The Erfindurfg refers to a spade with tiltable and in different SLel” lungs definably at the preferably hollow handle by means of a bearing journal diverted sheet. With the well-known execution form of such a spade form the lower end of the handle, two perpendicularly to the spade sheet bent upward rags of the same and a bearing journal a joint. The handle carries a mother, that is movable against the rags of the spade sheet. The rags exhibit several to the bearing journal parallel flattening, whereby neighbouring surfaces include an obtuse angle with one another. By loosening of the mother it is possible to swivel and tighten in the desired direction to the handle again the sheet, so that the spade is fixed in the adjusted situation. This design has the disadvantage that the thread open-lies and is suspended from there to damages and a contamination, which can impair or eliminate the mobility of the mother. In addition a high loaf printing between the surfaces at the rags of the sheet and the mother exists. so that here very soon wear result, which make the spade increasingly useless. The invention aims at the creation of a spade, with which this Nacbteile are avoided and which lets itself preferably fold up on a small volume. According to invention this is reached by that the handle at its exhibits the sheet turned end several, parallel to the bearing journal running surfaces, whereby neighbouring surfaces with one another include an obtuse angle and the bearing journals are designed as eccentric cams in its rotating by means of one actuator the spade sheet connected with it against in each case one of these even surfaces Stielendes anpreßhar is. The invention refers further to favourable arrangements. In the designs the subject of the invention in a example-wise execution form is represented. Fig.l a side view of the spade according to invention, Fig.2 a cut show after the line II-II in Fig.l, Fig.3 the opinion of the bearing journal designed as eccentric cams, Fig.4 a StirnansichL the same and Fig.5 an increased cross section of the u-shaped section of the operating arm for the eccentric cam. In its whole also --I-- marked Spatenstiel is implemented two-piece and consists of two telescope-like into one another-put boring --2, 3--, of those the outside spade part --2-- at its free end with an internal thread --4-- and the internal SpatenLeil --A-- at its internal end with an external thread --5-- is provided, so that the two handle parts by means of the threads --4, 5-- ago from the inside are boltable. The internal thread --4-- and/or the external thread --5-- exhibit a conical final range, so that the thread tightens itself toward end of the screwing procedure and loosening by an impact to the handle --I-- does not enter. To the protection of the situation of the internal handle part --3-- in its drawn in situation are at the ground --6-- the outside handle part --2-- springy hooks --7-- planned, those in recesses --8-- the internal spade part --3-- to engage can. The tubular internal spade part -- -- is outward locked or, as in the represented case, by means of a cylindrical fuseholder --9-- lockably and can for the admission of a further tool --10-- serve, which is e.g. a saw blade. its free end to a screwdriver --Ii-- is trained. To bringing in &O the handle part --3-- it is necessary, the handle part --2-- from one bore to manufacture, into that the ground --6-- is plug-like assigned. The connection to the ground and Eohr can be caused by sticking. With the spade sheet --12-- connected end --13-- the handle points lateral even surfaces --14-- up, those of rags --15-- the sheet --12-- are covered. Perpendicularly to this &5 even surfaces --14-- is a bearing journal --16-- arranged, which is designed as eccentric cams. It protrudes on a side from the camp and exhibits on this section a section deviating from the circle. On this section the BeLätigungsarm sits --17--. The bearing journal --16-- is by means of his middle range --16-- in the end --13-- the handle --I-- stored and points on both sides narrow sections --IS, 20-- up, which are likewise cylindrically trained, their common axle however opposite the axle of the middle section --18-- is transferred. In order to permit a passing of the bearing journal through from a side, the section points --IS-- larger diameter and the section --20-- a smaller diameter than the middle section --18-- up. To the smaller section --20-- from the camp more herahsragender a " section concludes itself --21-- , which shows like Fig.4, exhibits two parallel levels on and with slots --22-- in the range of his free end is provided. The operating arm --17--, which can be replaced by a turning grasp, manufactured from a sheet metal cut and with a section --23-- provided, which is represented in Fig.5 in the cross section. The opening --24-- is the cross section of the section --21-- the bearing journal adapted, so that the operating arm sits at the bearing journal. With the plug-on of the arm --17-- rest the edges --24 '-- into the slots --22-- . In this way special attachment organs are avoided. The end --13-- the handle --I-- is with even surfaces --25, 26, 27, 28 and 29-- provided, t parallel to the bearing journal --16-- run. By means of the bearing journal trained as eccentric cams --16-- can now between the rags --15-- range present --30-- the sheet --12-- against one of these surfaces to be pulled, so that the spade is fixed in the adjusted situation. In order to avoid a damage of the spade, can be selected the dimensions SE that with the occurrence of a large torque the handle --i-- is tiltable and on a neighbouring surface engages. If this is prevented or to be made more difficult, then can in the surfaces --25 to 29-- Grooves --32-- and at the spade sheet --12-- a Sicke --33-- are planned. The surfaces --25 to 29-- in addition, know concave and the spade sheet --12--between the rag --15-- convex trained its. The handle part --2-- a length exhibits, those about that of the sheet --12-- corresponds. In this way the blade tip comes in the folded up condition for instance in the range of the Sohraubkappe --9-- to lie, as this is dash-dotted suggested in Fig.l. The handle part --2-- is further with an eye --31-- provided, the solvable attachment of the spade at the belt zuläfit. Those distributes the spade according to invention is obvious. All mobile parts are protected from contamination. In the folded up condition the spade takes only a small area. The eccentric cam training and the broad planar contact between spade section --30-- and the surfaces --2ü to 29-- secure a minimum wear and from there a long life of the spade. The spade consists only of few parts and is cheap to manufacture and handle simple.

[2]

The spade comprises a handle (1) which is preferably hollow, pivoting and lockable in different positions, by means of a pivot pin (16) jointing the shovel (12) to the handle. The handle is provided at one end on the shovel side with a plurality of surfaces (25-29) parallel to the pivot pin (16), separated by rounded angles. The shovel (12) is applied against one of those surfaces by means of the pivot pin (16) formed as an eccentric. The rotation of the pin is provided by means of a control element (17) as on arm, a lever or similar, which is linked thereto.
