Preparation method of novel copper conductive printing ink
The invention provides a preparation method of a novel copper conductive printing ink. The preparation method comprises following steps: a) material selection and preparation; b) copper powder preprocessing; c) mixed material processing; d) texture adjusting; and e) finished product postprocessing. Procedures of the preparation method are reasonable; the preparation process is scientific and convenient; cost is moderate; the novel copper conductive printing ink possesses excellent electrical conductivity, moulding effect, adhesive force, and high temperature oxidation resistance, and is suitable to be made into printed circuits with different sizes. 1. A novel copper-based conductive ink preparing method, characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps: a) selection of material preparation, b) copper powder pretreatment, c) mixing treatment, d) quenching and tempering treatment, e) the finished product after treatment. 2.
