Reinforcing modification ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) material
The invention discloses a reinforcing modification ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) material which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 55-75 parts of ABS, 1-2 parts of a light stabilizer, 5-8 parts of an antistatic agent, 12-18 parts of a compatilizer and 20-25 parts of glass fiber. The reinforcing modification ABS material provided by the invention is subjected to reinforcing modification, and has an excellent mechanical property as well as an antistatic property. 1. A reinforced modified ABS material, characterized in that is composed of the following parts by weight of the component: ABS 55-75 parts Light stabilizer 1-2 parts Antistatic agent 5-8 parts Compatilizer 12-18 parts Glass fiber 20-25 parts. 2. A reinforced modified ABS material according to Claim 1, characterized in that the light stabilizer is diphenyl ketone, salicylic acid or benzo-triazole in the combination of one or more. 3. A reinforced modified ABS material according to Claim 1, characterized in that the antistatic agent is a polyether ester amide of the carboxylic acid or quaternary ammonium salt copolymer of a combination of one or more. 4. A reinforced modified ABS material according to Claim 1, characterized in that the compatibilizing agent is hyperbranched polyamine-ester. 5. A reinforced modified ABS material according to Claim 1, characterized in that the glass fiber as a monofilament diameter is 9 the the m-15 m of high strength glass fiber.
