PROCEDURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A SKIN-WELL-BEHAVED LINING, IN PARTICULAR FOR MOTOR VEHICLE EQUIPMENT PARTS.
Description The invention concerns first a strike-like lining according to the generic term of the requirement 1. State of the art It is well-known, in particular space equipment parts of motor vehicles, e.g. armrests, center consoles, door linings, to provide instrument panels and other shroudings, which find in the motor vehicle interior application, with a strike-like lining. Such a strike-like lining is to address both the visual and the tactile feeling of the vehicle user. Thus one provides the surface of such a strike-like lining with responding colors or with a special structure, e.g. with a leather structure, in order to visuallypositively affect the value feeling of the vehicle user. Which regards the tactile feeling of the vehicle user, then a strike-like lining is to feel and attack pleasantly, i.e. to exhibit favourable affect and druckhaptische characteristics. One by the DE 38 75 029 T2 well-known strike-like lining of the initially described kind consists of a monostructured PUR-LAYER, which is applied as liquid reaction mixture in shape differently large drops of an exhibiting gel as spraying skin. That well-known strike-like lining is felt as in need of improvement, because it permits for small organization possibilities and in addition with a relatively expensive expenditure for material and supplies accompanies. Setting of tasks On the basis of that managing described well-known strike-like lining, the invention the task is the basis to improve thewell-known strike-like lining in such a way that it permits larger organization possibilities regarding its structure and in addition more economical production. This task together with the characteristics of the genericterm of the requirement 1 according to its characteristic part solved by at least two layers, i.e. by an external surface screen end, the farbpigmente containing at least einlagige film of varnish and by an at least einlagige base behind the film of varnish, whereby the film of varnish and the base are formed for mehrkomponentigen dispersion byin each case a Vernetzer by a reactive polymere aqueous in or and in each case. The strike-like lining according to invention exhibits thefollowing substantial elements: The strike-like lining consists of at least two layers, i.e. of an at least einlagigen film of varnish forming the external surface and of an at least einlagigen base carrying the film of varnish. As a result of the partitioning of the lining skin according to invention into an outside film of varnish and into an underlying base as standard equipment a substantially larger range of variation in application arises. So for example alternatively arbitrary colours can be used on use of a uniform base concerning the film of varnish. Additional variation options arise for different applications as a result of the use of bases with different material composition. In contrast to the above-mentioned well-known spraying skin in accordance with the DE 38 75 029 T2, which a stoffzusammensetzung uniform over the entire layer thickness exhibits,it permits the invention, the expensive components, e.g. farbpigmente,to limit to the relatively thin film of varnish while the base is to create and therefore of a more economical material consist only the firmness can. The film of varnish can consist mehrkomponentigen materialcomposition of in or. The film of varnish from a reactive aqueous polymere dispersion is formed. By different material composition the filmof varnish can feel for example smoothly, drying or including-like. In further arrangement of the invention the film of varnish consists of an acrylate or of Polyacrylat and of a Vernetzer. As Vernetzer can preferably arrive for example isocyanate or Carbodiimid or Polycarbodiimid at application. The film of varnish exhibits a compact structure. The film of varnish is applied i.e. sprayed on under Hinzugabe by compressed gas and/or by compressed air. During this finest more gasoder air-supported atomization the droplet size of the reactive aqueous polymere dispersion amounts to about 5 µ-100 µ, preferably about 30 µ to for instance 60µ. The film of varnish can exhibit a situation or several situations. The thickness of the film of varnish amounts to between 10µ and 300 µ, preferably between 60 µ to 90 µ. The finest gas and/or air-supported atomization of the reactive aqueous polymere dispersion for the film of varnish permits ahomogeneous and nonporous surface, which causes, by spraying on on a form engraving (engraving surface of a tool), whose structure, e.g., shows their Narbung error free. In addition it permits the invention next to each other tolay the film of varnish on in several colors whereby also effect lacquer finishes are possible. The color and/or the colour of each film of varnish is stopped by addition of appropriate farbpigmente. Further the invention plans that the film of varnish actually admitted, light stability causative inventory parts contains. In further arrangement of the invention the base consists of a polymere elastomer layer, which is likewise made of an aqueous dispersion. This consists according to invention of a reactive aqueous PUR-DISPERSION. As Vernetzer the base contains likewise isocyanate or Carbodiimid or preferably Polycarbodiimid. As previously mentioned, the base of the lining skin lends the firmness. Also the base can be according to the invention einlagig or in multiple layers trained, it can of in or mehrkomponentigen material composition consist. The thickness of the base amounts to preferably about 0.3 mm up to approximately 1.0 mm. The base is according to invention likewise sprayed on by compressed gas or compressed air. By the in such a way obtained finest gas or air-supported atomization is preferably produced a droplet size of approximately 5 µ to 100 µ, by approximately 30 µ-60 µ. The base can be behind-foamed to the lining skin for example by means of PUR-FOAM and together with a carrier behind-storing the PUR-FOAM, which can consist of a suitable Formoder molding compound, which represent provided shrouding with the qualitatively fastidious surface. In addition the invention concerns a procedure for the production of a strike-like lining, in particular for motor vehicle equipment parts, like for arm rests, center consoles, door linings, instrument panels od. such, from motor vehicles, with which at least one farbpigmente containing liquid polymere reaction mixture is applied on form screen end a surface of a tool. Such a procedureis by the DE 38 75 029 T2 well-known. In contrast to this the procedure according to invention differs by the fact that first a film of varnish from reactive polymere aqueous in or more components containing a Vernetzer a dispersion of a film of varnish on a any organization and surface, e.g. a Ledernarbung, exhibiting, engraving surface in or is in multiple layers sprayed on, on which afterwards a Vernetzer a containing reactive polymere aqueous is sprayed on in or mehrkomponentige dispersion of a base on the rear side of the film of varnish in or in multiple layers, whereby both the film of varnish andthe base are applied by means of compressed gas and/or by means of compressed air. Both applying the film of varnish and applying the base happen with a variable adjustable material dosage, with a variable adjustable material atomization, with a variable adjustable jet spray figuration and with a variable adjustable jet spray steering element. The material temperature both the film of varnish dispersion and the base dispersion amounts to preferentially for instance 20°C to for instance 120°C. Both with the film of varnish and with the base the material composition can be more einoder mehrkomponentig. Film of varnish and base are sprayed on successively on the form screen end engraving surface. The engraving surface cane.g. of a keep at a moderate temperaturable bowl preferably made of metal, e.g. of aluminum, steel or nickel, to consist. As appropriate, the bowl, i.e. the engraving surface proved to warm up upto an operating temperature of approx. 120°C. The procedure according to invention finds both with simple outlines, then e.g. with even and outlines of simple geometry, and with complex, hinterschnittenen outlines, use. Device-moderately the procedure according to invention canbe carried out by the fact that a nozzle spraying head is turned around relative to the form-forming engraving or, the form screen end engraving is induced relatively to the nozzle spraying head. For the production of hinterschnittener surfaces it workedsatisfactorily to train the nozzle spraying head along all degrees of freedom spacemobile. The nozzle spraying head is appropriately designed as two-material spraying head as the distribution of the aqueous dispersions by means of compressed gas or compressed air. Remark example In the designs both the lining skin and the device with relevant procedure are represented exemplarily schematically, it show, Fig. 1 in spatial representation a subrange of a shrouding, Fig. 2 according to partial cross section in Fig. 1 detail encircled with II and Fig. 3 a device for manufacturing a lining skin. In Fig. 1 is a subrange of a shrouding, e.g. an instrument panel, with which reference number marks 10. The cross section in accordance with Fig. 2 shows a Hautschicht, i.e. the film of varnish 11, a base 12, a PUR-FOAM layer 13 as well as a carrier 14. The film of varnish 11 developed from a reactive aqueous polymere dispersion, which acrylate or Polyacrylat preferably containsand as Vernetzer Carbodiimid or Polycarbodiimid. The thickness of the film of varnish 11 amounts to about 100 µ. The base 12 developed from a reactive aqueous PUR-DISPERSION, which as Vernetzer likewise Carbodiimid or preferably Polycarbodiimid contains. In particular the film of varnish 11 contains the necessary farbpigmente. The base 12 exhibits a thickness between 0,3 and 1 mm. The base 12 is behind-stored of the PUR-FOAM layer 13, which as the base 12 is several times as thick. All layers 11, 12, 13 disguise finally the form-determining thing carry-hurry 14 of the shrouding 10. With carry-hurry 14 can it for example around a plastic injection moulding part, over a blast pipe part or a pressedpart concern. In Fig. 3 is schematically represented to device andprocedure for the production of a lining skin. A tool mould 15, for example from a chromium-nickel stainless steel and or from aluminum, with a hinterschnittenen form cavity 16 exhibits an engraving (engraving surface), about polygonartig extending in the cross section, 17. The engraving 17 can exhibit a surface structuring, for example a leather-similar Narbung. The tool mould 15 is appropriately in not represented way, for example by means of electrical heating cartridges or by meansof keeping at a moderate temperature liquid of prominent channels, heatable. The operating temperature is stopped e.g. to 80°C. Into the form cavity 16 schematically more represented a nozzle spraying head 18 suitable for the processing of compressed gas and/or compressed air and the respective reactive aqueous polymere dispersion for the layers 11 and 12 projects. The nozzle spraying head 18 should be spacemobile according to the arrow representations A, b and C in all liberty degrees. In this way it is possible to inject including Hinterschnitten first the film of varnish 11 and afterwards the base 12 lining skin of the altogether named H into the tool mould 15 under Verduesung of the dispersion concerned. A skin-like covering comprises an at least single-layer lacquer coating containing color pigment and forming an outer surface, and at lest single-layer support or carrier coating lying behind the lacquer-layer. The lacquer layer and the support or carrier layer are formed of a reactive polymer aqueous single component or multi-component dispersion and each contain a cross linker. An independent claim is also included for method of making a skin-like covering comprising initially spraying a lacquer layer of a cross linker containing reactive polymer aqueous single-component or multi-component dispersion in layer(s) onto a tool having an engraved surface imparting an optional shape and surface structure including a leather graining to the lacquer layer, and spraying a support or carrier layer on a backside of the lacquer layer in layer(s) of a cross linker containing reactive polymer aqueous single component or multicomponent dispersion. Both the lacquer layer and the carrier layer are sprayed using pressurized gas and/or compressed air. 1.
