Method for modifying surface morphology of fluorescent powder for lamp
The invention belongs to the technical field of light sources and particularly discloses a method for modifying surface morphology of fluorescent powder for a lamp. The method reactively etches the surface of the fluorescent powder by using a mixed solution of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid in order to change the surface morphology of the fluorescent powder and comprises the following specific steps: etching the surface of the fluorescent powder by using the mixed solution of the hydrofluoric acid and the nitric acid; then, filtering and separating out the fluorescent powder from the mixed solution; next, washing by using deionized water and alcohol respectively; and finally, drying and dispersing. The treated fluorescent powder is smooth in surface and free of corners, so that the dispersion and the transparency of the fluorescent powder are improved. When the fluorescent powder is used for manufacturing a white light LED (light-emitting diode), the back-scattering rate can be reduced and the light takeout rate can be improved, namely the external quantum efficiency of an apparatus is improved, and the using amount of the fluorescent powder can be saved.
