SCHNITTHÍHEN RIGGING DEVICE FOR RASENMÄHER
The invention refers to a cutting height rigging device for Rasenmäher, with which the four impellers are at the same time over a parallelogram steering wheel arrangement adjustable opposite the chassis. Such elevator rigging devices became generally accepted opposite in former times usual rigging devices, with which front wheels and rear wheels had to be adjusted separately. On the basis of this state of the art the invention the task is the basis to improve Montageund insurance of operation whereby fewer parts finds employment, what a smaller error risk when assembling and later in the field use as a consequence has. The task posed is solved by the whole of the characteristics indicated in the patent claim 1. The principle of the adjustment been based from there on a lateral a digging and Längsverschiebung of a member that actually admitted parallelogram steering wheel arrangement. When for the lateral shift and adjustment of the tie bar is in accordance with requirement 2 an adjusting lever planned means, which is stored tiltable in the chassis and stands in such a manner swivelling with the tie bar in interference that this can be laterally dug by the adjusting lever against spring action and be shifted in the dug position. The bolting device slots are appropriately on the one hand designed as teeth and on the other hand than slots, which are arranged at the chassis at the tie bar and/or. Their number and arrangement by the desired number of the detents and interference security one determines. Thereby an arrangement is created, with which the adjusting lever in the joint place exhibits an axial to the tie bar both as well as a radial --> form closure for the safe admission Bedienund of motive powers. The connection between tie bar and adjusting lever effected without further elements and the necessary spring pressure on the tie bar take place via the adjusting lever, under utilization the suspension reading tables of the characteristics of its material, so that no additional spring elements are necessary. In accordance with a further arrangement marked in the Unteransprüchen the joint place between tie bar and adjusting lever than bayonet fixing is, whereby when assembly assembling the tie bar and the adjusting lever move close together, because a connection is possible over the bayonet fixing. After the final assembly the adjusting lever is only movable between the two elevation adjustment end positions. Further arrangements of the invention result from the following description of a remark example. Below a remark example of the invention is described on the basis the design. In the design show: Figure 1 is a perspective representation according to invention of a Rasenmähers provided with the cutting height rigging device; Figure 2 is a perspective representation of the tie bar, which forms a member of the parallelogram steering wheel arrangement; Figure 3 is a perspective representation of the lawn mower chassis, whereby the nutförmigen bolting device recesses are evident; Figure 4A and 4B are perspective side views of the adjusting lever for the tie bar in accordance with figure 2; --> figure 5 is a perspective pulled apart representation of tie bar and adjusting lever; Figure 6 is an opinion of the adjusting lever cooperating with the tie bar, whereby the different function positions are recognizable. The wheels 10 are stored in üblichlicher way over pitman arms 12 in the chassis 14 of the Rasenmähers. These pitman arms 12 are swivelled at the same time in usual way over a parallelogram steering wheel arrangement, whereby the distance between ground and cutting tools can be stopped. A member of the parallelogram steering wheel arrangement of the elevation adjustment mechanism is formed by a tie bar 16, which attacks over a front bearing centre 18 and a rear bearing centre 20 at the pitman arms tiltable stored in the chassis. The arrangement is met thereby in such a manner that on shift after the tie bar from the chassis is taken off from the ground, and is turned around, with a shift of the tie bar to the rear the chassis on the ground lowered. The shift of the tie bar 16 for cutting height adjustment is made by an adjusting lever 22. This adjusting lever 22 is tiltable stored on a not represented chassis-firm tap tiltable over a racable bearing centre 24. The lawn mower chassis is with several direction running groove recesses 26 vertical in the remark example with six, parallel to each other in provided, which cooperate for the purpose of the bolting device of the parallelogram steering wheel arrangement with teeth 28, which are intended at the tie bar in parallel arrangement. In accordance with the remark example three parallel to each other arranged teeth are intended, which can be brought with the nutförmigen recesses 26 in interference. Due to this arrangement still two intermediate settings result except a maximum and a minimum height adjustmenting, however also different numbers of these fixed brackets application can find. --> The adjusting lever 22 is tiltable stored on a bearing sleeve 30 of the tie bar. The bearing sleeve 30 exhibits radially managing lugs, which when putting the adjusting lever intervene (figure on 5) in appropriate key recesses 34 and a bayonettartige bolting device form, if the adjusting lever from its employment position (figure 5) into its operating position one swivels. In figure 6 the employment position with M is characteristic, while the largest run height with H and the smallest run height with N are characteristic. When putting the adjusting lever 22 on the bearing sleeve 30 on a Haltehaken 36 of the adjusting lever slides by a recess 38 of the tie bar through and secures the adjusting lever after turning by Hintergreifen of the circle-arc-shaped periphery of the tie bar. This Haltehaken ensures that the adjusting lever rests cleanly in particular against the top side of the tie bar, whereby the force river is shortened by the adjusting lever into the tie bar with the releasing procedure. Into the adjusting lever 22 a feather/spring latch 40 is integrated. This feather/spring latch 40 supports itself at the opposite smooth, senkrechten chassis inner wall off, which faces the wall with the nutförmigen recesses 26. Thus the adjusting lever 22 is pressed against the tie bar and these are pressed again with their teeth 28 into the nutförmigen recesses facing in each case 26, whereby after releasing the adjusting lever a perfect positive connection between chassis and tie bar results. The vertical adjustment can be only moved in the inserted condition between the positions H and N. The way limitation for the adjusting lever 22 in the position H is caused by the attack 42 at the tie bar 16, while in the other end position N an attack rib 44 of the tie bar at the transversestanding chassis wall section 46 attacks. --> The vertical adjustment takes place in the way that the adjusting lever 22 is laterally dug against Kraft of the feather/spring latch 40, whereby over the lugs 32 the tie bar 16 is laterally moved at the same time, and the teeth 28 from the groove recesses 26 of the chassis are dug, whereby the bolting device is waived. Now the adjusting lever 22 over its racable bearing centre 24 can be swivelled opposite the chassis, whereby after tie bar of and/or in the back one moves and over the parallelogram steering wheel arrangement and the pitman arms the all wheels are raised at the same time or lowered. If the adjusting lever is released, then the feather/spring latch 40 presses the teeth 28 into the groove recesses facing in each case, whereby the bolting device form closure is manufactured. The invention was described managing on the basis a Rasenmähers. It is however also applicable for other garden devices, for example for Vertikutiergeräte, with which a need according to a vertical adjustment is present. --> 10Räder 12Kurbelarme 14Chassis 16Verbindungsstange 18vorderes bearing centre 20hinteres bearing centre 22Verstellhebel 24rastbares bearing centre 26Nutausnehmungen 28Zähne 30Lagerhülse 32Haltelaschen 34Schlüsselausnehmungen 36Haltehaken 38Ausnehmung 40Federlasche 42Anschlag 44Anschlagrippe 46Chassiswandabschnitt The device has a parallelogram drive arrangement with a connection rod (16) equipped with lateral rest teeth.
