Ee In embodiment, the rinsing proeédé S20 includes a first rinsing process S21, a second rinsing process S22, a third rinsing proeédé S23. and a fourth rinsing proeédé S24, thereby performing the rinsing process the same cycle 4 times. In general, the rinsing proeédé is repeated 3 times, but in ee embodiment, the rinsing proeédé has been repeated 4 times to improve the performance of rinsing. To be certain, the rinsing process may be repeated more than 4 times to performance improved rinsing well.

[49]

The first, second, third and fourth flushing S21, S22, S23 and S24 are configured to be carried out sequentially. In ehacun of four flushing S21 ~ S24, drain steps S41, S42 intermittent dehydration, of main dehydration S43, a method of removing water remaining S44, S45 water distribution and rinsing S46 are sequentially performed.

[50]

The draining S41 refers to a step in which the drain pump 40 discharge of the wash water in the underside of the tub 3 to the outside via the drain tube 41 and 42 of the connecting pipe.

[51]

The dehydration intermittent S42 refers to a step in which, before passing to the main dehydration S43, the drive motor 7, 8 the laundry dehydrated while rotating the drum 9 at a low rate (350 to 400 rpm) in a clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction. Intermittent This dehydration S42 will disentangle the laundry mixed, thereby preventing a non-equilibrium state of the drum 9, to thereby prevent occurrence of vibrations and noise in the dehydration of laundry.

[52]

S43 The main dehydration refers to a step that dewaters the towel by rotating the drum 9 at an appreciable rate after performing the intermittent S42 dehydration. Here, to improve the performance of rinse napkin, the towel is dehydrated to a rotational speed of 900 rpm or 1100 rpm, which is greater than the rotational speed (800 rpm) of the drum 9 in the dehydration process main general laundry.

[53]

The process for removing remaining water S44 refers to a method of the present invention removes the detergent solution remaining inside of the washing machine after performing main dehydration S43. For this, the process of removing remaining water S44 may include a step of water dispensing S61 wherein the water dispensing unit 20 distributes water to the vessel 3 via the detergent dispensing 30 and the supply pipe 31, a step of interrupting water dispensing S62 for interrupting the dispensing of water, and an emptying step S63 which starts the drain pump 40 to discharge the remaining water to the outside via the drain tube 41 connected to the lower side of the vessel 3. Therefore, the rinsing process S20 comprises the process of removing remaining water S44, via which the detergent solution with a certain concentration is removed from the washing machine after the main dehydration S43 is completed. Since clean water is distributed, the rinsing process the wipe is performed without a problem. Furthermore, the problem that the pad contains residues same after being rinsed detergent can be solved.

[54]

S45 The water distribution refers to a step in which the water dispensing unit 20 feeds water into the tank 3 through the supply pipe 31. Here, to improve the performance of rinse napkin, a water level 22 or 23 kHz kHz, greater than a water level (23.2 kHz) laundry general, is distributed to the towel. For reference, a level (23.2 kHz) water distribution measured by a water level sensor indicates approximately 25 L of water in a washing machine having a capacity of 10 kg, and a level (22.7 kHz) water distribution indicates approximately 30 L of water in the washing machine having a capaeité of 10 kg. Therefore, rinsing the napkin requires an amount of water larger than that for the general laundry.

[55]

Furthermore, the temperature of the rinse for the towel is in the range of 50 °C ~60°C, relatively higher than that (40 °C) general used to rinse the laundry. For this, the water dispensing unit 20 is configured to mix the cold water and the hot water at a suitable ratio. Therefore, the towel is rinsed at a higher temperature than general laundry, thereby improving the performance of rinsing.

[56]

Rinsing S46 refers to a step in which the drive motor 7, 8 rotates the drum 9 in a clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction to rinse the laundry.

[57]

Here, to improve the performance of rinse napkin, the towel includes a rinsing time of 8 or 12 minutes, which is higher than that of 4 minutes for the general laundry.

[58]

Figure 4 is a block diagram representing a method for the operation of the washing treatment towel according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

[59]

By référenee in Figures 1 and 4, the method of operation for the washing treatment towel according to the second embodiment of the present invention can include a method of washing S10 for washing a napkin, a rinse process S20 'to rinse the towel dispenses water after performing the washing process and SI0 comprising a method of removing water remaining S44, and a final dehydration method S30 for dehydrating the towel after performing the rinsing process S20'. Here, an operation to allow P user press the button for washing treatment towel 71 may be further included so that the washing process towel is initiated manually.

[60]

In the washing process S10, the detergent dispensing 30 is configured for mixing the water delivered from the water dispensing unit 20 with detergent, and then to dispense water mixed with the detergent in the tank 3 through the supply pipe 31. Furthermore, the drive motor 7, 8 rotates the drum 9 in a clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction, thereby washing the towel by friction moving up and down or reciprocating.

[61]

The rinsing method S20 ' is repeated several times between the washing process and SI0 the final dehydration method S30 to improve the performance of rinsing. In this embodiment, the rinsing process S20 'includes a first rinsing process S21' , a second rinsing process S22 ', a third rinsing process S23' and a fourth rinsing process S24 '. In general, the flushing process is repeated 3 times, but in this embodiment, the rinsing process was repeated 4 times to improve the performance of rinsing. To be certain, the rinsing process may be repeated more than 4 times to performance improved rinsing well.

[62]

The first, second, third and fourth flushing S21 '~ S24' are sequentially performed.

[63]

In the first rinsing process S21 ', drain steps S41, S42 intermittent dehydration, of main dehydration S43, a method of removing water remaining S44, S45 water distribution and rinsing S46 are sequentially performed. Meanwhile, in the second to fourth flushing S22 '~ S24' , drain steps S51, S52 intermittent dehydration, of main dehydration S53, S54 water distribution and rinsing S55 are performed sequentially.

[64]

The draining S41 and S51 refers to the step in which the drain pump 40 discharge of the wash water in the lower side of the 3 euve to the outside through the drain tube 41 and the pipe 42 raceordement.

[65]

Intermittent This dehydration S42, S52 unravels the towel mixed, thereby preventing a non-equilibrium state of the drum 9, to thereby prevent occurrence of vibrations and noise in the dehydration of laundry.

[66]

S43 The main dehydration and S53 refers to the step dehydrated the towel by rotating the drum 9 at an appreciable rate after performing the intermittent S42 dehydration and S52. Here, to improve the performance of rinse napkin, the towel is dehydrated to a rotational speed of 900 rpm or 1100 rpm, which is greater than the rotational speed (800 rpm) of the drum 9 in the dehydration process main general laundry.

[67]

The process for removing remaining water S44 refers to a method of the present invention removes the detergent solution remaining inside of the washing machine after performing main dehydration S43. For this, the process of removing remaining water S44 may include a step of water dispensing S61 wherein the water dispensing unit 20 feeds water into the tank 3 via the detergent dispensing 30 and the supply pipe 31, a step of interrupting water dispensing S62 for interrupting the dispensing of water, and drain ime step S63 which starts the drain pump 40 to discharge the remaining water to the outside via the drain tube 41 connected to the lower side of the 3 euve.

[68]

Therefore, the rinsing process S20 ' includes the process of removing remaining water S44, via which the detergent solution with a certain concentration is removed from the washing machine after the main dehydration S43 is completed. Since clean water is distributed, the rinsing process the wipe is performed without a problem. Furthermore, the problem that the same pad contains residues after being rinsed detergent can be solved.

[69]

Meanwhile, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the method of removing water remaining S44 is only in the first method of rinsing S21 \ This is due to the fact that the first method of rinsing S21 ' is carried out immediately after the washing method S10, and the largest amount of the detergent solution would remain within the washing machine. Therefore, making the process of removing remaining water S44 only in the first method of rinsing S21 ' removes a water distribution amount to remove the remaining water and improve the effect of eliminating remaining water.

[70]

The water dispensing S45 and S54 refers to the step in which the water dispensing unit 20 feeds water into the tank 3 through the supply pipe 31. Here, to improve the performance of rinse napkin, a water level 22 or 23 kHz kHz, greater than a water level (23.2 kHz) laundry general, is distributed to the towel. For reference, the level (23.2 kHz) water distribution measured by a water level sensor indicates approximately 25 L of water in a washing machine having a capacity of 10 kg, and the level (22,7 kHz) water distribution indicates approximately 30 L of water in the washing machine having a capacity of 10 kg. In eonséquence , rinsing the napkin requires an amount of water larger than that for the general laundry.

[71]

Furthermore, the temperature of the rinse for the towel is in the range of 50 °C ~,60 °C, relatively higher than 40 °C general used to rinse the laundry. For this, the water dispensing unit 20 is configured to mix the cold water and the hot water at a suitable ratio. Therefore, the towel is rinsed at a higher temperature than general laundry, thereby improving the performance of rinsing.

[72]

Rinsing S46 and S55 refers to the step in which the drive motor 7, 8 rotates the drum 9 in a clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction to flush the napkin.

[73]

Here, to improve the performance of rinse napkin, the garment has a rinsing time of 8 or 12 minutes, which is higher than that of 4 minutes for the general laundry. Therefore, the towel is rinsed for a period longer than the general laundry, thereby improving the performance of rinsing.

[74]

As far described, the method of operation for the washing treatment towel into a washing machine of the present invention is provided with the rinsing process comprising the method of removing water remaining between the dehydration process and the main method of dispensing water. Therefore, via the method of removing water remaining, the detergent solution with a certain concentration remaining within the washing machine can be removed after the main dehydration is completed. Since clean water is distributed, the rinsing process the wipe is performed without a problem, thereby solving the problem that the pad contains detergent residues after the rinsing process.

[75]

Furthermore, the towel is dehydrated to the rotational speed of 900 rpm or 1100 rpm, which is greater than the rotational speed (800 rpm) of the drum 9 in the dehydration process main laundry general, the water level 22 or 23 kHz kHz, which is greater than the water level (23.2 kHz) laundry general, is distributed to the towel, the garment has a rinsing time of 8 or 12 minutes, which is higher than that of 4 minutes for the general laundry, and the temperature of the rinse for the towel is in the range of 50 °C ~,60 °C, relatively higher than offrom 40 °C general used to rinse the laundry. Therefore, the rinsing proeédé is performed without a problem, thereby solving the problem that the pad contains residues detergent after being rinsed.
