LOAD CELL

PURPOSE: To obtain a product which is stable with lapse of time by forming so that patterns of a denominator and a numerator of R₁/R₂ or R₃/R₄ functioning as balanced conditions of four bridge-coupled strain gauge resistor parts become symmetrical.

CONSTITUTION: A condition that a bridge circuit formed by a strain gauge resistor part 11 is balanced is R₁/R₂=R₃/R₄ in case when a correcting part is neglected. Therefore, as for each strain gauge resistor part 11, a structure by which a time aging stress variation of an insulating film 7 does not occur is formed. Also, a lead part 15 and correcting parts 12, 13 and 14 are separated sufficiently from the pattern of the strain gauge resistor part 11, therefore, said resistor part is not affected by an aging stress variation caused by the lead part 15, etc., and an aging variation of a bridge balance does not occur. Accordingly, even if there is an influence by a stress to the strain gauge resistor part, a product which is stable with lapse of time can be obtained.
