig.2; Fig.8 another brush bridge with assigned bristle bundles in cut side view and Fig.9 a partial plan view on the brush bridge of the Fig.8. The driveshaft --10--a turning roller consists of a pipe, that at each end a front wall --11-- with an axle pivot --12a-- for storing and leading the roller exhibits. Several disks --12-- are welded in distances with the driveshaft; each of these disks points peripheral several evenly distributed recesses --13-- up. In accordance with Fig.7 each individual recess possesses --13-- an opening --14--, those in two facing Seitentaschen --15-- and a ground bag --16-- turns into. The recesses --13-- in the disks swore with one another in longitudinal direction of the roller. Each number of the recesses --13-- is with an axial guidance in shape of a pair opposite u-shaped ones borders each other --17, 18-- provided. These borders point outward in each case curved flanges --17a and 18a-- up. There the borders --17, 18-- into the Seitentaschen --15-- the recess --13-- , embraces Seitenund lower edges of the bags these borders is fit in, in order to make so a load possible of these borders with relatively large radial forces. The borders --17, 18-- are with the disks --12-- welded. Between each pair of borders --17, 18-- lie several brush bridges --19-- one behind the other. Sometimes in praxi the roller reaches a length of 4 m, while the length of the bridges amounts to 1 m. Therefore a only one axial guidance with four brush bridges can --19-- provided its. If the brush bridges are relatively briefly held, then they can be handled easy when transport and assembling. The production of a brush bridge according to invention --19-- goes from two u-shaped profiled sheets --20, 21-- in accordance with Fig.3 out. The profiled sheet represented above in the designs --20-- a set of openings points --22-- in its bar --23-- up. The umgebördelten and down-pulled edges of opening form softly rounded edges --24-- with a collar directed inward --25--. In the same way is the profiled sheet represented down in the designs --21-- with corresponding openings --25a-- in its bar --21a-- rounded off edges --26-- (Fig.6) and inward arranged collars --27-- provided. The profiled sheets --20, 21-- differ a little in the width from each other, so that the thighs --28-- the lower profiled sheet --21-- between the thighs --29-- the upper profiled sheet --20-- lie and with their edges --30-- at the bar --23-- the upper profiled sheet --20-- to lie close can. For this purpose are the edges --30-- the thigh of the lower profiled sheet slightly inward curved. The collars --25-- the upper profiled sheet --20-- are --31-- a little expand, so that, if the upper profiled sheet with the lower is joined, the upper collars --25-- the lower collars --27-- overlap and the two profiled sheets before mutual shifting retain (Fig.6). The thighs --29-- the upper profiled sheet --20-- are with break-throughs --32-- provided, in order to facilitate after joining a welding of the profiled sheets with one another. The bristle bundles --33-- consist of bent wires, which are inserted into the collar openings. A grommet --35-- covers the bent ends --34-- each bristle bundle. The bent end of the bristle bundle with its grommet is in accordance with Fig.6 into the pair of collars joined in each case --25, 27-- o eingesetzt° that below the inside of the brush bridge is appropriate for bent end. In the bar --2la-- the lower profiled sheet --21-- are a number of narrow eyes --36--, the guidance for a usual attachment wire --37-- form. This wire is by the eyes --36--, the grommets --35-- and the bent ends --34-- the bristle bundles passed through. The brush bridge lets itself easy between the u-shaped pair of borders --17, 18-- at the disks --12-- arrange and can be fixed at the ends in the borders by mounting plates. The two profiled sheets --20, 21-- in accordance with Fig.3 can be manufactured in relatively simple way; likewise joining the profiled sheets lets itself --20, 21-- to a brush bridge --19-- easily would drive through. The installation of the bristle bundles with their grommets and drawing in the attachment wire are likewise possible without difficulties. The result is a brush bridge with high stability, in particular bending strength, there the side panels of the bridge due to each other overlapping and welded with one another Scbenkel of the profiled sheets --20, 21-- lie one above the other. Centrifugal energy the affecting the bristle bundles become from the attachment wires --37-- taken up, those at the inside of the rigid brush bridge --19-- lie close and the attachment of the bristle bundles secure. The brush bridge --19-- it is further strengthened by the fact that it between the two gegenüberliegenen u-shaped ones borders or rails --17, 18-- lies. Although the Blechstärke can be relatively small, such a stiffness results that the borders do not bend any longer. Consequently the brush bridges, if they must be replaced, can be pulled out easily and between the borders --17, 18-- push back. Beyond that water of the ends radially on the inside of the bristle bundles can flow off freely, whereby particularly in the winter an ice formation prevents itself through in the bristle bundles water staying as well as an imbalance resulting in from it. In the Fig.8 and 9 another brush bridge is represented, to their openings --22a-- and their eyes are oblong --36a-- a lateral movement of the attachment wire --37-- permit, if the bristle bundle --33-- is bent to a side. The oblong openings --22a-- facilitate this inclination and reduce the pressure to the bristle bundle.

Brush bridges with bristle bunches are used in a rotating brush roller in sweeping machines. The bridges can be inserted in axial guides on the brush roller. Each brush bridge comprises two U-shaped sections welded together to form a box section. Openings are made in these sections, and the bristle bunches are inserted and retained in said openings.

Brush roller for sweeping machines, in particular for airfields and roads, with a number of brushes, from which each several bristle bundles exhibits, which are fastened to a brush bridge in even distances, whereby to the wave of the brush roller several disks are fastened, which are provided at their edge with recesses for the admission of the brush bridges and whereby the bristle bundles consist of bristle wires, which are curved around an attachment wire od.dgl, thereby characterized that each brush bridge (19) of two profiled sheets (20, 21) consist, of which everyone an essentially u-shaped cross section also parallel running thighs (28, 29) and a bar arranged between the Sehenkeln (21a, 23) exhibits, whereby each other turned free thigh ends of the two profiled sheets (20, 21) each other overlap and, preferably by welding, are connected that for the admission of the Borstenbüdel in the bars (21a, 23) of both profiled sheets (20, 21) round openings (22, 25a, 22a) are intended, their edges in cylindrical collars pulled inward (25, 27) turn into, whereby each other facing collars engage, and that the bristle bundles (33) with their bent part of the inside manage the bridge (19), whereby this bent part of the bristle bundles (33) the pulled through attachment wire (37), od.dgl, against the inside rests to the bridge (19).
