HANGING UP ORGAN FOR FACADE PANELS
The invention concerns a hanging up organ for the suspension of heavy before-hung facade panels at building works areas, in particular columns, out in formworks brought in concrete reinforced by Stahlbewehrungen. For the suspension of such facade panels usually in-bored peg serves into the concrete. Such facade panels can exhibit a relatively large weight of several tons and it are necessary from there very strong pegs for the suspension the same, which drillings of relatively large diameter require. During the mounting of these drillings the danger exists that reinforcing irons are damaged or if necessary even cut through, and this is inadmissible considering the disturbed statics. These difficulties exist in particular with columns, since columns exhibit a very close reinforcing. It is possible to interrupt the drilling procedure if one notices that the drill meets a reinforcing. If this becomes noticeable, however already reinforcing is damaged. Above all it is then necessary to attach a second drilling which must lie in a certain distance from the first drilling. This offers however again difficulties, since the suspension of the facade panels must take place very exactly, since for optical reasons the separation joints of the facade panels must be equal broad in equivalent distance and.
Task of the invention is it to create a supporting device for such facade panels which exhibits on the one hand a large load-carrying capacity and with which the danger of a damage of reinforcing steels is avoided. The invention consists for the fulfillment of this task essentially of that the hanging up organ is formed for an end an armature bar by a special fitting, which exhibits a sleeve with continuous lnnengewinde, in whose and in its other end a fixing bolt for the suspension of the facade panel is threaded that is put the armature bar turned away end of the sleeve through a hole of a plate and locks with this approximately concisely that the sleeve with the plate is welded and that the sleeve is embraced by an u-shaped handle in the range of the plate, whose thigh z5 is bent toward away from the plate and which is welded with the sleeve. Thus that the hanging up organ is formed by a special fitting, it can be inserted this supporting device before bringing the concrete into the formwork between the reinforcing staffs of the building part, so that each possibility of a damage of reinforcing is void. Perpendicularly to the surface of the building part the working forces from the armature bar screwed in into the sleeve are taken up and the continuous internal thread of the sleeve results in a simple attaching possibility both for the armature bar and for the screw serving for the suspension of the facade panel. The u-shaped one, which takes up sleeve embracing handles the usually large weight of the facade panel and thus that this u-shaped handle embraces the sleeve within the range of the plate connected with the sleeve, the forces arising by the weight of the facade panel directly into the handle introduced and a bending load of the sleeve and in this screwed in armature bar avoided it.

This welding does not have to take up loads in the enterprise and can from there in accordance with the invention easily as spot welding be implemented.
In accordance with a favourable execution form the thighs of the u-shaped handle diverge to the invention. In the enterprise the load of the facade panel is taken up practically by the handle and the divergence of the thighs of this u-shaped handle has the advantage that a larger range of the concrete COM handle is seized.
In accordance with the invention appropriately the plate exhibits holes for the attachment at the formwork in nails od.dgl, so that the plate can be fastened easily to the formworks and so that the hanging up organ in the correct position is held.
In accordance with the invention the sleeve can exhibit a drilling for screwing a safety screw in for the armature bar transverse to the axle of the internal thread. Thus security is created that the armature bar up to the necessary depth sits in the internal thread of the sleeve, if the formwork is filled with concrete and seizes sufficient courses of this internal thread, and the danger repaired it that the armature bar is partly unscrewed during bringing the reinforcing into the formwork by any circumstances from the sleeve, so that security is given to the connection between armature bar and sleeve. It is also made possible to form in this way this armature bar a comprehensive transportation unit. In accordance with the invention armature bar and handles can be formed by actually well-known reinforcing bars with uneven surface. Appropriately the sleeve consists of stainless steel, whereby on the one hand the threadedness of the screw serving for the suspension of the facade panels is ensured and on the other hand a corrosion, which could impair the firmness, is avoided.
