SYSTEM FOR FIXING ATTACHMENT MEMBER ONTO MOUNTING RAIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which an attachment member can be fixed onto a holding member, and which has a simple technical design without requiring the use of tools and, moreover, permits easy and safe operation.

SOLUTION: A stationary device 2 to which at least one holding element 8 constituted with at least one elastic element 9 is attached is made movable from a front restraint position toward a rear restraint position of a restraint surface 22 in an internal space 20 configured as a groove 21 having an opening 19 of the holding member 5 and, on the rear restraint position of the restraint surface 22, the stationary device 2 is fixed to the holding member 5 because at least one holding element 8 is restrained by means of shape adhesion. On the stationary device 2, an attachment member such as a facade element, a solar module and a pipe laying is fixed.
