PURPOSE: To prevent generation of an uneven contact in a brake lining by arranging a brake device between a motor shaft and a 1-step pinion in a condition that a solenoid base is penetrated with a motor shaft.

CONSTITUTION: A through hole 24 is provided in a solenoid base 23 to which a DC solenoid 13 is mounted, and brake devices 9, 29 are arranged between a motor shaft 10 and a 1-step pinion 8 in a condition that this solenoid base 23 is penetrated with the motor shaft 10. Thus by decreasing a distance very short from the motor shaft 10 to the brake wheel 9, generation of the center displacement, caused by the long distance from the motor shaft 10 to the brake wheel 9, is prevented in its turn with an uneven contact eliminated in a brake lining.
