Cooker with continuous fire running with wood or coal
FRENCH REPUBLIC DEPARTMENT INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE SERVICE iNTELLECTUAL INDUSTRIELLE of the On PROBLEMS PATENT Gr. 15.-Cl. 2. No. 1.133.418 international Classification: F 23,6 M. Paul-Arthur-Edmond-Ghislain DUBOIS residing in France (Bulge). Demanded 11 May 1955, to 16 hours, to [...]' es. .-Issued 19 November 1956 Published 27 March 1957. The cooker, object of the invention, has the following features: 1° The focus lies in beneath the furnace (the der- negate being in the focal point axis or offset on the right or on the left-hand side). This is of the type with combustion- a through the mass; 2° The direct radiation to the fuel ignition is absorbed by a plate, the face lower is smooth and the upper face of which com- door cooling ribs. The plate constitutes the radiant element for heating air to to the temperature of the furnace and heating the workpiece; 3° The heating of the furnace is performed by circulating hot air on its lower walls, and side rear. An air inlet and provided on the front and the heated air outlets, on the behind of the stove, in the bottom (facing the air duct lower hot) and above (face to the conduits right and left side); 4° The heated air flowing out of these ducts is cana- [...] by a hood attached back of the- apparatus and opening behind and on top. The hood heats the rear face of the furnace. The temperature thereof is be perfectly distributed; 5° The hot air leaving apertures of the hood and on the work table is for the heating of the room; 6° Heating of the work table is provided by the hot combustion gases channelled at the outlet of the furnace by two conduits insulated (in the case where the furnace is in the focal point axis), or by a single larger thermally insulated conduit dimension (in the case where the furnace is offset by respect to the axis of the focus); 7° The baking tray of the work table is light alloy aluminum-based stainless to increase its conductivity. It is provided of fins forming baffles to increase the heating surface and thereby, improve the performance of the device; 8° The loading of the focus is operated by the front of the focus, the fuel being guided by a top loading. The advantages of the stove are as follows: c. In the case where the stove is equipped with a focus boiler, it is possible to install radiators on the same level as the stove; /. The sides being heat-insulated, the temperature of the flue gas is retained within the apparatus. The calories is retrieved at maximum for the heating of the cooktop; At accompanying drawings, ensuing letters denote: A: focus; B: furnace; C: oven false bottom fins; D: furnace bottom; E: side of the furnace; F: behind; G: air inlet on facade; H: air outlet; I: air outlet; J: hood; K: hot air output; L: work table; fins; insulating conduit; O: front of the fireplace; P: conduits hot air for heating the furnace.
