DESCRIPTION. The present invention relates to a safety device that emits sounds keeping people from falling sleep by use of an earphone device. This earphone may contain a hollow tubular plastic container enclosing both hollow ends by use of a walls made of the same plastic material .These hollow tubes in one side of the earphone are placed parallel to the surface of the ear horizontally in a one hundred and eighty degree angle. One hollow tube may have sixty per cent of its total length place flat on a one hundred and eighty degree approximately, and may have forty per cent place in an inclined plane of seventy five degrees approximately .this tube will be aiming towards the same direction of the nose. A second tube may have less than seventy five per cent of incline aiming to the same direction of the back of die head. In the other side of the earphone there may be two hollow tubes place perpendicular to the surface of the ear, one with the inclined part of the tube nearly seventy five pre cent aiming to opposite direction of the ear, being the second tube with the same inclination part of the tube aiming to opposite direction towards the ear. Inside the hollow tube; the part of it that may be place horizontally has inside circular layers of approximately 1 nun. thickness attached to the circular walls of the hollow tube separated by at least one mm. distance from each other, having the inclined plane of the hollow tube no layers... The said hollow tube may have on the inside wall of the inclined end metal contacts as well in the adjacent side walls to the inclined end may have metal contacts. The hollow plastic tube may have a metal ball inside which may move freely touching the metal contacts once the head tilts. These metal contacts are connected by use of electric wire to a buzzer, which is connected to a power supply through an on/off switch. Having the said switch on the buzzer will emit sounds which will stop once the head is tilted back to a nearly one hundred and eighty degrees or the switch is turn off. There may be a back-up device as a security measure, this device may be of a rectangular, square or triangular shape, it may be made of plastic or of glass material, the rectangular shape device having another rectangular, square or triangular shape device inside of slightly smaller dimensions fitting tightly against the inside walls of the said outside first device with the inside device outside walls forming four ninety degrees angles once attached to the inside walls of the outside device, having the outside apparatus of rectangular, square or triangular shape inside walls top end that forming the angle away from the other two angles formed by the rectangular inside device outside walls metal contacts. The walls of the inside rectangular device forming two forty five degree angles opposite to the inside walls of the outside device that form a ninety degree angle may have holes in the bottom. The apparatus may be partially filled with a liquid electricity conductor. This device will be attached to the earphone parallel to the plastic hollow tubes in both sides of the earphone in a one hundred degree angle Once this liquid electric conductor touches the metal contacts attached to the power supply the buzzer device will emit sounds.
