The present invention provides a gripper device to assemble a camera module. The gripper device to assemble the camera module comprises: a fixing type connection bracket having a connection groove in which a component is inserted at a predetermined depth and connected in order to pick up the component forming the camera module; a moving type connection bracket connected to the fixing type connection bracket to horizontally be transferred; a floating block connected to an end of the moving type connection bracket, including a conductive pin unit testing the component by elastically connecting to a connection terminal of the component on one side; an attaching unit installed in the floating block fixating the component by pressurization, correcting a position of the component accommodated to the connection groove; and a driving unit installed in the fixing type connection bracket to provide a driving force to the moving type connection bracket. The gripper device to assemble the camera module is able to minimize loss due to failure of the component (camera lens), and is able to improve efficiency of a device to assemble the camera module by testing the failure of the component during a process of picking up and transferring the component to assemble the camera module.
