The modulation module is connected with both transmitting pins and carrier signal outlet ports of single chip microcomputers, and the audio decoder module is connected with receiving pins of the single chip microcomputers; and two or more signal transmission device based on the single chip microcomputer universal asynchronous serial ports are respectively connected with the corresponding number of single chip microcomputers, the transmitting end of one of any two single chip microcomputers is the receiving end of the other single chip microcomputer, and any two isolation transformer modules are in non-polarity connection with each other through a transmission bus. The device can realize two-way transmission; and has long transmission distance, high anti-jamming capability and non-polarity line connection. By using the device, communications between two or more single chip microcomputers through universal asynchronous serial ports become possible. The invention has the advantages of wide application range, good simplicity and practicality, low manufacturing cost, and convenience for maintenance and market promotion.
