[2]

Attachment system for lashing an oblong article the invention concerns a multipart attachment system and a procedure for fastening at least an oblong article as well as the use of the attachment system, like in the requirements 1, 49.50 and 51 is descriptive.

[3]

There is well-known from the state of the art of attachment systems, like universal clips, generally for holding together elongated parallel articles suitable is and in particular to bundling a number of thin electrical conductors or cables to wires is used, in order to facilitate the transfer and to reduce the danger of a damage of individual lines or cables. During a transfer over larger distances it is frequently necessary to hang up or fasten the bundled cable or line strands to one or more places.

[4]

From the DE 695 00 214 T2 a multipart attachment system, in particular a universal tubing clip , is well-known which exhibits a block-like connection carrier each other and at its ever weils opposite side panels with an end connected band parts as well as a catch element connected with one of the separated band parts. The elongated, flexible first band part is provided at one of the broadsides with widerhakenförmigen ratchet teeth and the elongated, flexible second band part with the catch element.

[5]

This catch element is angeformt at the second band part einstückig and covers a bolting device head with a tape level and, a automatically working bolting device element stepping projecting into the tape level when pulling through the first band part by the tape level with a part of the ratchet teeth into interference, whereby the bolting device element is provided also to the ratchet teeth complementary recesses. The two band parts are set by tightening at the free end of the first band part on the outer circumference of the article which can be lashed and this article against the connection carrier is pressed.

[6]

For lashing at least the article at the connection carrier it is necessary to seize with each hand the free end of the two band parts in each case and to keep with the first hand the catch element positioned at the second band part and to introduce with the second hand the free end of the first band part into the tape level, so that during the assembly of the article additional assistance

[7]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 2>

[8]

or retaining means for holding the article are necessary, where also the disadvantage of this well-known attachment system is based.

[9]

The available invention is the basis the task to create an attachment system and a procedure for the attachment of at least an oblong article at a construction unit with which the assembly expenditure and the handling can be substantially simplified during fastening at least the oblong article to the construction unit and which prefers a repeated use permits.

[10]

This task of the invention is solved independently in each case by the characteristics in the characteristic parts of the requirements 1 and 49. The advantages are that the user during the attachment of an oblong article or a bundle consisting of several oblong articles to a connection carrier, with a hand the article or the bundle holds and with the second hand the actual clamping action, where the one-piece and/or einstückige band is put tangential around the article or the bundle and the band with a manual stress and/or traction power is subjected for instance in direction parallel to the longitudinal extending the same and following the two tape sections by the one-piece band over the bolting device elements in positive interference or in detention connection is with one another spent make can.

[11]

Thus additional expenditure necessary by the arrangement of additional provisional retaining means during the attachment of the article or bundle knows to escape and is the attachment of the article or bundle by only one user, thus without Fremdhilfe possible contrary to from the conditions the technology admitted attachment systems. With the attachment system according to invention thus an one-hand operation is possible when lashing an oblong article or a bundle at the connection carrier.

[12]

Also the arrangements are of advantage according to the requirements 2 to 6, whereby an adjustment can be made to different operating conditions by the choice of an appropriate, exchangeably band fastened to the connection carrier. Further the training of the essentially smooth clamping surface of the one-piece band of advantage proves, since then, if on the band a manual stress is applied, that or against the clamping surface itself article or bundle putting on

[13]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 3>

[14]

at the clamping surface and the article or the bundle slides along automatically during the clamping action in relation to the connection carrier is centered aligned.

[15]

With it pulling the articles together which can be bundled can be facilitated and be fastened also with a comparatively small cross section of the bundle a high number of individual articles to the connection carrier.

[16]

Also the arrangement is of advantage according to requirement 7, since now a band manufactured co-ordinated in dependence of the diameter of the article or bundle which can be fastened economically and can be used. The bolting device elements can border by the first and second tape section directly together or be in longitudinal extending of the band in a distance from each other arranged.

[17]

According to requirement 8 it is of advantage that essentially only as a function of the length of the band the subject or a bundle of arbitrary diameter can be fastened to the connection carrier, whereby the tape sections can with one another be spent over the bolting device elements in each of their relative relative to each other positively or responsible in interference and thus a universal employment of the attachment system are possible.

[18]

Further it is of advantage that also with low overlap length between the two tape sections a sufficient retaining strength between with one another the tape sections in interference predominates.

[19]

If the attachment system according to invention for over-hanging arranged articles is used, then the advanced training prove according to the requirements 9 and 10 of advantage, since independently of the perpendicularly working Gewichtskraft at least article a reliable position adjustment is made available to each other both tape section and a automatic loosening of the closing shape between the two tape sections is avoided. Further it is of advantage that in consequence of looping the band at the detour means the traction power in the second tape section, caused by the pre-loading on the article or the bundle or the Gewichtskraft, is decreased by the frictional force dependent on looping, so that the ratchet teeth of the bolting device elements at the first and second tape section are exposed only to a low load.

[20]

Favourable it is further that the closing shape between the two tape sections can be simply solved, over for example a further article

[21]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 4>

[22]

to lash at the connection carrier, whereby the second tape section is shifted opposite the first tape section in direction parallel to the broadside surface along the longitudinal extending of the ratchet teeth and the bolting device elements of the first and second tape section except interference is brought.

[23]

After the other execution variants of the attachment system, in accordance with the requirements 11 to 14, it is to be used intended, than band a textiles Klettband or tape that in practice it worked already in the best way and almost any number of Öffnungs-und closing procedures bringable with one another of the tape sections in detention connection of the band permits. The tape sections can be spent and/or engaged by the band in each relative relative of the bolting device elements to each other, with one another in essentially laminar interference. Thus a stepless adjustment and locking of an adjusted relative relative between the two tape sections are possible.

[24]

The use of a textilen band has the advantage that this exhibits a small elasticity in longitudinal direction, so that during an expansion of the hoses in radial direction, for example in the operating condition of the machine equipment, entering if necessary, if Pneumatik-und is subjected/or hydraulic hoses with operating pressure or during thermal expansion of the articles, equally a flexible extension of the textilen band is reached and thus constricting in the attachment places of the hoses is avoided.

[25]

Further it is of advantage that to the production of a detention connection between the two tape sections of the band, which are pressed together both tape sections and/or pressed against each other with a manual pressing in slightly strength in perpendicular direction toward the volume level, so that the overlapping and with one another tape sections in essentially laminar interference reinforce the band to a certain extent and by it a reliable plant of the clamping surface is reached by the band to that or the articles.

[26]

Also it is of advantage that during a relative motion or the articles (s) in radial direction of the same or the same the tape sections in perpendicular direction toward their broadside surface are pressed against each other and thus automatically the retaining strength between the two is with one another increased in interference tape sections present as a function of the tensile load to the second tape section. When using the tape, its can be formed by the bolting device elements formed glue layer for example by a hardenable adhesive, so that after the mutual interference of the

[27]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 5>

[28]

first and second tape section of the adhesives and both the tape section hardens is inseparably connected.

[29]

Favourably also the execution variant is according to requirement 15, because thereby a particularly space-saving execution of the attachment system is creative.

[30]

The advanced training according to requirement 16, is of advantage particularly if the article or the bundle is to be kept reliable by articles at the connection carrier, which can be achieved by a higher initial tension strength, from there, applied by the band, if the band is tightened around the article or the bundle, and in this case the detour means than counter bearings for that or against the detour means the pressed (n) article or bundle serves.

[31]

According to requirement 17 the handling of the band is further simplified during the clamping action.

[32]

The arrangements according to requirements 18 and 19 are characterised by their simple structure.

[33]

The training of the attachment system according to requirement 20 favoured during the clamping action automatic centering of the article or of several essentially parallel to each other running articles in relation to the connection carrier and can be fastened an article or a bundle with large diameter to the connection carrier problem-free.

[34]

By the additional arrangement one preferentially identically for the detour means of trained means of mounting for the band at the connection carrier, as in the requirement described 21, is reached a possibility for the simple attachment of the free end of the band which can be fastened with the connection carrier and is possible by the symmetrical structure of Umlenk-und means of mounting the individual adjustment to the respective user needs. So the attachment system for Links-oder a right violater can be trained.

[35]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 6>

[36]

Favourable training of the connection carrier are descriptive in the requirements 22 to 24.

[37]

The arrangements according to the requirements 25 and 26 make even when the assembling of the connection carrier in any space situation at a construction unit, a simple contriving possible of the free end of the band into the recess. Thus the advantage of the simple handling, in particular during the clamping action, remains also with such applications.

[38]

Also the arrangements are of advantage according to the requirements 27 and 28, since even then, if the individual article exhibits or bundle a large diameter, contriving of the free end of the one-piece band in the recess and surrounding the band in tangential direction is possible by the article or the articles around the detour means without handicap and wedging the band between the article or the articles and the detour means is prevented during the clamping action.

[39]

In accordance with requirement 29 a guidance at least a Kragarm, additional for the guidance of the articles or the bundle at the mother board, is made available, whereby the user holding an article or bundling a multiplicity of articles falls to the connection carrier more easily, because he has the possibility to support the article or to at least a Kragarm positions the articles until the two tape sections of the one-piece band with one another are in detention connection or in closing shape.

[40]

When favourable prove also the arrangements according to the requirements 30 to 33, since by the guidance of the band toward to the longitudinal extending Umlenk-und/or means of mounting inadvertent stripping of the band is prevented by Umlenk-und/or means of mounting, then, if for example a relative relative of the individual article or the bundle of articles enters in relation to the stationary connection carrier. Beyond that across the guidance arrangement also during the manual clamping action by the user the band in its position is specified and/or led, whereby the clamping action can be accomplished reliably.

[41]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 7>

[42]

Also the training are of advantage according to the requirements 34 to 37, since with the attachment system according to invention now individual article or a bundle can be lashed by articles with a large dispersion of the diameter at the connection carrier solvable, to which Umlenk-und/or during the clamping action on the article or the bundle expenditure-practiced means of mounting in addition-moved and against the lateral surface of the article or bundle put on as well as the article or the bundle with one of the band on the article or the bundle initial tension strength against Umlenk-und/or means of mounting and the mother board is pressed, in such a manner that a relative motion of the lashed article or the bundle is avoided in relation to the connection carrier.

[43]

Thus a damage at the article, as for example at an insulating layer of an electrical cable or at one pneumatics or hydraulic hose, caused by scrubbing, becomes over which avoided entire length of application of the same.

[44]

After the further educations in accordance with the requirements 38 to 42 it is intended that the connection carrier is over a mounting plate solvable connectable with a construction unit. Above all the remarks prove according to the requirements 40 to 42 of advantage, there the connection carrier over Schnapp-bzw. Click-stop device for example at a serration of an elongated carrying profile of machine equipment to be non rotating engaged and the connection carriers along the guide groove be at will shifted can, so that now in addition, a distance between at least two connection carriers arranged at the serration can be stopped directly one behind the other at will.

[45]

Thus the possibility is opened of positioning for example at a face of the serration as a precaution several attachment systems and then, if machine equipment already existing is extended for example by a further work station etc., the necessary number of these precautionary attachment systems along the guide groove to an appropriate place, in which the lines are to be moved, are shifted and after it the lines at the connection carrier lashed.

[46]

In addition, on the other hand the attachment systems positioned in the appropriate place can be used further, by being pulled apart with one another into responsible or positive interference of tape sections present from the band and/or separated, the band from the detour means far away and toward to the means of mounting and/or toward the end of the band fastened to the connection carrier moved, those

[47]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 8>

[48]

further lines to the article or bundle in addition-put and following the band tangential around around the further lines increased the bundle put and at the detour means folded, according to which the two tape sections of the band are spent with one another again in Haftoder closing shape.

[49]

In a preferential execution, in accordance with requirement 43, the one is solvable connected the first end of the band which can be connected with the connection carrier with the connection carrier, so that the one-piece band can be replaced at any time by a new one-piece band, for example with a larger length.

[50]

Arrangement after requirement 44 is from advantage, since distributed on the whole of the band re-clamped extent surface, in particular lateral surface, the detour means working frictional force, which adjusts itself as a function of the Umschlingungswinkel, which when assembly assembling, from there if the article or the bundle over the band against the connection carrier linked up and/or is fastened to the connection carrier, via which pre-loading reduced to the article or the bundle caused traction power in the second tape section and therefore even during lowest overlap with one another of the tape sections standing in Haftoder closing shape reliably the attachment and/or bundling of articles at the connection carrier take place can.

[51]

The arrangements according to the requirements 45 and 46 are of advantage, since contrary to one zug-und/or pressure resistant band by the elasticity of the band in longitudinal direction of the band and/or perpendicularly on the volume level, with same stress a comparatively higher initial tension strength can be expenditure-practiced on that or the articles, so that the attachment system is suitable also for the attachment by bent or vertically arranged articles, in particular lines. In addition with vertical transfer of articles by means of larger distances a strain relief is reached positionsfest at the connection carriers fastened articles, in particular lines.

[52]

In accordance with requirement 47 the band is trained toward its longitudinal extending with different flexural rigidities exhibiting paragraph regions, whereby now the possibility is created that already before the assembly of the connection carrier at the construction unit and/or assembly at least of the article or bundle of several

[53]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 9>

[54]

Are solvable connected to articles at the connection carrier the two tape sections under education of a eye-like loop. After the assembly of the connection carrier at the construction unit that is threaded at least an article or the bundle by several articles by this loop.

[55]

If the diameter of the article or the bundle is larger than the diameter of the loop, the first and/or second tape section can by Zugwirkung in perpendicular direction toward the volume level flexibly be stretched and the article or the bundle simply by the loop be threaded. If the diameter of the article or bundle is smaller than the diameter of the loop, the two can be from each other separated with one another into form closure or detention connection of standing tape sections, on which the free end of the band with the traction power is subjected, which first tape section on the article or the bundle is set and following the two tape sections are spent with one another again in interference.

[56]

For this reason a separation of the connection of the two tape sections is only necessary if the diameter of the article or bundle is smaller than the diameter of the loop, so that the expenditure of time can be reduced for example for the transfer work by articles, in particular lines, at machine equipment. By the purposeful influence of the elasticity in the paragraph regions even a sufficiently high initial tension strength can be expenditure-practiced by the band on the article or the bundle and thereby a safe position adjustment of the article or bundle in relation to the connection carrier is reached with low stress.

[57]

A special simple handling during fastening the article or bundle, is reached by the arrangement according to requirement 48, since the band fastened to the connection carrier is about S-förmig preformed, however flexibly flexibly trained.

[58]

The invention concerns further the use of the attachment system for the solvable attachment at least an oblong article or bundling of several oblong articles according to the requirements 50 and 51. The attachment system applicable with advantage finds use in almost all technical areas unrestricted and is characterised by the simple handling.

[59]

The invention is more near described in the following on the basis the Ausfüh rungsbeispiele represented in the designs.

In Fig. 1 is pointed machine equipment 1 for treatment and/or to the assembly of construction units 2. The construction units 2 are located on a workpiece carrier 3. For the mounting plate of the construction units 2 on the workpiece carrier 3 this is provided with an admission. The machine equipment 1 points several to a self-supporting housing unit 4 over Führungs-und/

or over clutch devices of 5 6 Gehäuseteile 7 connected at each other turned front plates up. The Gehäuseteile 7 are connected and by setting up feet supported 8 on a road-contact area 9 to the self-supporting housing unit 4.

[71]

In longitudinal direction of the Gehäuseteile 7 and over an entire length of the housing unit 4 a continuous elevation guidance course 11 and at least a side guide way 12 located for the workpiece carrier 3 separated from it are at least in each case on a top side 10. Toward the longitudinal extending of the housing unit 4 and/or in feed direction of the workpiece carrier 3-gemäss registered several one behind the other arranged lane sections 13 are trained, by which everyone at least its own of the neighbouring lane sections feed device 14 with a bind-like means of transport 15 independent is assigned to 13 and a feed drive 16. The feed device 14 is arranged separately from Höhen-und side guide way 11.12 and between these.

[72]

The workpiece carrier 3 is preferentially essentially free from play led and over the feed device 14 along Höhen-und side guide way 11.12 between several in longitudinal direction the housing unit 4 arranged work stations 19 horizontal displaceable trained with Höhen-und side guidance organs 17.18 on Höhen-und side guide way 11.12.

[73]

Bind-like means of transport 15 of the feed device 14 is in a preferential execution variant by an endlessly rotating drawing means, for example a toothed belt, in an educated manner, parallel to the elevation guidance course 11 extended and over several in feed direction in accordance with registered arrow from each other reserved guide rollers 20 of the side and height after led and with the feed drive 16, in particular an electrical or pneumatic or hydraulic driving motor, is coupled.

[74]

The workpiece carrier 3 is drive-connected and/or coupled for the top side 10 turned lower surface of 21 complementary trained taking along organs, in accordance with this execution variant a Zahnleiste , with means of transport 15 and exhibits to the taking along organs at means of transport 15, in accordance with these Ausführungsvari of ante interference teeth, on one, whereby the taking along organs of means of transport 15 and the workpiece carrier 3 stand during feed motion in accordance with registered arrow-positively in interference and 3 positioned between the lane sections 13 to the respective work stations 19 moves the workpiece carrier.

[75]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 13>

[76]

The driving motor coupled with means of transport 15 is for example formed Schrittschalt-oder by a servo actuator and is connected to everyone that the individual lane sections 13 assigned driving motors by a control line 22 with a control unit 23.

[77]

The work stations 19 are appropriate for most different manipulation, Füge-und of phases of operation and can be formed for example by manufacturing equipment, in particular an automatic module for adding, welding, soldering etc., or by a manual work place, or a withdrawal device. The work stations 19 exhibit operatable handling units 24 with schematically represented grip arms 25 for the tasks placed against it for example over a fluid drive.

[78]

Those pneumatically or hydraulically headed for handling unit 24 is connected to fluid line by at least a control line 26, in particular fluid line, if necessary under inserting not further a represented multiple way valve, in particular single piloted valve or a hydraulic valve, with a supply line 27, in particular, leading to a source of supply arranged in the control unit 23.

[79]

From the state of the art handling units admitted 24 exhibit for example for the end position cushioning schematically represented sensors 28, which is connected to a bus by a further control line 29 with a data transmission line 30, in particular. This data transmission line 30 is again connected to SPS or computer with, further a not represented computer unit, for example, arranged in the control unit 23.

[80]

The electrical building groups of the work stations 19 are likewise over a further control line 31 attached at a current supply line 32, which are connected again with a electrical power unit, like contactor, relay etc., in the control unit 23.

[81]

As from the highly simplified example of the machine equipment 1 becomes evident now already, are a multiplicity of mechanical and/or electrical and/or data transferring lines 22.27, 30.32 necessarily for the control and/or data exchange between the work stations 19 and the central control unit 23 of the machine equipment 1, too

[82]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 14>

[83]

a bundled strand to be summarized must, like this in the Fig. 1 is evident.

[84]

In accordance with the invention a multipart attachment system 35 for bundling and/or attachment of several, essentially parallel running strand-like articles, in particular lines, becomes like Steuer-und/or Datenübertragung-und/or supply lines 22.26, 29.31, 30.27, 32, like this for example in synopsis from the Fig. 1 and 3 evidently is, or for the attachment of only a strand-like article, like this for example in the Fig. 4 for another application represented is suggested.

[85]

Like likewise in the Fig. 1 schematically represented, 36 from each other attachment systems 35 arranged in the distance are solvable connected to a carrying profile 37 of a basic frame 38 of the housing unit 4 with a construction unit 36, in particular, several in longitudinal extending of the construction unit.

[86]

A first execution variant of the multipart attachment system 35, like this for example with in the Fig. 1 represented machine equipment 1 to be used can, is in the together described Fig. 2 and 3 in different opinions and simplifies represented, shown. In Fig. 2 is not for reasons of the better overview to strand-like articles, in particular lines, like Steuer-und/or Datenübertragung-und/or supply lines the 22.26, 29.31, 30.27, 32, represented.

[87]

The multipart attachment system 35 exhibits a connection carrier 39 fastenable at the construction unit 36 and at least the bundle of oblong articles and/or the line strand tangential and partly looping one-piece band 40, whereby the attachment system 35, in particular the connection carrier 39 extends , only over a part of a length of the oblong article. The articles can be resistant to bending or flexible and/or flexibly trained.

[88]

The connection carrier 39 trains a even-laminar contact surface 41, which rests upon preferentially directly when the assembly assembling of the attachment system 35 at a mounting surface 42 trained by the construction unit 36. The connection carrier 39 points at least in one to the contact surface 41 in a vertical distance 43 shifts running level and transverse to

[89]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 15>

[90]

Longitudinal extending of the band 40, in particular in one to the longitudinal extending of the band 40 senkrechten level, arranged profile-like and/or pin-like detour means 44 up.

[91]

The connection carrier 39 exhibits a quaderförmige baseplate 45 and regarding to the contact surface 41 perpendicularly and to the detour means 44 parallel running centre plane of 46 mirror-image to each other arranged and from each other turned away side parts 47a, 47b. The side parts 47a, 47b are connected with the baseplate 45 and are through bent to each other running profile thighs 48a, 49a, 48b, 49b formed for each side part 47a, 47b, whereby the profile thigh 49a, 49b arranged in the distance 43 to the contact surface 41 parallel to the contact surface 41 run and are the profile thigh 48a following to the plattenförmige baseplate 45, 48b in direction perpendicular to the contact surface 41 bent to each other arranged and 49b extend with increasing distance from the contact surface 41 up to parallel to the contact surface 41 the arranged profile thigh 49a.

[92]

The centre plane 46 forms the bisector from the profile thighs of the 48a, 48b of included angle 50.

[93]

The plattenförmige baseplate 45 forms the contact surface 41 and to the contact surface 41 preferentially parallel running, a turned away supporting surface 51 and between Anlage-und supporting surface 41.51 essentially parallel to each other extending transverse sides 52a, 52b and itself essentially parallel to each other extending long side surfaces 53 out. The supporting surface 51 can be, like not represented, also concave rounded or be compound from a first and second partial supporting surface, which lie next to each other and are to each other tapered, in such a manner that the levels of the two partial supporting surfaces include a plant angle. That or the articles which can be fastened to the connection carrier 39 rest upon at the supporting surface 51 or the partial supporting surfaces.

[94]

The first side part 47a is connected to the baseplate 45 in the range of the first transverse side 52a and the second side part 47b within the range of the second transverse side 52b with the connection carrier 39, in particular. As evident from the figures further, the first side part 47a of the connection carrier 39 provided with one of the band 40, in particular a clamping strip, achievable first recess 54a is and borders this first recess 54a on the detour means 44. This first recess 54a is between

[95]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 16>

[96]

in the distance from each other and essentially parallel to each other running long side surfaces the 53 arranged and on one side opened and trains a photograph slot.

[97]

A width 55 of the recess 54a corresponds to one repeated ones of a thickness 56 of the band 40. A length 57 of the recess 54a corresponds approximately to a range 58 of the band 40. The width 55 corresponds for instance to the 1,5-fachen to 5-fold, in particular two-way to 3,5-fachen, for example the 2,5-fache, the thickness 56 of the band 40.

[98]

The detour means 44 is formed by a profile-like and/or pin-like bar 59a with a longitudinal extending and exhibits in one to its longitudinal extending senkrechten level an elliptical cross section. In the context of the invention it is possible in addition, that the cross section of the bar 59a is in a circle or about polygonally trained.

[99]

The one-piece band 40 suggested schematically in the figures is trained bend flabby and/or for instance in perpendicular direction toward the volume level flexibly and exhibits the bundle of oblong articles, which can be looped, turned, essentially smooth clamping surface 60 and one this opposite and about parallel running broadside surface 61 and is preferentially solvable connected with a first end by a liaison vehicle 64, in particular screws, rivets, with the connection carrier 39, suggested schematically by crosses, in particular the side part 47b. On the other hand the band 40 with the connection carrier 39 can be inseparably connected also by a sticking seam, welding seam.

[100]

The band 40 is formed in accordance with this execution by a textiles Klettband and consists of two tape sections 62.63, whereby the two tape sections 62.63 in each case train the clamping surface 60 over their entire length and this opposite broadside surface 61. The broadside surface 61 of the first and second tape section 62.63 of the one-piece band 40 is provided with a bolting device element in each case, which is formed by a bonding agent 65 preferentially in each case. As more near represented, the bonding agent cannot be in reverse formed 65 in the first tape section 62 by a hook course and the bonding agent 65 in the second tape section 63 by a loop course or. The bonding agents 65 are thus designed as Klettverschluss.

[101]

If the 62.63 is put to both tape sections together and/or contacts, the two bolting device elements cling anein

[102]

[103]

other, since Haken-und loop course hooks itself into one another. This execution is particularly suitable for those applications, with which that trains and/or article and/or bundle a standard diameter which can be fastened.

[104]

As described already above, the bonding agents 65 on one side at the broadside surface 61 extend preferentially in each case over the entire length of the two tape sections 62,63.

[105]

An execution is in addition, possible, with which the bolting device elements and/or bonding agent 65 at the broadside surface 61 extend on one side only in each case over a part of the length of the tape section 62.63. The first tape section 62 reaching of the fastened first end of the band 40 up to the detour means 44 and the second tape section 63 led around the detour means 44 is over the bonding agents 65 in perpendicular direction toward the volume level with one another in interference bringable, whereby the two tape sections 62.63 are solvable connected in their together put catch position with one another and/or with contact to cling together.

[106]

For the solvable attachment of the connection carrier 39 at the construction unit 36, in particular the carrying profile 37, the connection carrier 39 with at least a mounting plate 66 is provided and in accordance with this execution, by a through-hole 68 and a not further represented screw arrangement running with perpendicularly to the contact surface 41 aligned longitudinal axis 67 in an educated manner, which intersperse the through-hole 68 in direction perpendicular to the contact surface 41.

[107]

The connection carrier 39 can be manufactured einstückig made of plastic in the injection moulding procedure or by stamping machines and bending from an essentially even-laminar, metallic base material in high numbers of items to low manufacturing costs. By the bent profile thighs 48a to 49b of the side parts 47a, 47b even a sufficient rigidity of the connection carrier 39 can be achieved with small wall thicknesses of the connection carrier 39.

[108]

If the connection carrier 39 with lowest wall thicknesses, for example 1.0 mm up to 2.0 mm is, to be designed, can for the increase of the rigidity in each case between the first side part 47a and the baseplate 45 and the second side part 47b and the baseplate 45 at least one, prefers two in a distance from each other arranged and in to the centre plane 46 Sicken 69-wie in strichlierten lines, running in perpendicular direction, in the Fig. 2 to be register-arranged.

[109]

[110]

The band 40 loops the detour means 44, in particular the bar 59a, and/or at the detour means 44 at its extent surface is put on and around this tangential turned back, whereby a Umschlingungswinkel 71 between 90 and 240, in particular 130 and 220, for example 200, amounts to.

[111]

In the Fig. 4 a further execution variant of the multipart attachment system according to invention 35 is for lashing an oblong article, in particular the supply line, for example a water pipe line 72, with one at further the not represented construction unit 36, for example a brick-work, fastenable connection carrier 39 with a contact surface 41 and the oblong article tangential and partly looping one-piece band 40, shown. The connection carrier 39 enclosure, prefer rechteckförmige baseplate 47b with the profile thighs 48a to 49b like already above described 45 and in each case to the transverse sides the 52a, 52b of following side parts 47a, from each other arranged in the distance.

[112]

In the first side part 47a about parallel to further the registered centre plane 46 the running recess 54a is arranged between the long side surfaces 53 of the connection carrier 39. This recess 54a borders on in to the contact surface 41 parallel and a level arranged detour means 44 running in senkrechten distance 43 to the contact surface 41. The recess 54a is trained in the available remark example by a window-like passing through opening for this interspersing band 40 and is limited the length 57 of the passing through opening by at least the front surfaces 73 from each other reserved around the range 58. The length 57 corresponds approximately to the range 58.

[113]

The recess 54a trains a guidance arrangement 74a with their each other turned front surfaces 73 and can over these a Ausfädeln of the band 40 from the recess 54a in longitudinal direction the same be prevented. The detour means 44 is formed parallel to the centre plane for the 46 and/or bisectors by and parallel to the contact surface 41 running profile-like bar 59a, which exhibits a length, which is fügig more largely limited at least small, than the range corresponds to 58 and/or approximately the range 58.

[114]

In the Fig. 5 is a further, preferential execution variant of the connection carrier 39 for the multipart according to invention of attachment system 35 for lashing at least

, not further bundles of several oblong articles placed darge to one, not further represented oblong article or one shown in perspective opinion.

[117]

The connection carrier 39 exhibits the plattenförmige baseplate 45 and within the range of the first transverse side 52a in to the contact surface 41 parallel running a level and transverse to the longitudinal direction around the article or the bundle tangential around put, further not represented band 40, in particular clamping strip, arranged detour means 44 and within the range of the second transverse side 52b in a level running parallel to the contact surface 41 and transverse to the longitudinal direction around the article or the bundle tangential around put, further not represented band 40 arranged means of mounting 77, whereby the levels escape-end to each other run.

[118]

The detour means 44 and means of mounting 77 are regarding to the contact surface the 41 perpendicular and to the detour means 44 parallel running centre plane 46 mirror-image to each other arranged. The detour means 44 is arranged and/or in direction vertical to the contact surface 41 in a distance 43 transferred arranged and with a side part 47a forming over the contact surface 41 before-rising up and connected with the baseplate 45 Kragarm 78 connected within the range of the first transverse side 52a and at the free end of the Kragarmes 78 arranged in a level winkelig running to the contact surface 41.

[119]

The means of mounting 77 are connected and at the free end of the Kragarmes 78 arranged with a side part 47b forming over the contact surface 41 before-rising up and with the baseplate 45 within the range of the second transverse side 52b connected Kragarm 78. The two Kragarme 78 run bent to each other and diverge on the basis of the contact surface 41 toward in each case a free end in the angle 76, see Fig. 7a, to the centre plane 46.

[120]

Umlenk-und means of mounting 44.77 are in direction vertical to the contact surface 41 in a distance 43 transferred arranged, which corresponds to one repeated ones of the range 58 from the band 40.

[121]

This Kragarme 78 is arranged bent to each other and extends with increasing distance from the contact surface 41 toward in each case their free ends and closes the centre plane 46 and in each case the side part 47a, 47b formed by the Kragarm 78 taking up level one in the Fig. 7a registered angle 76, between 30 and 70, in particular 40 and 60, for example 45 amounts to. The centre plane 46 forms the bisector from the two side parts of the 47a, 47b and/or the Kragarmen 78

[122]

enclosed angle.

[124]

As from the Fig. 5 further entnehmbar, 47b in each case a on one side opened, first and second recess 54a, 54b is in form of a photograph slot arranged between the detour means 44 and the baseplate 45 and between the means of mounting 77 and the baseplate 45 in the first and second side part 47a. The recesses 54a, 54b exhibit in each case a width 55, which smaller than the distance 43 is trained. With the band 40 which can be bundled and/or which can be fastened the diameters individual or several articles is approximately alike or at least slightly more largely limited than the vertical distance 43 between the contact surface 41 and Umlenk-und means of mounting 44,77.

[125]

The first recess 54a borders on the detour means 44 and on the first transverse side 52a of the baseplate 45 and is limited the length 57 of the recess 54a by the long side surface 53 and the Kragarm 78. The second recess 54b borders on the means of mounting 77 and on the second transverse side 52b of the baseplate 45 and is limited the length 57 of the recess 54b by the long side surface 53 and the Kragarm 78.

[126]

Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 is in a preferential execution form provided with a guidance arrangement 74a, 74b for that in each case Umlenk-und means of mounting 44.77 looping band 40, by means of which the band 40 is kept positioned when assembly assembling toward the longitudinal extending Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77. Likewise put band 40 is led toward the longitudinal extending of the detour means 44 during applying a stress and/or a traction power on the free end and in parallel direction to the longitudinal extending of the band 40, at the detour means 44 to an extent surface 79a, whereby the clamping action is facilitated. The extent surfaces 79a, 79b Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 are essentially smoothly trained.

[127]

Furthermore 74b stripping the band of 40 by Umlenk-und means of mounting 44.77, can be avoided even if a slight Relatiwerlagerung or the articles in relation to the connection carrier the 39 enters, by the guidance arrangement 74a. The guidance arrangement 74b of the means of mounting 77 is identical for guidance arrangement 74a of the detour means 44 and as

[128]

groove-like recess trained.

[130]

With the connection carrier 39, in particular the means of mounting 77, connected free end of the one-piece band 40-wie in the Fig. 8 register-looped loop-like the means of mounting 77 and the clamping surface 60 set by the band 40 on an extent surface 79b, in particular a cylindrical lateral surface, is whereby that is hinge-like connected to the longitudinal extending of the means of mounting 77 bend-flabby and/or flexibly trained band 40 by its fastened end around toward running axle 80b tiltable stored and/or with the means of mounting 77.

[131]

As mentions briefly already above, is Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 as pin-like bar 59a, 59b trained and are the guidance arrangement 74a, 74b by one at least over a section to the extent extent 79a, 79b the bars of the 59a, 59b deepen arranged guide groove 81 in an educated manner. To the extent surface if the 79a, 79b should be completely absorbedly arranged band put on 40 in the guide groove 81, it proves from advantage, if the guide groove 81 over the entire extent surface 79a, 79b is radially circulating trained, as this is however not further represented.

[132]

Pin-like Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 is bent at the free final range of the same provided with a projection/lead 82 with one in for recess 54a, 54b and/or to the contact surface 41 in each case running deflector surface 83 for into the recess the 54a, 54b band 40 which can be contrived. The deflector surface 83 and longitudinal axis 80a, 80b Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 include an angle 84, the small 90, for example 45, amount to. By this deflector surface 83 contriving the band 40 is substantially facilitated toward the longitudinal extending of the detour means 44 into the recess 54a, since during contriving the band 40 knocking against at a sharp edge at the free final range of the detour means 44 is avoided.

[133]

The longitudinal axis 80a, 80b Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 is trained along the cut line of two cutting levels, whereby the first level in the distance parallel to the contact surface 41 and the second level in the distance run parallel to the centre plane 46.

[134]

In order to improve the hinge effect described above further, exists the possibility, that at the connection carrier 31, in particular free which can be arranged at the means of mounting 77,

[135]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 22>

[136]

To connect end of the band 40 under formation of a loop with the first tape section 62 by partial heating to weld in particular.

[137]

As in the Fig. 5 further registered, is the connection carrier 39, in particular the baseplate 45, with which mounting plate 66, in accordance with this execution, provide a through-hole 68.

[138]

In these Fig. represented execution can be laid out both for Rechts-als also left-handed person. In accordance with the Fig. if the attachment system 35 for a right violater is trained, while, then, if Umlenk-und means of mounting 44.77 are exchanged against each other, the attachment system 35 for a left-handed person is trained.

[139]

In the Fig. 6 a subrange of a further execution variant of the connection carrier 39 for the multipart attachment system according to invention 35 is to lashing of at least one, not further represented oblong article or several oblong articles to a bundle, in opinion and partly cut, shown. This execution variant is suitable primarily for large dispersion width of a diameter with the not represented band 40 those which can be fastened of individual article or bundle. In addition Umlenk-und is trained/or means of mounting 44.77 toward the centre plane 46 relative to the baseplate 45 and preferentially against the effect of a spring action adjustably.

[140]

That the Kragarm 78 screen end side part 47a and/or 47b with Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 is at the connection carrier 39, in particular the baseplate 45, swivelingmobile stored and runs a drag axis 85 perpendicularly to the long side surface 53. The spring action is expenditure-practiced a linked up torsion spring, by at least one resetting element 86, in particular which is arranged between the Kragarm 78 exhibiting Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 and the baseplate 45. Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 is swivelling stored 78 at an axle pivot 87, in particular a cylindrical pin or a spring pin and/or a clamping chuck pressed into a drilling 88, over the Kragarm.

[141]

Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 is adjustably trained from a resting position into a working position, whereby/or means of mounting 44.77 limited Umlenk-und within one by Ruhe-und working position adjusting path between 0 in the resting position and maximally

[142]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 23>

[143]

135 in the working position to be at will adjusted can do. In the resting position the baseplate 45 runs escape-ends to Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44,77.

[144]

The spring action works against with the clamping action of the stress applied on the band 40 at the free end and is larger the stress than the spring action. If individual article or several articles in the attachment system 35 is to be fastened and/or bundled, the first tape section 62 by the band 40 is led tangential around the article or the bundle and set at the detour means 44 on the extent surface 79a with one the clamping surface 60 opposite broadside, on which the further tape section 63 in the direction of the first tape section 62 approaches and at the free end of the band 40 with a manual minimum stress and/or.

[145]

with the hand, so that Umlenk-und in the resting position approaches/or means of mounting 44.77 against the effect of the spring action in the direction of the individual article or the bundle and is set if necessary on these and/or this, and afterwards while maintaining the minimum stress the bolting device elements and/or the bonding agent 65-wie is tightened for example in Fig. 9 show-showing that opposite tape sections 62.63 in perpendicular direction toward the broadside surface 61 in interference to be spent each other and/or pressed together and the two tape sections 62.63 in the catch position at least in a subrange by the bonding agent 65 is responsible and solvable with one another connected. The further tape section 63 is turned back at the detour means 44 opposite the first tape section 62 around approximately 180.

[146]

Into the together described Fig. is a subrange of the multipart attachment system according to invention 35 with a further execution variant of the connection carrier 39 to lashing at least one, not further represented oblong article or several oblong articles to a bundle in opinion and strongly simplified pointed 7a and 7b. The connection carrier 39 points the rechteckförmige baseplate 45 and the detour means 44 as well as in this Fig. not represented means of mounting 77 up.

[147]

The detour means 44 and means of mounting 77 are arranged regarding to the contact surface 41 perpendicularly and to the detour means 44 parallel running centre plane 46 mirror-image to each other and are the detour means 44 over the first Kragarm 78 freely pre-assembled-rising up from the contact surface 41 in the range of the transverse side 52a with the baseplate 45 and the means of mounting the 77 over that, to the first Kragarm 78 spie

[148]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 24>

[149]

gel-figurativy regarding the centre plane 46 arranged further Kragarm 78 within the range of the second transverse side 52b connected with the baseplate 45, whereby the recess 54a borders on the transverse side 52a and the detour means 44 and the second recess 54b on the second transverse side 52b and on the means of mounting 77.

[150]

The two Kragarme 78 are in bent to each other direction perpendicular to the contact surface 41 running arranged and run on the basis of the contact surface 41 toward in each case its free end, with which Umlenk-und means of mounting 44.77 is connected, expand to each other and/or diverge in each case in the angle 76 of for example 45 to the centre plane 46.

[151]

The first Kragarm 78 is with the detour means 44 and/or the second Kragarm 78 with the means of mounting 77 in each case transverse to its longitudinal extending toward the centre plane 46 between one in the Fig. 7a represented resting position and one in the Fig. 7b represented working position bend-flexibly ductile and into a straight-line position, like these in the Fig. 7a shown is automatically resetable or vividly ductile trained.

[152]

The Kragarm 78 trains a bending arm, that, in order to keep the static loads, in particular bending load, these, low toward to the free end is tapered and a smaller strength exhibits. If individual oblong article or several running articles is to be lashed parallel to each other bundled at the attachment system 35, that becomes or the articles held and with the second hand the band 40 at the free end seized and with the means of mounting 77 connected, from the first end the first tape section 62 reaching to the detour means 44 tangential around the individual article or the bundle led and at the detour means 44 at a section of the extent surface 79a put on with a first hand further of a not represented user,

[153]

on which at a free end at the band 40 with a minimum stress and the further tape section 63 while maintaining the minimum stress around the detour means 44 in opposite direction to the first tape section 62 towards the first tape section 62 is tightened is moved, so that Umlenk-und in the resting position approaches/or means of mounting 44.77 against the effect of the spring action inherent in the Kragarm 78 in the direction of the individual article or the bundle and Umlenk-und/or means of mounting 44.77 if necessary with around this bolted band 40 against the lateral surface 89 of the article or bundle,

[154]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 25>

[155]

as into dash-dotted lines one registers, one puts on and afterwards while maintaining the minimum stress the bolting device elements and/or.

[156]

the bonding agent 65-wie for example in Fig. 9 show-showing that opposite tape sections 62.63 in perpendicular direction toward the volume level in interference to be spent with one another each other and/or pressed together and the two tape sections 62.63 at least in a subrange by the bonding agents 65 be responsible interconnected.

[157]

If the two tape sections 62.63 are separated and/or pulled apart, the Kragarm 78 of the detour means 44 and/or the Kragarm 78 of the means of mounting 77 expenditure-steered from the resting position into the working position springs back automatically into the resting position, since the inherent spring action exceeds the minimum stress.

[158]

In the Fig. 8 is the construction unit 36, in particular the carrying profile 37, that in the Fig. 1 represented machine equipment 1 and the multipart attachment system 35 solvable fastened to the construction unit 36 shown in sectional view. The structure and the impact of the attachment system 35 became already in the preceding Fig. 1 to 7b in detail descriptive and can do on the Fig. 8 to be transferred in a general manner. In these Fig. another execution variant of the mounting plate 66 is predominantly described.

[159]

The carrying profile 37 is formed by an extruded section made of light alloy, like aluminum, well-known from the state of the art, and exhibits at each of its four side panels ever toward to the exterior surface of the carrying profile 37 open, a Hinterschneidung exhibiting and for the range-wise admission of the mounting plate 66 serving serration 91 provided with rest arms 90.

[160]

The mounting plate 66 is by one with the connection carrier 39, in particular the baseplate 45, connected Schnapp-bzw. Click-stop device 92 in an educated manner, which about parallel to each other exhibits at least two 41 and rest arms 90 running before-rising up essentially perpendicularly at the contact surface in a distance. The rest arms 90 exhibit the same laterally before-rising up, the construction unit 36 rest noses 95 positively behind-seizing in a subrange at their free ends transverse to the longitudinal extending. In the remark example shown the rest arms 90 are provided at the free end with the sides of the rest arms 90 outstanding from each other turned away as well as the serration 91 positively behind-seizing rest noses 95 in each case.

[161]

The two rest noses 95 are regarding perpendicularly to the contact surface 41 the aligned longitudinal axis 67 of the mounting plate 66 mirror-image to each other

[162]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 26>

[163]

arranged. The rest arms 90 are too their longitudinal extending senkrechten axle flexibly adjustably and automatically resetable trained in one. With the baseplate 45 at the contact surface 41 connected rest arm 90 are angeformt in a preferential execution einstückig at the connection carrier 39 and is the connection carrier 39 of plastic, for example in the injection moulding procedure, made. The connection carrier 39 is non rotating and solvable fastened to the construction unit 36.

[164]

In the Fig. a section of the one-piece band 40 preferentially used at the attachment system according to invention 35 is strongly increased and simplified represented to 9 in perspective opinion. The one-piece band 40 trains the tape section 62 and tape section 63 and is formed by a textiles Klettband and exhibits themselves over the entire length of the tape sections 62.63 extending, essentially smooth first clamping surface 60 and this opposite broadside surface 61. The two tape sections 62.63 of the band 40 are provided with a bolting device element in each case. The bolting device elements are homogenously trained and by a only one homogenous bonding agent 65 in an educated manner.

[165]

In a preferential execution the bolting device elements are formed by broadside of the two tape sections 62.63 continuously passing bonding agent 65 opposite over the entire length of the band 40 at the broadside surface 61 and/or the clamping surface 60. On the other hand each bolting device element at the first and second tape section can be formed 62.63 also by only in each case a homogenous bonding agent 65 arranged over a part of the length of the first and/or second tape section 62.63, whereby then the homogenously trained bolting device elements border preferentially by the first and second tape section 62.63 directly together.

[166]

The band 40 exhibits a carrying body 96 with the clamping surface 60 and this opposite essentially even broadside surface 61 and that or the bonding agents 65 arranged at the carrying body 96. The carrying body 96 is in the two tape sections 62, 63 with an identical loop course 98 with a multiplicity of over the broadside surface 61 distributes arranged and these outstanding, homogenous loops 99 and an identical hook course 100 with a multiplicity of over the broadside surface 61 distributes arranged and these projecting, homogenous hooks 101 provided. The bonding agent 65 of the two tape sections 62.63 exhibits hooking elements, those in the loops 99

[167]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 27>

[168]

and hooks 101 Schlaufen-und hook course 98.100 are formed.

[169]

The carrying body 96 is formed by a fabric or a Gewirke from Kett-und Schussfäden and the managing hooking elements formed by threads and/or these forming loops 99 and hook 101 is in-woven or influenced into the carrying body 96. The bonding agent 65 of the two tape sections 62.63 clings with contact together, is however the two tape sections 62.63 zerstörungs-und arrears-free from each other solvable. The loops 99 and/or hook 101 are formed by multi-file and/or mono file of yarns. For example the woven and/or worked carrying body can be formed 96 from nylon, polyester or polypropylene yarns.

[170]

The loops 99 and/or hook 101 can be trained for example in Monofilgarn or Multifilgarn from nylon, polyester or polypropylene. The loops 99 and hook 101 are slightly spatially ductile, in particular flexibly adjustably and into their upright position automatically resetable trained.

[171]

As from the Fig. 9 further evidently, exhibits the loops 99 in direction a height perpendicular to the broadside surface 61, which is at least slightly more largely limited, as a parallel height of the hooks 101. The height of the hooks 101 corresponds approximately the height of the loops to 99. Schlaufen-und hook course 98.100 is woven with one another or worked in the band trained 40 and in each case within the first and second tape section 62.63, therefore each tape section 62.63 at the broadside surface 61 exhibits Schlaufen-und hook course 98.100.

[172]

This kind of Klettband has the advantage that on only one broadside by the first and/or second tape section 62.63 or band 40 is trained at least over a part of the length the same and/or the same extending bonding agent 65 and/or this forming homogenous loops 99 and the homogenous hooks 101, so that with the Aneinanderdrücken of the two each other facing tape sections 62.63 the loops 99 and hook 101 hook themselves into one another and/or in mutual interference, whereby a high retaining strength in the subrange of the detention connection between both tape sections the 62.63 without additional pressure load on the tape sections 62.63 is reached.

[173]

Since both tape sections 62.63 exhibit Schlaufen-und hook course 98.100 in each case, and separately from each other at the first and second tape section 62.63 it is not arranged, is further by advantage that in the catch position of the band 40 the together put tape sections 62.63 over the entire length their overlap to intervene always completely responsible with one another kön

[174]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 28>

[175]

is possible for nen and thus reliable stretching of the article or bundle even with most different diameters of the article or bundle.

[176]

Because the loops are slightly spatially ductile 99 and hook 101, a slight relative relative of the article or bundle can become certified opposite on conclusion carrier 39, without thereby the two tape sections 62.63 in detention connection separate from each other.

[177]

As in the Fig. 9 schematically registered, the carrying body 96 at the clamping surface 60 with an in particular flexible coating 102 made of plastic, in particular elastomer, for example rubber, can be provided styrene butadiene india rubber (SBR), PU TPE-U.

[178]

Like further represented, Schlaufen-und hook course 98, 100 extending together over the same length at the broadside surface 61 cannot contrary to the execution, as for example in the Fig. 8 represented, with Schlaufen-und hook course of 98.100 exhibiting bonding agents 65 over the entire length of the band 40 extended, also in each case only over a part of the length of the first and/or second tape section 62.63, for example within the range between 30% and 90%, in particular 40% to 80%, for example 60%, regarding the length of the tape section 62.63, together extends.

[179]

Schlaufen-und heel course 98.100 can be partially arranged in a further execution form toward the longitudinal extending of the first and/or second tape section 62.63 on places from each other intended in the distance.

[180]

In the Fig. a further execution variant of the attachment system according to invention 35 of perspective opinion is shown 10. The attachment system 35 covers already above in the Fig. 2 to 8 in detail described connection carrier 39 and another execution variant of the band 40. At the connection carrier, end of the band 40 which can be fastened a loop trains 39, in particular at the means of mounting 77, by means of which the band 40 articulated with the connection carrier 39, in particular, is connected festigungsmittel77.

Broadside 105 as well as two narrow sides 106 up and consists of the first and second tape section 62.63 and is bend-flexibly trained in perpendicular direction toward the broadside 104.105. The first tape section 62 reaching from the fastened end to the detour means 44 trains those, that in this figure not represented at least an article turned clamping surface 60 and is not at least a bolting device head 110 arranged at one the clamping surface 60 opposite second broadside 105. The bolting device head 110 exhibits the first bolting device element.

[184]

The led second tape section 63 bedarfsweise around the detour means 44 is provided on its bolting device head 110 opposite first broadside 104 with the second bolting device element. This second bolting device element is trained preferentially approximately over the entire length of the second tape section 63 at the first broadside 104 and exhibits a multiplicity of one behind the other in a same distance to each other transverse to the longitudinal extending of the tape section of 63 running ratchet teeth 111.

[185]

The ratchet teeth 111 are through in the first broadside 104 of the second tape section 63 in-formed recesses 112 formed and wise in each case a triangular cross section with the first tape section 62 turned steep, preferentially about perpendicularly to the broadside 104 running rest flank 113 and diagonal to it toward the free end of the band 40 bent flank 114 up. The angle of inclination of the bent flanks 114 can be selected at will and amounts to preferentially in relation to the longitudinal direction of the second tape section 63 for instance between 30 and 60, for example 45.

[186]

The bolting device head 110 einstückig angeformte at the first tape section 62 covers one laterally at the second broadside 105 and/or broadside surface 61 managing extension 115 and a side panel 116 running at the free end of the extension 115 parallel to the broadside surface 61. The extension 115, the side panel 116 and a section of the second broadside 105 of the first tape section 62 limit toward one of the narrow sides 106, preferably the upper narrow side 106 of the band 40 on one side opened tape level 118.

[187]

The side panel 116 is turned provided with the first bolting device element complementary trained as the second Verrie gel element at the second tape section 63 the second broadside 105.

[188]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 30>

[189]

This first bolting device element is trained preferentially only over a part of the length of the first tape section 62 at the side panel 116 and exhibits a multiplicity of one behind the other in a same distance to each other transverse to the longitudinal extending of the tape section of 62 running ratchet teeth 119. The ratchet teeth 119 aligned toward to the clamping surface 60 are through in the side panel 116 in-formed recesses 120 formed and wise in each case a triangular cross section with the second tape section 63 turned away steep, preferentially about perpendicularly to the broadside 105 running rest flank 121 and diagonal to it toward the free end of the band 40 bent flank 122 up.

[190]

The angle of inclination of the bent flanks 122 can be selected at will and amounts to preferentially in relation to the longitudinal direction of the first tape section 62 for instance between 30 and 60, for example 45.

[191]

The ratchet teeth 111.119 and recesses 112.120 of the bolting device elements at the first and second tape section 62.63 are trained complementary and are essentially rigidly trained the ratchet teeth 111.119. The einstückige band 40 is formed for PU, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, PP, in accordance with this execution by a bend-flexible plastic, an in particular polymer or thermoplastic plastic, for example rubber etc., and can be manufactured for example in the multi-component injection moulding procedure.

[192]

When pulling through the free end of the band 40 the ratchet teeth 111 from the second tape section 63 intervene positively in the recesses 120 of the first bolting device element at the first tape section 62. During pulling through the second tape section 63 by the bolting device head 110, the range bordering on the bolting device head 110 is flexibly springily expenditure-steered by the first tape section 62 in perpendicular direction toward the broadside 104.105 of the first tape section 62 with springs.

[193]

By positive interlinking of the bolting device elements of the first and second tape section 62.63 it can be guaranteed that when pushing the second tape section 63 and at the rest flanks 121 in high-slid into the bolting device head 110 the ratchet teeth 111 of the second bolting device element along the flanks 122 of the first bolting device element in opposite direction in addition a locking takes place.

will, in order to lash for example a further article at the connection carrier 39, the second tape section 63 is shifted upward opposite the first tape section 62 in direction parallel to the broadside surface 61 along the longitudinal extending of the ratchet teeth 111.119, and spent the bolting device elements of the first and second tape section 62.63 except interference.

[197]

As from the figure evidently, the second tape section 63 tapering opposite the first tape section 62 is trained and is more largely trained the range 58 at the beginning of the second tape section 63 following at the end of the first tape section 62, than at its free end.

[198]

As now more near represented, also the possibility does not exist that the first bolting device element is directly at the second broadside 105 arranged, whereby then its are angeformt in direction of aligned ratchet teeth 119 the broadside surface 61 outstandingly in the broadside 105 opposite to the clamping surface 60 and the complementary trained second bolting device element at the second tape section 63 likewise at the second broadside 105 is arranged. The second bolting device element exhibits the ratchet teeth 111, which are formed by the 63 recesses 112 in-formed in the second broadside 105 in the second tape section. Geometrical conditions of the ratchet teeth 111.119 and recesses 112.120 are identically trained as the execution described above.

[199]

The first bolting device element is trained preferentially only over a part of the length of the first tape section 62 at the second broadside 105, while the second bolting device element is arranged preferentially over the entire length of the second tape section 63 at the second broadside 105. Naturally the first bolting device element can do 62 at the second broadside 105 also over the entire length of the first tape section and/or.

[201]

In the Fig. 11 is the attachment system according to invention 35 with another Ausfüh rungsvariante the connection carrier 39 shown in sectional view. The attachment system 35 exhibits again the connection carrier 39 and the band 40 connected articulated with this with an end. The different remarks of the band 40 were described already in detail in the preceding figures and can be used during this execution of the attachment system 35.

[202]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 32>

[203]

The connection carrier 39 exhibits a baseplate 45 and at least one, prefers two, 41 side parts 47a, 47b freely pre-assembled-rising up from the contact surface. The first side part 47a is connected in the range of the first transverse side 52a with the rechteckförmigen baseplate 45. The first side part 47a runs bent to the contact surface 41 and includes with this an angle 76. The angle 76 amounts to for example between 30 and 70, in particular 40 and 60, for example 45. Likewise those is arranged to the detour means 44 adjacent recess 54a in the first side part 47a between the detour means 44 and the first transverse side 52a.

[204]

The second side part 47b is connected in the range of the second transverse side 52b with the baseplate 45 and is tub-shaped trained. The supporting surface 51 for the article which can be lashed or the bundle which can be lashed is formed thereby by the even-laminar baseplate 45 and about concave rounded side part 47b. This training of the attachment system 35 is suitable in the best way for articles, since after the assembly of the connection carrier 39 at the construction unit 36, which can be arranged horizontal, in particular brick-work, which can be presented at least one an article at the tub-shaped trained side part 47b, on which the band 40 tangential around that at least one article are put and the two tape sections 62.63 in positive or responsible interference are spent with one another.

[205]

If this attachment system 35 for the vertical assembly is used by articles, a simple positioning or the articles possible against the tub-shaped curved side part of the 47b is.

[206]

Finally it is still pointed out that the attachment system according to invention 35 can be used everywhere, where one or more oblong, flexible or rigid are to be fixed articles solvable thus not only to areas of application is reduced, with which energy leading lines must be lashed, but also in operational areas application finds, with which an oblong article must be go-aged positioned, for example one handles and/or grasp of a tool. Likewise it can be appropriate that the connection carrier 39 after the Fig. 2 to 7b; 10,11 with one when the assembling of the attachment system 35 at the construction unit 36 a situation to this positioning anti-twist plate is provided.

[207]

This is for example formed by against the construction unit 36 managing and at the baseplate 45 an arranged anchor rib or a four-sharp-edged through-hole 68.

[208]

<Desc/Clms PAGE NUMBER 33>

[209]

As evident from the figures, the connection carrier 39 preferentially also exclusively a one-piece band 40 is provided.

[210]

The remark examples show possible execution variants of the attachment system 35, whereby it is here noticed that the invention is not reduced to the particularly represented execution variants the same, but rather also various combinations of the individual execution variants are possible among themselves and this variation option lies due to the teachings for technical acting by gegenständliche invention in being able the specialist active in this technical area. There is thus also all conceivable execution variants, which are possible by combinations of individual details of the represented and descriptive execution variant, of the scope of protection along.
